    @bt_uk still no reply to our complaint raised last week on the non arrival of your engineer to install full fibre for the 3rd time. Instead you closed the complaint sayng matter resolved !! Lies ! I am not waiting 30 mins in the phone either to get through to an advisor!

    @bt_uk why am I still waiting for an adviser to help me via your chat option on website. It's been an hour and 10 minutes so far. A bit ridiculous don't you think?

    @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

    @bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.

    @btbusinesscare I need to pay our bill. Can't log in. You have added a new security requirement. A passcode. When I enter it I get an error message "Bad Request - your browser sent a request that this server could not understand" Tried chat - held on 30 minutes. 1/2
