@bt_uk 70 days since a complaint was lodged around broadband provision. 70 days later after multiple promises of dig work, planning application procedures, photographs of the site, and maintenance. Your contractors @OpenreachHelp have no trace of any of this in their systems?

@bt_uk need urgent help for my 94 year old MIL who’s phone is not working properly. She’s contacted you with no joy. She lives alone and is vulnerable- we live 200 miles away and are her bubble. This is urgent as she can phone us but we can’t phone her to check on her.

@JuxtoG @bt_uk I have found them all to be bad, had zen didn’t want to send out an engineer as it would cost them, bt is dire so are sky and virgin, only on virgin because of the speed

@bt_uk Hi Lesley. I am aware I have a complaint and team dealing with this, however there is no confusion on my behalf. I am waiting to be provided evidence of any existence that months of communication and work being carried out between BT and Openreach actually exists.
