@bt_uk Thank you Theresa. Can emails be automatically blocked completely, so they never appear? Or would they just go into the spam folder if they are marked as spam? The emails in question don't appear anywhere.

@mrjakehumphrey Even when your parents tell you what really happened you still don’t offer an apology for spouting the UEFA narrative; I understand it was the only info you had at the time but now you know better you should be on BTSport with a public apology, or you are as bad as the scum paper
