    @bt_uk Same x2 ridiculous/ childish songs when put on wait/ often 30 mins +; ghanded from one dept to another; issues rarely solved after several days phoning up/ in m y experience/ VERY POOR SERVICE.!!!!

    So @bt_uk have, unsurprisingly, surpassed themselves in terms of awful customer service. Failure to call back as agreed, hold times so long the phine disconnects, when they do phone you all they do is transfer you to the hold queue. Mistake after mistake!! #fail #customerservice

    @bt_uk Hi, I was promised a call back on Friday about my fibre installation which never came. I've now been on hold for nearly 2 hours this morning. The hold music is going to make me cry or jump out the window. Can I arrange for someone to call me?
