@bt_uk @Rowly10 @btsportscore The Leicester vs West Brom game on Thursday should have been in UHD but due to some technical issues this wasn’t able to be broadcast and only HD coverage was available to both Virgin & BT customers. This issue is also why some customers also experienced some problems as well

@btsport very poor this weekend! We missed the end of two games of Australian Rules this weekend. Collingwood v Essendon and Adelaide v Hawthorn as the telecast was cut short!! Why is this?

@bt_uk @frant101 This problem still seems to be persisting. Devices on 2.4ghz cannot communicate with devices on 5ghz. Is there a way to roll back the firmware upgrade?

Four spam calls on the #landline this morning. Not sure why either @bt_uk or some sort of legislation cannot stop them. All hanging up today rather than there being a problem with our computer or our washing machine warranty having expired 😡

.@bt_uk You have EXCELLED yourselves!! In trying to reinstate my broadband, you have cut off my phone service! I can't phone 150 to speak to you. I can't phone 0800800150 from my mobile because the network won't let me. I would like a senior manager to make contact with me now
