    @BarclaysUK Communicating with you is impossible. Secure messages down. Chat down. Repetitive music on hold causes brain damage. Now after wasting an hour I'm just cut off. Just waiting to see if the person I was talking to has enough pride in his work to call me back. Doubt it!

    Sitting in a room with three Trustees and our clerk with two phones calling, waiting for @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK to answer and help us. 25 mins on one line, 10mins on the other. Nightmare and dreadful customer service.

    @BarclaysUK your online isn't working. Repeated security problems. Tried to call through the app. Your options chain leads to a recorded message that this can be resolved through chat. Chat is a robot....8 minutes to "chat" to a human. Still waiting 21hrs later. POOR @Barclays

    So the latest update from @BarclaysUK in response to not being able to repair my phone and making me wait 28 days for a replacement, meaning I had to spend £1000 replacing my own phone is to compensate me £20… Twenty ******* pounds for 28 days of no working phone!! 😡😡

    @BarclaysUK horrific customer service from your call centre . The first rep hung up on me mid afternoon 40 min on hold, the second one resolved the issue after 35 min, but sent me back to the automation, after I requested to speak to customer service . Please contact me

    well done @BarclaysUK you have now made your bank impossible to contact...just spent 45 minutes bouncing between your pointless bot and your ineffective phone line ...and got ZERO % further forward who do i invoice for my wasted time?
