@bt_uk highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the broadband service, min speed guarantee is a trap, customer care answer the call only when line work fine, no resolution absolutely

@bt_uk Options are £20 extra on our bill or a £100 disc??? Why should we have to pay extra for a poor service you are offering us. Bad service, even worse customer service. If only we’d gone with another supplier.

@bt_uk. Fed up with poor service - BT broadband. Reported a fault multiple times - am now playing ping pong between BT broadband and BT openreach. Openreach tell me issue is inside property lines so book appointment. Do that and I am back to “fault reported outside property”! Grr

shocking service from @bt_uk sign up for a guarantee 100mbps wifi speed to get no where near that in all but 1 room of the house and told the only option is to pay £100 for one of their discs.

@bt_uk Hi Clare. I’m not sure what our plan is but we were guaranteed 100mbps. A man was sent out on Sunday who was here for all of 5 minutes and was no help at all. Then had the delight of speaking to the rudest woman on the phone today.
