@btsport @AskPS_UK can you please update your BT Sports app on the PS5. Everytime I try to fast forward or rewind the app crashes and starts every show from the beginning. Considering you’re increasing the price. This is extremely poor

@bt_uk Its my wifes business account, hence the reason i'm being shouted at for things not working during christmas shopping time. I'll get her to make contact when she has a few mins spare. as i was not there i told her to just restart things and thought id ask if this had been seen

  • welshgje The Running Geek 🏃🏃💻 (@welshgje) reported

Annoying that @bt_uk give me crap pricing for Full Fibre because I have 4 months left on my normal fibre contract. (+£20 compared to my brother in law). Also nuts I cannot get 900Mbit whilst he can (20metres up the road).

To be treated like a number excuse the pun, @bt_uk & @ee are a company we would not recommend you use as they aren’t bothered about how they treat their customers, regardless of how much they cost you, shocking customer service be this business or consumer, just avoid!

  • cpbrfc Chris P (@cpbrfc) reported

Absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk who take your money for full fibre broadband! The wifi signal is terrible, 2 BT engineers have confirmed it should be miles better, yet #BT now say they're not responsible for wifi speed once fibre is in property! Waste of money!!!

  • robincornelius Robin Cornelius (@robincornelius) reported

@bt_uk device reports no internet, but i was not on site to be able to diagnose further to see if its routing, DCHP or what today. It seems to need a restart about once a week or wifi issues start to occur.

  • robincornelius Robin Cornelius (@robincornelius) reported

@bt_uk Yes and that does not fix it. it will happen with any device on the network. It specifically was a problem today with a win10 laptop that was brought back on site. But other devices/phones etc have done the same before. WPA2 auth works fine and it fails somewhere after this. 1/2

  • paulhill3 Paul Hill (@paulhill3) reported

@bt_uk Hi, i’ve not had internet all day and need to work from home tomorrow. Do you know if it’s a wider London problem or do I need to have an engineer come out?

  • LouForbes Louise Forbes (@LouForbes) reported

@bt_uk I currently have BT Openreach workers outside my bedroom window laying cable with an extremely noisy machine from 11pm and they’ve advised they will be there till after 1am. Is this normal? They’ve advised no emergency or issues just standard work.

  • HannahR_H Hannah H (@HannahR_H) reported

@bt_uk we are currently waiting for our full fibre installation to be completed (4 weeks after first visit). As part of our order we had BT TV and the Pro box, but as full fibre isn’t finished, this hasn’t gone live. Is there any way of making our tv service live before xmas?
