    @andersleijersta @Barclays @BarclaysUK There are 2 branches of Barclays banking. A normal every day account or an account called Barclays Premier. They are very different. I receive amazing service even if I call at midnight! Change to Premier if you fit their criteria (which I believe you do).

    Just rang @LloydsBank customer service. They was a 30 minute queue so I was asked to leave my name and number so a customer service chap can ring me back when I reach the top of the queue. Sensible approach. @BarclaysUK you should learn from this.

    The assault on cash: @BarclaysUK make it almost impossible to pay in cash. Remember when you took cash into a bank, filled in a paying in slip and deposited the cash? Well, forget it. Even if you can find a branch with a cashier on duty...
