Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Say they have sorted the problem abd then debit £400 out of your account for no reason but will not answer the phone!!! Worst customer service!
