    @bt_uk You're not getting it, neighbours get the guarantee from YOU. My guarantee from YOU is 8, yet OpenReach say it can be as high as 80Mbps. There's nothing to order because my line sucks, hence me asking. Is there anything I can do?

    @iamthebongman @eeeefah @bt_uk Nah still nothing and I get emails from them trying to sell me phone handsets etc so no issue with the email being blocked

    I know they paid fifty zillion pounds for exclusive rights, but @btsport should put one @ChampionsLeague group game on their YouTube channel each week. Even if it’s a crap one (and there are definitely crap ones).

    @bt_uk @bt_uk, so thanks for call. After another 30 mins of my life was cut off just as I seemed to be getting some sort of resolution!

    @bt_uk so a 3 second abandoned call counts as attempting to contact me regards my complaint. Followed by an email 7 minutes later saying you hope you’re happy & complaint closed. No worries only my consumer rights have been infringed. Will keep trying despite stupidly long calls!
