    @bt_uk had no broadband since Tuesday major outage affecting rest of village on our area code. Various dates for reconnection either today, next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. What is happening. I am paying for a service I can't use!

    @InstackNetworks @bt_uk Ok so as a casual i've no idea what any of that means but i'll look into it. All i know is right now my connection is FTTC copper wires to the house is most likely why it's so slow, If i do a speed test it says i'm getting about 20mb download/2mb upload but in the house i get 2mb

    @bt_uk Hii I recently got a 4G Home hub and have trouble getting ot started. It's continually saying it has an Invalid Sim (it says the sim was already installed) with a red network light and I'm unsure how to fi.
