    I’ll tell you what, @bt_uk do not muck around, when their internet goes down, it really goes down, 4 or 5 days, no problem for them, they can do that on a regular basis and frequently do🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk absolutely ridiculous service. My extender wouldn't connect, customer service replaced it with another identical extender, wouldn't connect, customer service then said they were completely wrong extenders and they would send proper extender, guess what ..

    Just cancelled my @bt_uk broadband and TNT sport contracts after a half hour verbal ding **** with one of their team in Belfast questioning my decision making and slagging off my new supplier as 'I've never heard of them'. Stay strong folks.

    @bt_uk broadband is running slow I’m meant to be getting 900mbps called customer service they said they can’t help me as hub looks normal yet I’m only receiving 200mbps on a device so they won’t send an engineer, how is this an acceptable service?

    @bt_uk 2 hours and 15 minutes to get my replacement Hub up and running on the phone to you. Crap customer experience @EE .

    Recommendations required for broadband. Currently with @bt_uk but their customer service is crap. Do any of them provide a decent service for a reasonable price? #bt
