  After 70 years of banking with @BarclaysUK my elderly mum is moving her banking elsewhere. She’s fed up being in floods of tears trying to make telephone banking work. As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.

  @tiggerhw72 @BarclaysUK @Barclays Frustrating! You might want to try contacting Barclays' customer support directly, either by phone or through their website's live chat, to get help with deleting payees. They should be able to guide you through the process or do it for you.

  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)
