    @bt_uk I’ve recently bought a business in Brentwood. And I have to be honest your service your communications has my other half in tears at the moment. Disgraceful doesn’t even come close to the way you’ve handled things. Please DM me for information ASAP.

    @WeAreOpenreach And then there is @bt_uk who are just beyond useless and unable to get any info at all on the problem after being kept on hold for an hour. Absolutely tinpot from both companies.

    @bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating 😕

    @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    Het @bt_uk @EE we don't have a landlines any more and we're never going to subscribe to your ****** ripoff broadband or TV service so can you come and take the cable away? Thanks.
