    @bt_uk "you'll be connected by midnight today" STILL not!! Key workers who cant work from home as BT cant seem to stick to date for our broadband. Not a great service so far!

    @bt_uk Looks like the replies to this were as expected!!! Unless your service is flawless, don't offer to be better than others! I will be so glad when @CityFibre complete the civil near me to allow me Gigafast and away from the horrors that are BT

    @HughesDirect @bt_uk With crap mobile reception in Somerset, we need to stick to land lines. My dial phone can be retired if win this.

    @bt_uk We were due to have fibre to the premises delivered yesterday (engineer booked), but they never turned up. We had to call BT , but were then informed the first stage of work not finished yet (despite being told four weeks ago it was). We are now without internet at our house

    @TalkTalk ever since moving to your service the other day from @bt_uk I've had nothing but trouble from what is supposed to be a faster speed WiFi compared to what I had. The TV lags when watching a film and phones lag when on social media and YouTube etc! Please can you help.

    @bt_uk Where on the my bt can I find my landline number ? (We never use it)
