  @bt_uk I do not have an issue with price increases, the only thing I have asked for is communicate it to me by post as apparently your email system has never worked. I never had issues with EE. So I have asked for April increase to be reversed and still waiting after over a month.

  @bt_uk shame on your customer services for locking a 93 year old customer out of her account and refusing to ask her another security question. Yes you have to do checks but how do you expect a 93 year old to remember the exact date they paid their Bill without checking?

  @btsport As a long time subscriber I’m calling quits on BT Sport when contract ends. Champions League final was free to view, while UFC 264 is on £Box Office! How about we get what we pay for, rather than there being no incentive or consistency in being a loyal customer? #btsport
