    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    Hi @BarclaysUKHelp I opened a premier account using the app yesterday. I couldn’t initiate the current account switching service as there’s no option in app. This morning I keep getting a 00002 error. I’ve tried several times and my connection is fine. Can you help? @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK yes I have the app. I don’t want to get sucked into a call centre/online process that takes me nowhere. I only need to know why I was turned down so that I can address that issue. I think that’s only reasonable for a customer of 40 years!

    @BarclaysUK I continue to get the error code 00002 on the app. This relates to access to my mortgage account. Could someone help. I have updated all software etc and same issue

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BBCNews can you see the journey @BarclaysUK takes their customer through. 2 years been asking for a phone call and they don't even have the decency to make a courtesy call. Barclays need investigating on how they treat customers

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Yes. got a note back suggesting I call your contact centre. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life doing that. My complaint is simple. I just want to know after 40 years being a customer why you have turned me down for a new business account.

    For over 2 weeks @RevolutApp have held funds we transferred in from our own @BarclaysUK bank account for "compliance checks". Worried they may have cashflow issues, please beware if you rely on them. #Banking #Cash #business
