    I don't expect twitter to be any help on this but I'm absolutely convinced that Sylvestra Le Touzel (Hazel Savage from "Appropriate Adult") is the voice of the "One Five Seven Two" 1572 @bt_uk voicemail system though I've found no confirmation of this online

    @bt_uk “Reliable WiFi in every room” - there’s a joke! My elderly parents-in-law have been reporting faults and unstable line/awful WiFi etc for 2 weeks. BT promises to send a technician and it never happens, not even a call to say they are not coming.

    @bt_uk my BT wifi is down and also 4g on my phone is playing up. Nothing on my tv box is working. Cant get onto the BT app because it wont load. Any idea what ******** is going on? Not happy at all.
