Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

I tried in branch and they said even they can’t speak to anyone. I tried everything to speak to a human. Eventually I wrote to explain the situation and never heard from them so gave up.

Called the bank , apparently I have to.go into a branch and raise a cheque???? 40 mile round trip to find a branch then take cheques to solicitors . This 2023 , what kind of service is that?

There is not one person who does 24hr emergency, so I am sat here, stranded at a train station,unable to get anywhere for the second time in 3 days on an app glitch they assured me was fixed. Of the 11 “LOCAL” branches, only Rhyl (50 miles - 1hr 5 mins away) was the only branch with any appointment space in the next 4 weeks. “Computer says no”🤬

The same happened to me today & I found out by chance that my overdraft has been removed & my personal accounts will be closed after 35 years of banking! What was the outcome or reasons given?
