    @bt_uk That’s who I’ve been on the phone to Dee, apparently anyway. After speaking to 5 different advisors today and attempting to raise a complaint, which I was told would be closed straight away as resolved I got no further forward!

    So, following @MartinSLewis’s good advice I finally sort my broadband deal. Stayed with @bt_uk but regretting it now. Took day off work for engineer. No one turned up.😡Promised call back didn’t happen. Text says next date mid-May! Terrible service!

    Dear @btbusinesscare we have had no phone line since Wednesday. We informed you is our busiest time so urgent to get it back working and still no technician. Very bad service

    Who do I need to talk to in order to cancel my @virginmedia contract?called them 14th February to give my 30days notice, everything was scheduled till 16th of March. The operator tried to make me stay, I refused because I’ll pay even less with @bt_uk and have a faster connection

    @cxnky @bt_uk Report them to @CISASUK request a deadlock letter. You can then get CISAS to look at the problem and they will tick them off and request a good compensation.

    @bt_uk Garbage network. The worst provider and a they don’t respect their customers at all. The worst network by far.
