Kenta (@nemurikyosirou) reported@bt_uk Hi @bt_uk , I have already called 0330 1234 150, but the agent refused to resolve the issue and insisted on the payment. I will NOT call again to be ignored. I have proof of cancellation and equipment return.

Dean Gray (@iamdg755) reported@bt_uk I’ve spoken to seven different people, another one isn’t going to do much good. Your customer service is awful.

Dave Moore (@davedjm001) reported@bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

KG40 (@KG40332532) reported@bt_uk I already tried that. It continues to say that fault is on BT's side. Please fix this.

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.

DemonicSuccubus (@MissSatanism) reported@bt_uk We’ve done this. But they don’t help. You guys give no help whatsoever. You are genuinely useless. How can you not provide an update based on postcode?

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? It’s disproportionate for a simple task.
