Despicable behaviour from @bt_uk. I replace an unlimited call package with a cheaper time-limited call package and they are happy to bill me for BOTH packages. Add things in & it’s charged immediately. Take things off, and it takes months to “action” or never happens. #cowboys

@bt_uk There is a problem with my broadband connection, every 20 mins or so it conks out, I restart the hub and eventually it comes back on, it is frustrating

@btbusinesscare how can a company that is supposed to look after its customers offer such a poor service? If I treated my customers like this I wouldn’t have any.

@bt_uk I keep getting the flashing purple light on the hub. Have checked the cable and doesn’t seem to be a problem but having restarted 4 times still not working. Any help much appreciated. Thanks
