    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?

    @bt_uk Don't imply she's just changed her mind. Your staff deliberately bamboozle people. They are told to. Consider this a complaint, and send her a copy of the audio recording (I know you can't send it to me without her permission, but believe me, I will be listening to it).

    If you want shocking customer service contact @bt_uk they brag how good their service is. I found it shocking book appointment wait for them then they cancel by text don’t even have the manners to call you.

    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    @bt_uk broadband is running slow I’m meant to be getting 900mbps called customer service they said they can’t help me as hub looks normal yet I’m only receiving 200mbps on a device so they won’t send an engineer, how is this an acceptable service?

    @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare , Our broadband is out, I can’t raise a fault through your website, and I can’t find a phone number to ring. Why do you think this service is worth over a £100pcm?!
