@BarclaysUK - HATE this bank now! Gone digital everywhere and cannot go into a bank to change a bank note to coins. HATE it. Get rid of this CEO! Bring someone who understands UK needs! Prefer @Metrobank where get happy face to face service. Opened a/c with them now. Transfer. UK

So annoyed with my mortgage switchover with @BarclaysUK using Integrar. Appalling customer service, don’t even care on the urgency of the matter. They say they sent stuff to me, but haven’t 😤 Now I’m days away from a variable rate increase. Literally could cry 😭

This damn bank > @Barclays @BarclaysUK does not attend the offices to solve anything with credit cards, they say you have to call and they only have Hindus and Pakistanis who do not understand ****. Miserable bank that does not want to pay staff. For these pods UK is in the ****

@BarclaysUK What you don't tell people is that if you have a savings account but no current account you cannot use the app and get no access to any services. Maybe fix that?

@BarclaysUK trying to open a current account, your app and website won't let me so went into branch for them to refuse to look at the issue and tell me they can't open accounts in branch (seems bizarre, what are they for?) are you able to help or should I choose a different bank)
