    @BarclaysUK your Rye Lane branch was really not great today. 30 min wait for statement printing machines to be fixed. And cashier refused to allow paying in cash at counter. Some of your customers may be dyslexic/or have other issues & may find it difficult to use the machines.

    @BarclaysUK @Barclaycard I am trying to check my eligibility for 1 of your 0% purchase credit cards. Thru the app & website it shows error every time. Phoned your team and unable to assist. Went to branch and told to go online..Any assistance? No option but to go with other bank

    @BarclaysUK shocking service. My bank card was damaged so I asked for a replacement 8 days ago. Still hasn't arrived. Chat "service" thru the app is shocking too.

    @MoneySavingExp Just switched to @firstdirect and I've had more issues in the first week than i did in over 10 years of being with @BarclaysUK. Their customer service has been pretty good though and quick to get through on the phone.

    @BarclaysUK What is the point of your Ladbroke Grove W10 branch ??? It only opens the counter for a couple hours a day which makes it almost impossible for working people to use the counter. Constantly closed half day & all 3 card machines wall outside haven’t worked for weeks.

    @HSBC_UK got suddenly locked out from my online banking. Went through all the verification question to be told my app is blocked. What a disgrace! You force us to use the app but we cannot use it. #hsbconline #unhappycustomer @BarclaysUK you’ve won a new customer !

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK @Barclays why when phone cuts off the customer service team never call back after 30mins waiting to speak to someone verify your name, phone number and address for them to cut off time & time again and not have the decency to call back
