    @davidkurten @BarclaysUK "You've had to access your £200 overdraft, had you applied today you would not be given this amount as an overdraft. Have you considered lowering your overdraft limit?" If I've accessed my overdraft it's for a reason, or should I sit in the dark with no lights on?

    @BarclaysUK absolutely terrible Services, on hold for 45 minutes for barclays to lock off the call. I then call back and the wait time is now an hour. Terrible service!

    @BarclaysUK your telephone service is appalling. Delays of over 40 minutes are totally unacceptable. Need to cancel an appointment - at this rate we may just not turn up

    This is now the 5th time that @BarclaysUK have tried to transfer my in-app chat and the 5th time I have been placed into chat purgatory ("Our service is unavailable"). I now have another ~12-18 hour wait. Utterly shocking service and nobody seems to care.

    @BarclaysUK on hold for over an hour is absolutely ridiculous, how on earth am I meant to resolve issues when there is no one to speak to. Appalling customer service
