    @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    @BarclaysUK @gerry862 Happened to me, only been a customer for 30 years and app user for at least 7-8 years! Now got to visit one of the few remaining branches or spend a day on the phone, so infuriating!!

    @Joses_World @Barclays @BarclaysUK Indeed I have personally spoken to three people with the same issues. And even an insurance broker that called exactly why I was having problems and who with withought me having to say anything. Its becoming common knowlage.

    @BarclaysUK any idea why my app is saying I can no longer make contactless payments with my device (google pixel 7 pro). Stopped working last week. I called up last week and got told you had issues which would be resolved soon. It's a week on and it's still not working. Was fine

    @BarclaysUK What a joke! As not currently a customer, & wanting to open a 1yr Cash Isa, had to call to make a branch apmt. Of the 11 “LOCAL” branches, only Rhyl (50 miles - 1hr 5 mins away) was the only branch with any appointment space in the next 4 weeks. “Computer says no”🤬

    @BarclaysUK Banking in Guiseley today, 2 windows,5 people before me in the queue, by the time I got to the counter 6 behind me. This is a branch you are closing. People don’t want apps & phone banking, we want humans , cash, because cash is still king you know & proper service.

    @Ditch_83 @BarclaysUK Many issues with Barclays in the past few years along similar lines to you. Always made to feel like they don’t really want my business, and it’s all a hassle for them. Ready to change but are others any less useful?

    @BarclaysUK Yeah but the problem is regardless of who you speak to messages or phone, to whomever you are passed to next .. you spend hours and hours going through it over and over to either be told there is nothing that person can do or they will have to call you back. then .. NOTHING

    @Melindola @alison_fure Agreed - @BarclaysUK need to up their game and actually start assisting their vulnerable customers, many of whom have been banking with them for years #inclusion isn’t just a slogan, it’s customer care Hope the bank come back to you with better service
