    @bt_uk @NRManc they’ve messed up everyone’s account - it be worried they are taking money from old customers so check your bank - they aren’t acknowledging the issue

    @btbusinesscare Not helpful really. Any business needing help has to wait for Tuesday. Absolutely useless service. Currently experiencing THIRD week this year of broken service. Bank holiday should be my busiest time, but I’ve had to close. 0/10.

    @bt_uk @ah_potts What “cache what cookies”?? All other apps working just fine. I cant log in BT only. I have been trying for ages! You have sent a bill and I cant access it . Really terrible service😡😡

    @bt_uk Ok but as a customer that's been highly inconvenienced by @BT why dont you call me or send an email to me and we can discuss compensation? Why is it up to me to do the legwork?

    @bt_uk I cannot find the option for online chat, I am disabled and need a reliable land land service, I use Starlink as my Internet provider.

    @bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.

    @TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.
