Keeps asking me for information I don't have, & I've got no idea if the information is being posted to me. Also got no idea if a Debit card is on the way! No communications...

M (@M0000000000004) reported@Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We activated the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and surprise surprise u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it. Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?

♦️7=🍺 Paul Gipson (@thebeercard) reported@BarclaysUK The csv download of transactions from my Barclaycard account using the Barclays online banking truncates the pennies making it useless. For example, a transaction of £10.56 will be £10.00 in the downloaded file. Is this a known issue?

Muhammad Rohail (@m_rohail16) reported@BarclaysUK Been a Barclays customer ever since I came to London but now a payment of over £10,000 is stuck somewhere between the sender bank and Barclays for OVER A MONTH now and Barclays cannot give me any written evidence??? Are you SERIOUS?!

I would support that immediately I'm not a customer there and never will be. Good Luck for the Coming Concert! I wish I could come! What you accomplish on stage is gigantic!
