@bt_uk engineer book for Friday 6th Jan for full fibre upgrade. Didn’t arrive, no contact with explanation. Complained and told I’d be contacted with 24hr. Still haven’t got a new appointment. Come on BT sort out your customer service.

@bt_uk want to tell me why it’s gonna take 9 days to fix a serious outage problem? Because 9 days to me tells me you just can’t be bothered and you’ll do it later, like seriously explain to me what takes that long, you could lay brand new cables in that time.

@topoftheprops @thepaulwilliams I'd love to see refs interviewed in the week, much like coaches & players are. 5 mins, tops. Ref could have a short chat with #BTsport pundit & say, "with hindsight, i got that wrong. I'm human" or "IMO I got it spot on, because xxx". I think this would help the game immensely.

@bt_uk I have received a new mini hub. My point is… I kept the old mini hub, so I had the saftey net of this Halo service you provide…. You could NOT activate the old mini hub, so I’ve been lied to for the second time. So what exactly does Halo give me for the extortionate amount???

@btsport showing live crap matches before @WWESmackDown is really the worst

  • DaveB_mcfc DaveB🇧🇼 (@DaveB_mcfc) reported from Longfield, England

@bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

@bt_uk you seriously have the worst customer service and support of any company I’ve ever had to deal with. I have been battling with you now for 2 months. All I want is basic broadband and tv for my 70yo parents and you’re completely incapable of providing it

  • Jones_Clouseau Jones Clouseau (@Jones_Clouseau) reported

@bt_uk So I’m refunded for this non existent service??

@bt_uk Hi you really need to start offering 4g in place of FTTC in areas where infrastructure is poor. We average 22mbps fttc but get 3/4 times faster on 4g, with 5g on the way. With hybrid services already offered, surely this would be simple to implement?
