Mark Dunlop (@JMarkDunlop) reported@Benleo @BTBusiness @bt_uk are very similarly disrespectful. Raised a formal complaint and they fumbled like inept foreigners who did not intend to care, and then suddenly dropped off a call but never picked my case back up. And that was 17 days ago ...!

Vae Vix π«π· π¦πΊ π¨π π¬π§ (@VaeVix) reported@bt_uk It's useless if you can't check the number is the number of the person... It's just a hindrance for the customer that gives absolutely zero security.

Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is Β£57 a month but a new customer can get it for Β£38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

Dean Gray (@iamdg755) reported@bt_uk Iβve spoken to seven different people, another one isnβt going to do much good. Your customer service is awful.
-
Keith (@MaloneiD) reported@Ofcom I have evidence BT won't let customer complaints get to 8 weeks, so they cannot be reported to the regulator. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming

Sian (@SianElin_PT73) reported@bt_uk Did you read my message correctly? I do not have signal to call!

π²πππππππ‘ππ (@catallaxer) reported@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

Ann Palmer (@AnniePShoreham) reported@bt_uk Iβve made a complaint already. Hopeless. Not your fault I know. CEO next then. π¬
