@blnode @bt_uk There's a big Facebook, WhatsApp outage at the moment, so don't know if any of this is connected. I have BT internet but currently getting same message re. being connected bit with no internet access

@bt_uk @tweedledee23 What about those of us who use Wi-fi Broadband? That only tells me that my phone is working The EE portal asks what my device is, but doesn't give a drop-down to select anything, poor quality of service in this day and age. Thank goodness for @ThreeUK & the hotspot on my phone
