    Trying to find something on the @BarclaysUK online banking, used chat support. Told to go to the "Service Centre Menu". There is no menu called that, I finally found it under "Manage accounts" - response - "That's the service section of the website."

    The utter uselessness of @BarclaysUK webchat continues Me: In order to get a DIP, do I need to enter the property details B: if you can see the option to enter details then only else its not mandate. Well I think that's a 'no' And this is what you want us to ALWAYS use. WTF?

    @BarclaysUK I wish to complain about the service provided when I tried to report a fraud. The Barclays "help" line gave an automated message about the wait time being more than 30 minutes. By this poor service, you are passively preventing your customers from reporting fraud.

    @BarclaysUK Lost phone whilst travelling. Barclays insurance wouldn't offer a partial refund / send me a new phone to where I am. Couldn't verify myself on the app, agents can't help, only solution is to raise a complaint. #stranded Honestly, will move all accounts to revolut.
