    @bt_uk hi my friend is receiving emails from you about a new broadband service and delivery of a new hub. She hasn’t ordered anything and the home address isn’t hers. Her email address must be linked to someone else’s bt account. Help!

    @bt_uk Problem is that it's not the first time we're attempting redelivery. First hub ended up at the post office depot. Me not being around it, it can't be collected. This is the second hub order and delivery seem not to be able to act on simple instruction such as ring the neighbour.

    @bt_uk new customer. Just received smart hub 2 and engineer is coming tomorrow. But my broadband lead wont go into the phone line and needs an adapter?

    @bt_uk been waiting 6 weeks for TV and Broadband. I was told engineer would bring equipment (smart hub & you view box) today but he turned up without it saying it should have been delivered? I’m paying for this service!?

    @bt_uk trying to upgrade my mobile 20days earlier than my contract end date but I can only get the phone I want from EE and you want to charge me a cancellation fee but the bill I've just paid covers me to 24th feb so why the charge and annoyance of having to "cancel" my contract

    @bt_uk We were told it would be 18th Dec, 12th Jan, 27th Jan & now 17th Feb at this rate we may be connected by Christmas!! Forgive the cynicism but so many promises of call backs & activation which never happen. We are now being charged from the 27th Jan for a service we don’t have

    @bt_uk @TAC_Dominator So just "**** those guys" right? Customer service in the UK is the worst I've seen in the world. Even the tone of these replies is just "Well, sucks to be you, have a nice day chump."
