I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

In the remaining 1% of cases, the non-binary person can just correct without getting offended, honest mistake. Saves time and stops all this becoming an unnecessary issue.
