Massive credit to @BarclaysUK and the Manager in the Hartlepool branch for sorting this out, as Barclays Customer Service over the phone was a struggle!!

@BarclaysUK it’s impossible to verify my business details (for a community account). You haven’t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I’ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!

What a ******* day. Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Thank you @BarclaysUK, but please help secure things up stop this happening again!

First time I’ve been seriously disappointed with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I got a new phone, restores apps, logged in and now I can’t access New Payees or PINsentry for 4 days (now 5). Causing my business problems at a crucial time, and “chat” is USELESS!

@BarclaysUK get rid of your video and ID verification on the app. Opened debit account only to access chat as you won't answer phones about my credit card. No online messaging. Local branch closed down. Why so difficult??? HSBC opened no issues no silly video verification needed

@BarclaysUK Gmorning - my pinsentry login fails the security on the PIN. This maybe ...bcause the account is now business only, with my personal acc. being terminated some time ago....both pers. and business where in my name. Anyway ps provide a new pin. I have 1 last try left.
