@bt_uk shocked and appalled by the lack of support in fixing our lack of internet speed and the engineer hasn’t even turned up but has ticked ‘complete’ Not ideal in the run up to Christmas in a new flat! Can you fix it please?

Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

@bt_uk Sorry, are you actually saying that to contact someone about a Wifi issue I have to make a phone call? Is this not the 21st Century? This clearly isn't the actual case so I'd appreciate you getting in touch with someone who can provide an answer.

@bt_uk Hi, I use BT Wifi (paid monthly) for my work connection since working from home. Unfortunately today I've been unable to connect, instead recieving a 503 Service Unavailable error. Is there a known issue? I'm currently in the B13 area of Birmingham.
