    @BarclaysUK Hi. I keep getting Error FCS02 on the Barclays App on my Android, while using the spending feature. I've reinstalled the app but it doesn't make any difference. Thanks for helping

    @BarclaysUK I wish to complain about the service provided when I tried to report a fraud. The Barclays "help" line gave an automated message about the wait time being more than 30 minutes. By this poor service, you are passively preventing your customers from reporting fraud.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK yes I have the app. I don’t want to get sucked into a call centre/online process that takes me nowhere. I only need to know why I was turned down so that I can address that issue. I think that’s only reasonable for a customer of 40 years!

    @BarclaysUK Glasgow Argyle Street is a shambles. Always a massive q outside, different info depending on who u speak to. 1 cashier. Business banking customers needing change waiting for up to an hour at times. Shocking service. #badcustomerservice #banking

    Never use the @BarclaysUK chat function in your banking app. 24 hours after acknowledging my issue they havent actioned or come back to apologise about any delay

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK Appalling service at Bexleyheath branch waiting 30 minutes for opening in a mixture of cigarette smoke and vape then to wait in line as the stench entered the building

    @ManuPinteaux @BarclaysUK Don’t go to Natwest, my son works long days Mon - Fri, wanted cash from his account to buy a car, was told he had to give 24 hrs notice & provide evidence of purchase? when he said OK he would collect on Saturday, no counter service available on a Saturday!
