    @bt_uk Why can’t you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if you’re getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?

    @bt_uk I’ve already been told there is nothing that can be done. @bt_uk are going to take double payments for the same line for 7 months and have made clear that after 48 years do not want me as a customer when I do find somewhere to live. Seems unnecessary to me.

    @WolfofX There is no back up in an emergency now. @bt_uk ripped out the copper wire so no one’s landlines work in a power cut now. Motivated by greed. Love this story.

    @bt_uk wifi is dropping to ridiculously slow levels ( 2.4mbps). Contract has just run out....coincidence? Tried to do an online check and your online service is down. Shocking

    @bt_uk I can’t resolve ‘online’ a phone fault. It’s for my blind 87 year old father who hasn’t got a mobile phone, internet or indeed at the moment a functioning land line. His phone is not the issue. How do I moved forward and actually speak to someone?

    So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

    Het @bt_uk @EE we don't have a landlines any more and we're never going to subscribe to your ****** ripoff broadband or TV service so can you come and take the cable away? Thanks.

    Hi @bt_uk I’ve not been a customer of yours for some time now, however received an SMS and email this morning from yourselves stating my speed trial is ending for my broadband is ending in 7 days. Was this an error?
