. @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

@barclaysuk your service is shocking! 2 months of calls and signing forms, daily branch visits and many calls to many depts and the issue is still not resolved. I have put in a complaint on 15th October and still haven’t heard from you. I would appreciate a response.
