David Standard (@DaveStandard) reported@paulontoast @bt_uk Not now Paul - I’ve changed a host of things around, changed Hub, switches and had a new modem fitted so o can’t tell you what solved it but it’s solved. I have to say, the BT fault service was excellent.

saz (@smorris07) reported@bt_uk I now have no Internet router is solid orange, you service status says no issues in my area and then a do a full check and it says down for maintainance, I have work tomorrow from home and need my Internet!!!

Now the connection drops every single day! How is this possible? To say I am frustrated is an understatement. Why can’t you just fix it??

He said BT is a total bunch of liars too and that no one in customer service cares. He was fab. Now have a number to call to talk to someone about being wrongly sold the full hub package.
