    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    Not very good service by @BarclaysUK - they shut down as many branches as they can in rural areas then reduce Saturday opening hours till 1330 in the nearest big town. Not everyone wants to or can bank on a mobile app or internet.

    @BarclaysUK hi, contactless payments haven't been working on my new card since I got it. It is just says payment failed every time I go to pay for something

    @BarclaysUK never had issues with mobile app until suddenly today with this error. Online banking on desktop browser works no problem. So clearly this isn’t a situation you need to see me in person! Phone rep says it’s due to my new mobile device. I’ve used it for 2+ weeks now!!

    @BarclaysUK Husband trying to log in to his Barclays app as usual, but getting error message RG21K ("we don't have enough info to complete your registration"). Tried both fingerprint and password login.

    @BarclaysUK Thanks, it would be really helpful to understand why the decision was made that a customer would be impacted (loss of account, loss of money and difficulty opening new account) due to Barclays not having enough people in the KYC team, why not just remove the closure threat?

    @BarclaysUK - why are you the only bank we have come across that asks customers to wait over 4 weeks to ratify an LPA when my father is suddenly ill and needs bills to be paid? This is not customer service!
