    @btsport please please please can you sort out the app on a PS5?? I have fibre broadband chucking out 150mbs but your app crashes and gives a VC019 error code which is apparently a connection issue?!

    Still no correspondence from @bt_uk very poor, can't get anywhere with online help, maybe I should've stayed with Virgin Media or gone back to Sky, atleast their Internet works!
