@bt_uk hub keeps disconnecting/ dropping / flashing orange / purple. Increasingly random over the last two weeks. Are there any issues in the BD12 area?

@bt_uk Our phone is not working. Just a clicking sound. Internet is fine. We unplugged and plugged in again. Temporarily out of order is the message. What shall we do!

@bt_uk Hi. It’s my office internet. Not there again till Tuesday so will check then. It was awful last week - the BT hybrid connect couldn’t even cope with filling in the void periods when the internet went down. So frustrating when you’re trying to work especially as new router etc.

@bt_uk Can someone please help me with my bill?! Had two online chats who said I need to call Values Team but the wait times are crazy, I have two children so cant sit on hold waiting to talk for 40+ minutes!
