    @martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

    @btbusinesscare I need someone to get in touch please. Really not happy with the customer service we have received. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.

    @bt_uk I am trying to reach your customer support to get an overdue promised update on case no C10002481840. Being on hold for an hour, purposely being ignored i assume. Please help. Not a good experience as a new customer.

    @bt_uk There’s no broadband in TR7 and you’ve turned off chat support, phone support and SMS support (that’s all support and contact options) for the next 12 hours.
