The confirmation screen isn’t coming up and it’s as if the payment hasn’t gone. I did raise this on the app but it was assumed human error. It’s not. It’s your app. It’s glitching!

Older people are treated awful and just ignored. Closing branches and reducing staff has been done in such an awful cold hearted way @GMB

So finally I went to the local branch today .. they spent over one hour on the phone helping me and finally the problems were solved! Thankfully! Whoopee!

Lisa B (@LBPrague75) reported@BarclaysUK trying to get hold of someone in your mandate team. Can’t use email. Mandate team isn’t available on the chat option. Only thing is a direct phone number. Which no-one answers. So what do you expect customers to do? Terrible service for a business account.
