@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness For the 8th day on the trot, BT engineers miss appointments to fix our office broadband and telephone lines. What a way to treat a paying cusomer. Do not use BT for business folks, they are nothing short of shameful.

@bt_uk The first time I was told "We don't monitor upload" second time it's "Maybe people do it wrong, maybe they don't, there is no issue". It appears me line is perfect, well if this is perfect then I best be moving. Thanks for all the help though, it seems we can't sort the issue.

3/3 On Tues, @bt_uk say engineer said on his Friday visit that they need to close the road to fix the pole wire (no apparent reason & engineer hadn't bothered to tell us). @bt_uk say now till after Xmas before they can even apply for council road closure???

2/3 Ring @bt_uk on Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon. BT call staff friendly & apologetic but massively hampered by bad data / complex system. Even thinking there was a reschedule on Monday (there wasn't)

@bt_uk I can see whats connected to my router through the admin pannel and how much bandwith each device is using and it shouldn't be causing an issue.

1/3 @bt_uk engineer fails the house move connection last Friday b/c too dark to fix pole wire. Can't they pre-plan?

@NotTaffyy @bt_uk Honestly it was just so hit and miss. Sometimes it was **** sometimes it was fine. Now it’s mostly fine. I’d say it was all over the place for a few months
