    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    @BarclaysUK I note that you've now removed the original, longer video that instructed: 'You don't need to understand, you just need to obey' with a fluffy little edit of soundbites. The original is still up on your website, accessed via that link under the video, tho not for long, I'm sure.

    @BarclaysUK @barclaysuk need to concentrate on the basics, like getting their customers names correct on their automated system, something they haven't managed to do in my case despite numerous conversations with their 'customer service' team. I'm sure the CEO wouldn't have the same problem!

    @BarclaysUK Please help, I've got a Credit Card with you but I've been locked out my account because I forgot my pin and had to use it for access on my new phone, I need to send a payment for July but can't do this without the account so I'm stressing now! 😭

    @BarclaysUK I used to work in remortgaging. Your bank was the worst for customer service. How about focusing on that rather than social lecturing.
