    @bt_uk I had an engineer booked in for this morning to investigate an issue I was having with my home broadband. Not only has no one shown up when I check the progress of my fault it says ‘Engineer Visit Complete’. What is going on as no one has arrived at my home today

    I've just had @bt_uk broadband installed in my new house and I'm having some serious connection issues on @Zoom calls. I've got Full Fibre, a full wifi signal, and BT says my download speed is 510.8 Mb/s. Any ideas on what I can do to improve my Zoom connection? 🤔

    @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk My parents Tel & Broadband line went down 19Sep-severed cable found 2wks later, now been told severed line will be fixed by 11Nov! My 96yo Grandma is still without her personal care alarm. Come on BT Openreach sort this out. #Openreach #BT

    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!
