@bt_uk Thanks, James re prompt reply! My account number is MY52837710, and then it also says GB12593068. I think one of the numbers is a previous account which is now closed but the number still remains on my system. I wonder if it’s a transmitter problem but no report of issues.

@bt_uk Why can’t you just email me your poor retention offers instead of harassing me via phone? Not impressed with sales calls at 7pm when you know, people are winding down/sorting kids/dinner!

@bt_uk I pay for 300mb internet. I’m currently getting 7mb. Every time I check it’s around 30. Why do I pay more money for a service I don’t get?

Hi @bt_uk, we’ve been without internet for nearly 2 weeks now. Been promised call backs (never happened), been promised call outs (hasn’t happened), we’ve got 2 adults working from home and 2 children home schooling. We’ve outdone our data allowance on our mobiles. Nothing. Help!
