@BarclaysUK Hi Is there an issue with online banking atm? Just logged into my business accounts no problem, but when I try to switch customes to other accounts I have access to I get an error message 404 and logged out of everything.

@BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

@BarclaysUK just had the misfortune of needing to use a branch in Manchester City centre after queuing at market st branch for 25 mins to be told no counter service getting sent to their only other branch in the city to find out there is a hour que for counter service tinpot outf

I’m starting to think @BarclaysUK does not want new customers. Trying to open an account with them is mission impossible and the app malfunctions. Trying to speak with a human being to get it sorted has also been unsuccessful. Isn’t technology meant to make life easier?

Hello @BarclaysUK do you use any 3rd party payment apps? EG. Google Pay. I use the barclays app for mobile contact less payments, but I have to sign in after every transaction which is really annoying when you're in a rush. I use a Samsung Galaxy device
