@barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

Never again am I using the chat service on the @BarclaysUK app. All I wanted was to report my credit card lost. Now I current account has been frozen without my request and chat conversations just magically disappeared!!

If they addressed the letter to the lady you may understand a mistake but to knowingly address it to the executors means they’ve acted on the information given and still thought this was an acceptable letter to send.
