    @bt_uk It’s a waste time nothing gets sorted just keep getting past to so many departments and the issue never gets resolved.He has had over 50 phones since start June.

    @bt_uk We are not wasting 25 -30 minutes on the phone to speak to an advisor, you have our number on the complaint, but you dont bother calling us, we are talking to a new supplier if you dont want our business after 40 years with you then fine !!

    If @bt_uk tries to insist your router is broken (when actually the network is down) DO NOT accept their new router unless you enjoy your tv stream constantly buffering….

    @bt_uk now got rid of the voicemail but the line crackle is bad. Cables look sound. It’s been like this four days she says.

    @Catheehello @bt_uk Same very annoying problem and really slow internet that keeps cutting out So much for quicker connection
