  • jassboyuk JayLondon (@jassboyuk) reported

@bt_uk called to cancel part of my business package and told I have to sign a new 36mth deal to retain my business number plus pay £250 to cancel part of the package. Have been a customer for 30yrs. Once contact ends, I'll find another supplier. Rubbish service!

  • geecritch Geoff Critchley (@geecritch) reported

@btsport you have just lost a customer as you have allowed someone else to take over my phone line without my consent. Unbelievable

  • EHChalus Prof Elaine Chalus (@EHChalus) reported

@RoryMuir3 @bt_uk Thanks, Rory. It's the variability of the connection that drives me crazy. The problem isn't the equipment and as all suppliers would still have to bring the broadband in on the same copper cabling to my house, I don't think changing providers would help.

  • talk2joepublic Joe Public (@talk2joepublic) reported

Mr Jansen, my auntie’s was promised a visit, engineer failed to appear. SHE’S HAD ENOUGH. What does she have to do to get this problem sorted? She’s at the end of her tether #BT @bt_uk THE PHONE LINE IS IN. WIFI IS CRAP. @OpenreachHelp Shall I come to #BTTower sort it out🤬🤬🤬

  • yulia_bulgakova Yulia (@yulia_bulgakova) reported

@bt_uk There was definitely no contact and it was a complete surprise this morning when email came through saying the internet is shut down.

  • DebJ7171 Debbie 😷😷😷 (@DebJ7171) reported

@PizzaTimePetey @bt_uk Had it in my last house too. Never a problem.

  • RoryMuir3 Rory Muir (@RoryMuir3) reported

@EHChalus @bt_uk my recollection of the technical explanation!) This solution recommended by our local (excellent) geek. But obviously get proper advice, and don’t take too much notice of my piffle. (And if BT read this reply I should explain that we’re in Australia, so not it’s fault).

  • LucySweetman Lucy Sweetman (@LucySweetman) reported

Oh my God the broadband rage. I have just spent 30 mins in one of those painful online chat things during which the @bt_uk oppo spent too much time trying to flog me a new package and not enough time sorting out the effing problem. I’m trying to work and now I’m feeling stabby.

  • JasonAshton84 Jason Ashton (@JasonAshton84) reported

@bt_uk An upgrade to an existing service. I have attempted to raise my concerns with someone via live chat on your website but Im being told I now need to call up the installation team to rectify this. Even though it’s not my fault. Oh an a paltry offer of £25 for a wasted day.

  • IamaDeliveryMan Mike (@IamaDeliveryMan) reported

@bt_uk a fraudulent order was made on my account. You assumed it was down to a data breach on my part. No explanation to how this might of happened. How many of your advisors are working at home? Are you absolutely satisfied with your data management @ICOnews @Ofcom
