    @Apple you’re 0% interest offer looks very good. Sadly the application process is broken somewhere, having tried 3 times today I just give up. @BarclaysUK don’t seem to be able to help either. So good offer, not able to complete it .

    @BarclaysUK insurance renewal seemed high, phoned & auto voice said do not ask for a better quote! So we looked around & phoned to cancel - says go to Aviva website. Want to let you know you've lost a home ins custoner. In case you don't realise no one is working on retention

    @BarclaysUK is there an error online with ‘setting spend limits’. If you click on the options under your account ‘manage’ setting all the options are missing for cash points and online spending??!

    @BarclaysUK looked on your website to look at branch opening times for hight street Bedford saw closed today Thursday. Saw another branch kempston. So came to that one. Only to find it closed down! Doesn’t say on website it’s shut. Waste of my time going there in my wheelchair 🦼

    @BarclaysUK received & activated new debit card last night. Woke up this morning to email from @TfL = my transaction for travel yesterday was declined. Surely this is a known issue - that some vendors only process transactions later? Does not reflect well on me as a customer.
