Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).

NO ****, the person doesn't own a mobile phone, so can't set up a password they'll never use, as they want pin device you never sent.
