    @BarclaysUK gutted you're shutting down #Pingit in June, it's been a great tool for my mum and I. Can you reassure us that we'll still be able to send money to each other via the Barclays mobile app as easily as we have been doing?

    @BarclaysUK just been cut off after holding an hour on phone. Trying to find out how to add users to community club business online service. Nothing helpful on website and in branch staff had no idea either. Any help would be great thank you.

    Quite unbelievable that I am still waiting for @BarclaysUK to acknowledge my complaint that they received on the 5th of November. According to the Barclays website "we aim to contact you within 24 hours." I have now referred my complaint to the Ombudsman

    @BarclaysUK first you send me a text demanding information about my business that looks like a scam. Then you make it almost impossible to contact you via your website. I don’t want a lame apology I want to talk to the person who designed your ludicrous choice architecture.

    I would say I had a good start to the week. but I had to go in to my local @BarclaysUK so it was comprehensively ****. If a bank refuses to have actual human cashiers, forcing everyone to wait for well over 30 mins, maybe they should pay for their customers parking?
