  With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.

  @BarclaysUK Trying to set up an online account for a friend, keep getting error 1089 - which states there is no mobile phone on the account. NO ****, the person doesn't own a mobile phone, so can't set up a password they'll never use, as they want pin device you never sent.

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, why have you removed the memorable phrase from the sign on screen to your app and made the whole page look different without any warning. I had to find out about it by googling as I thought my phone had been hacked. It's pretty poor service actually

  Concerned about my @BarclaysUK current account being suspended without prior notice, explanation, or any indication of fraud. All transactions were normal & routine. Called support—they could not provide a reason & said a letter is coming.
