@bt_uk I had it installed in July and then it took 6 weeks to get a signal and Internet it has now gone again and everytime I speak to someone they don't know what to do. I'm fed up now if the fibre does not work stop selling it in my area. The service is definitely not what I was sold

  • saoirse60 Jane davis (@saoirse60) reported

@bt_uk Are you sure we need an engineer? You keep sending us engineers who can do nothing because it’s a problem with our area, not with our individual connection

  • Andicurrie Andi Currie (@Andicurrie) reported

After yet more phonecalls, it appears @bt_uk sent the WRONG engineer AGAIN, despite knowing what the fault is they have sent someone who is unable for repair it, that's twice this week already, he also never called us and decided to try and close the complaint.

@bt_uk Hi our BT tv box keeps cutting out and needing reset every time it makes a recording. Followed your online factory reset keeping recordings and it now turns off every 10 minutes. The fix has made it worse. Any ideas as I’m not happy at the moment, we can’t watch any tv

  • danniroo dan (@danniroo) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I’m not sure what to do then as Virgin say it is a broadcaster issue not a provider issue. He previously had the red button available but it’s disappeared. Could you advise who we are meant to speak to so we can get this sorted? Thanks

  • BenTaylorFuller Ben Taylor - Fuller (@BenTaylorFuller) reported

@bt_uk after almost an hour on the phone to numerous people, I still cannot speak to anyone about a possible security breach. This has cost me £224 for a @btsport package which I never purchased! I need this resolving otherwise I shall take my custom elsewhere!

  • jillhopkinson Jill Hopkinson (@jillhopkinson) reported

@bt_uk No thanks, I already pay £54.99 per month - the service should really work for that sort of money and without having to pay extra - I'll stick to the cables!

  • eamer Aaron Eamer (@eamer) reported

@bt_uk I only have one account. Never used BT before.

  • Npteggchaser Darren Little (@Npteggchaser) reported from Victoria, Wales

@bt_uk having trouble with our home broadband. Have followed your advice on texting a number, but no reply & still the same. Also, can't access own account either, even after pin number for resetting password. Can you please assist? Is there any phone number I can ring? Thanks.

  • jillhopkinson Jill Hopkinson (@jillhopkinson) reported

@bt_uk I already pay £54.99 per month for a variable service. The implication of your tweet was that every service would supply reliable broadband via WiFi in every room of the house, perhaps it is only if you pay for this extra service?
