@bt_uk Hi. I’ve been tracking my order (after a whole week of delay). It has still not been dispatched despite being promised it would arrive by Tuesday and what’s worse is the agent I contacted last week has now changed the delivery address! Can somebody please help me out here?

@bt_uk I've been sat with the BBC iPlayer loading screen for 20 minutes and this happens at least 3 times a week. How can you have an area with the population density of London and have hotspots about everywhere to connect, but because I live in a little village it just doesn't work?
