typical @btsport not working when im actually trying to use their service. sort yourselves.

@bt_uk BT Baby monitor is not generating events. How do I raise this issue with a technical team as there is no way to do it through your website?

  • teejayef Tim Fewell (@teejayef) reported

@bt_uk It’s my sister-in-law’s account in Mobberley, Cheshire. The fault has been raised and the 3 week notice was a response from BT so yes, there must be a known issue. BT have confirmed that it isn’t in her house but is in their system. That’s why a repair time of 3 weeks is so poor.

@bt_uk I’ve attempted to get your customer service reps to resolve this on 5 different occasions and got nowhere. So I figured publicly exposing the fact that you breach GDPR by sending details like that to unverified addresses might work

  • lorenzoblanco15 Laurence White (@lorenzoblanco15) reported

@BTCare any danger of the issues in BT28 being sorted any time soon? Was assured at 12.45 today that it would be sorted by close of business and here we are at 9.39 still without broadband, phone and TV. Working from home is going to be some craic tomorrow again ...

  • jenigma_ jenni (@jenigma_) reported

@bt_uk Other than a resounding no to my initial question, I’m struggling to understand this ‘work’ business as it just sounds like a bunch of words strung together that the customer doesn’t understand/that is not being explained well intentionally. Yes my other question about postage

  • Kay_2901 Kay (@Kay_2901) reported

@bt_uk any update for broadband issues in the ig6 area..it has been down since 3pm today

  • stevedouglas76 Steve Douglas (@stevedouglas76) reported

@bt_uk Perhaps validate email addresses BEFORE sending the installation address and time, bank details and customer name to it? I’m fairly certain I have enough details to commit identity theft on the person who mistyped my email while signing up for your broadband. GDPR breach?

  • dracohighpriest Ben Chainey (@dracohighpriest) reported

@btsport I've ordered Wrestlemania on BT sport sky box office, but I cannot record it. It will be impossible to watch the whole event in on sitting. Any help would be appreciated

  • teejayef Tim Fewell (@teejayef) reported

@bt_uk When there is a fault in your phone system (acknowledged by BT as being in their system) why does it take 3 weeks to fix? - the message from BT states that they expect to have the fault rectified by 25th April! UNBELIEVABLE!
