  @bt_uk broadband speeds today of between 1 and 3 Mbps. Unacceptable. I pay for Halo 3 with usual speeds of around 90-100mbps. Tried restarting/resetting router but no difference. Is there an issue in the BD12 area?

  @bt_uk I’m being told the issue in my area won’t be fixed till tomorrow, that’s not ideal at all.. but the main question is; Will this be removed off my bill?
