@jinks_bar @bt_uk Is what it is. Got to get your broadband from someone and I'm paying for the convenience of having all the sport & channels and the likes of Amazon & Netflix without the hassle (usually). Just a bit **** when this happens. Oh well. Pub tonight 👀

@btsport It’s such a shame that your app isn’t up to scratch. I can’t afford the TV option so rely on the app but it keeps failing. Out of sync, poor quality image now audio but no video of the end of the cricket. Such a shame.

Just got home from that **** show to discover that there's a BT outage and I've got no TV or internet at home till midnight tomorrow. Nice one @bt_uk well worth the £97 a month this.

@bwfmedia BWF, please sort out the coverage of Badminton on BTSPORT,,,, half way thru finals day it goes onto the red button !!!! Therefore can’t record, if at work unable to watch ,, pay loads for the service but no way fit for purpose!

@bt_uk Just spent over an hour online, trying to sign in and connect to BT Wifi. Created a new gmail account & new password, new sign in details, new security q. Everything. After an hour I still can't sign in, so I'm told: "Please call on 0800 022 3322 Please connect with BT FON"

@Tetisheri13 @bt_uk !! Turned out to be a genuine call from Sky but a random number, lovely lady says she's trying to help me (which I didn't know I needed). Asked my name, refused to say it or any details. Call ended politely by me in 10 seconds. Service delayed. Then they wonder why scammers win

@btsport can you confirm that coverage of the NCAA tournament will be available via red button? According to program guide the coverage is very poor, large chunks of games missing.
