    From today, I've lost my @PrimeVideo and @btsport when I'm outside the UK. Since I'm away for long periods, I might as well cancel each subscription. At least it will save me a over three hundred quid a year. Maybe not so bad after all!

    @bt_uk I’m a Halo customer.. can’t use sky q boxes in our bedrooms , it either freezes or drops out . Have complained many times but nothings been done

    @bt_uk Unfortunately not, it was suggested a wifi problem but thats fine as Netflix and Prime work fine. The box downstair is recordable, and upstairs is not, is the smaller box inferior, reception wise?

    @bt_uk I’ve 3 months access to BT Sport and completed the registration via EE. But when I go to log in, it says I have no subscription. Can you help?
