@bt_uk Well unfortunately when I called on Wednesday the lad was very definitely Indian and not very knowledgeable. I am now staying with Sky who have superior customer service.

Thought we were getting a super fast @bt_uk connection on Friday. Wake up this morning, no internet, which means no access to TV, or more importantly heating which is all run through connection. No appointment till Tuesday to fix, going to be cold and bored!

@bt_uk Would love it if you could fix the landline issues you have left my 93 year olds grandparents with for almost 8 weeks! They can’t get incoming calls from landlines…taking away their only form of communication due to your inability to understand digital voice faults…
