    @BTCare I’m not going to spend a bank holiday on hold to god knows when trying to cancel a service . It should be available online to cancel, it’s the 21st century.

    Once again @btsport app has failed me, not able to cast a UFC287 replay on chromecast this morning, how hard is it to just fix the issues so people can watch the content we pay for. #failed

    @edjenx Made the mistake of starting to watch it on itv1. They just cannot do rugby commentary and the woman’s voice is awful. Thank goodness it was on btsport - even though Healy was trotting out his nonsense! 😳

    @evilsltd @danawhite @btsport Now then mate! i watched it on the app last night no problem and I’ve just put the replay on there to check! might need to talk to someone as it might be an account issue or something

    @bt_uk Yes. The fault arises regularly around 8.30pm. Engineer came a week ago and fitted new box and router. The problem seems to be elsewhere, but we can't tell where. Frustrating

    @btsport @bt_uk it’s nearly 6pm and we still don’t have ufc 287 on the app? This is such abysmal service. I’m sure I won’t be the only one asking for a refund on this months service.

    @btsport any chance of you actually adding the full UFC 287 replay considering we pay a ridiculous amount each month for the service? Every other week we have the same issue with errors during playback and this time the event has been taken down completely. Terrible service.
