@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp would be good if you let people know you're having issues.....again! Tried using card at Tescos and kept getting declined even though money in the account! Thankfully a customer services rep informed of the issues. Not good enough!

@BarclaysUK @Barclaycard why does barclaycard think it is acceptable for a customer to wait up to 10 days for a replacement card and told at the time about 5 days when the card is blocked because of fraud activity ?

@HSBC_UK Not good enough is it? How many more disruptions are we due to expect? This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. I don't see @BarclaysUK having issues

4 months since my Barclays account got closed (my error) and still haven’t been able to reopen an account. It’s such a shame @BarclaysUK because prior to this the customer service was always great!

5/🧵 Now @BarclaysUK wants to close our account and close down the subject, even though they have handled proceeds of crime by Iraqis who continue to try and extort money from us. You only get help from @TheFCA if your name is @Nigel_Farage when it comes to de-banking.
