@bt_uk Thank you for trying to help. Thus far, the responses have been disgusting. I’ll be calling tomorrow, probably to cancel. Please answer this question: Can you believe, honestly, that an adviser has set up a contract with a 20Mbps router-only guarantee for £50pcm?

@BTCare help please - I’m slightly confused as I’ve had my email account for years since 2008 - my parents are switching broadband providers and leaving BT, does that mean I will lose my email account - as this is my main account I use for everything?

So after three years of issues, I have had enough and am now in the final weekend of my contract with @bt_uk and guess what? I haven’t had a stable signal since Thursday. It’s pathetic how bitter they are. Not the only one who has suffered either 😔big company, small mentality.

@bt_uk this is 3 months into my contract with you, & your customer service is shocking. Let’s not forget upon installation, which firstly got delayed, then wasn’t installed correctly and took weeks to get a working connection, to now this. What is it I’m actually paying for?
