With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

.@BarclaysUK fix your in-app chat. It's just pathetic. Why I cannot paste in the chat? Why the session is disconnecting every 5 mins and the next representative cannot see the previous chat so I'll have to re-type everything. We're in 2022 not in 1998.
