    @bt_uk Anyone who is with **** T leave them ASAP, crappy service, even worse customer service and full of hidden costs and ended up cutting us off. Went to @TalkTalk best thing we ever did.

    @bt_uk What they don’t tell you is complete Wi-fi costs around £100! They should provide decent Wi-fi for the monthly fee. Same with Halo - charging extra for superior technical support. Support should be standard for every customer 🙄
