    @Brightstar once again you have failed to send out the courier service to pick up my items - that twice this has happened. No email update, no call, nothing. Why are you so incompetent. @BarclaysUK potential customers looking at the tech pack avoid at all cost. Can’t be trusted.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysLDN @BarclaysUK Not to mention, i reached out on the app to the chat help. they gave me conflicting advice in telling f2f meetings were not happening and then telling branches were accepting meetings... they then ended the chat without confirming if i was done

    @BarclaysUK why does your mobile app still have a "call" option for help, just to dump you into the general phone system without ID, then tell you to use the 'chat' option back in the app, a bot you have to fight to get onto a human. Cld have been a 5m call took 30 min & 😡😡😡

    @BarclaysUK I have now been trying to get an appointment since yesterday on your Apple chat. Apparently now I am being told that due to a “technical issue” the chat has to close and to start a new one in 30-40 minutes!! I am not a app customer so cannot access live chat - poor

    @Richard_Hirst @BarclaysUK Trying to talk to customer services in barclays is bad it never used to be like this felt so uncomfortable I feel like theres no care anymore went away bit fed up

    @BarclaysUK see nothing has improved at Grantham barclays. Only bank in Grantham with a queue outside..Why? .. because the advisor was restricting access while 3 atm stood unused. Advisor very dismissive when I highlighted this plus the massive queue down the road...Shambles!

    @AlexaNStaley Hi I'm reaching out to you to speak to your dad and ask him to send me apology on behalf of his employees for denying access to my late father account I had legal documents given by the courts to gain access to father accounts I'm sure you be hurt too!! @BarclaysUK

    Disgraceful Service from Barclays Bank today... Website says open until 4pm.. Get there and Desk shut at 2pm. Unable to cash in change.. No appologies for wrong information just EXCUSES from @BarclaysUK Wigan. NOT GOOD ENOUGH Other Banks have desks open while the doors are Open

    I had a savings account with £5k in it with @BarclaysUK. I couldn’t access it online, via the app, or telephone banking. Forgot about it for a while. Tried again. Too difficult. Why? Now it’s transferred out to @monzo and account closed.
