    @BarclaysUK @firstdirect sorry guys - no other words, the app to pay Barclaycard bill direct is utter **** To pay you need code from your debit provider Log on to that & Barclaycard logs you off their app. Never been so frustrated Shambolic Woeful Inept Wasting life to pay a bill

    Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

    @barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

    @aishcloud @Barclays That’s so awful of @BarclaysUK We sent off our application off 2 weeks ago so we can let ours out but not holding much hope just to make this nightmare of a situation even worse! We are trapped in a one bed with a 2 year old so feel for you, hope it gets resolved for you!

    Trying to close one mortgage and change rate on another. The app is useless. And the website help videos show buttons that just are not there. Plus everything takes forever when you click a button. Your self service is shocking @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUKHelp After being on the phone for over an hour asking to speak to a manager on several occasions @BarclaysUK keep telling me 'x icant reach one at the minute,when I asked how many managers are live, I was told 4 .... 4 managers and not knew could assist ...poor customer service.

    @BarclaysUK hi, I have the new avios card. Tried to activate Apple TV offer but your sign up page states I am not a customer ? Any thoughts on how to resolve this ? Also the card does not support open banking when I try to add my Barclaycard to my Lloyds app? Thanks
