    @brian_mcbride1 @bt_uk That's similar experience to my 90 year old mother's complaint about digital switchover and contract renewal. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.

    @neural_theory @bt_uk No way to cancel on the website and I really had to hunt to find the phone number - they're trying their hardest to make it difficult.

    @bt_uk When are you going to sort out the problems you have. I CANNOT log into my account have not been able to for two days now. What the heck is going on. Awful company, need to get rid of you. Shame really I have internet, phone and 4 mobile phones all going. Had enough😡

    @bt_uk can't log in via the website or app. Sends a code to my email (fine) then to my mobile which it never accepts. The screen just never progresses? Known issue?

    @weatherbraine @bt_uk @Ofcom We went away from BT due to their service. Who in their right mind uses Evri?
