What a ******* day. Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Thank you @BarclaysUK, but please help secure things up stop this happening again!

The tweet thread references what was said in a phonecall with them, and what they said to me, so I think it's safe to say THEY KNOW. This is an issue which I've spoken to them about, at least a few hundred times over the past 10 years.
