With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@BarclaysUK the card reader my elderly mother in law uses doesn’t work anymore. My father in law asked the local branch to help & they just sent him away telling him to fit new batteries. Not ideal considering a tiny screw needs removing etc. Any chance of you sending a new one?

@BarclaysUK so I need to take an amount of cash out of my account which exceeds the daily machine limit of £500. Since you've shut down my local branches including my local cash machine, do you have a suggestion on how I do this without going several times?

@adamrickitt @BarclaysUK So sorry this happened to you. I hope you can get your money back. Can't imagine how you must be feeling, but don't be hard on yourself. These scammers are so clever and awful. You're not stupid, please don't say you are. Sending hugs to you and Katy. Xx

@peg_f1 @BarclaysUK if a bank can do this to me, they "the banks" can do this to anyone.... Try to live a life without access to a bank account and see how far you can get.... it's predatory, bullying of vulnerable disabled people... which last time I looked is against my rights and the law.
