Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

@barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

Spent a frustrating hour queuing in @BarclaysUK #skipton Pleasant member of staff *could've* helped me but she didn't have access to the printer! Access to my account/details yeah fine, but office equipment? No.

@BarclaysUK 2/2 she then had to go in again after being hospitalised and was told by the branch staff the card had not been ordered. This is an absolute disgrace especially her condition, the service received and had to put herself at risk and was lied to.
