    . @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

    @BarclaysUK Shocking how you speak down to your customers. *shakes head in disbelief* I was a client a long time ago, but moved my mortgage and other accounts because of atrocious service from my branch at the time. I'm sort of annoyed that I therefore can't close any accounts in protest.
