My local branch of @BarclaysUK closed down, another branch telling me they don't keep Euros currency any more, too few counters available .. Not good enough. Time to change banks, after 25 years.

@BcardBusiness @BarclaysUK @BarclaysBizChat what an absolute joke. Because you’ve shut wednesbury and bilston I drive 10 miles to West Bromwich to find that it’s shut on Wednesday???? So another 7 miles to Walsall and no counter service and one machine open!!!!

. @BarclaysUK paying in a cheque feature on their mobile banking app is atrocious.. spent half an hour trying to take photos of the cheque only for it to keep saying they need a clearer picture! It’s pin sharp!! Awful technology and app 😡
