I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

Come in we have loads of different ramps inside you can use to… er… get into the branch. You have to use the service you can’t use to get the adjustment.
