    @bt_uk yes, I did that twice already today. I have spoken to 4 different people Problem is getting worse.

    @bt_uk So I have filed a complaint its number is N150511-151190. And guess what you are now threatening to disconnect us when in fact we dont have a service with you and haven't since March. So what are you going to disconnect! You are a JOKE

    @bt_uk what a shame , 2 weekends, 10 days of using your "service" and I've got yo watch about 4 hours tv, in total. Tried calling your helpline but it was a 90-minute wait

    @bt_uk Tried for hours to access my account with repeated messages saying you were “encountering problems” .Finally it’s been resolved.

    @bt_uk I already know there’s an issue as this was discussed on a community Facebook page. But it would’ve been nice to have been told by email or text that there was an issue.

    @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.
