@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK I've had an incredibly frustrating afternoon trying to sort out mandate on an account. Neither by phone or by chat was anyone able to assist with the issue. Yet again, customer service and employee knowledge seem to be severely lacking.

I'm deeply appalled by the way @BarclaysUK is handling my mum's matters who has had accounts in their bank for thirty years. Wish they had better customer services.
