    @bt_uk your internet service is so inconsistent. I’m internet is constant dropping in and out. Iv had engineers and new hubs and everything and it’s still a pile of ****. Every time I call up you say something isn’t wrong on your end. Obviously something is wrong. Sort it out.

    Never had such a bad customer experience in my life than I have had with @bt_uk. Was told I could cancel contract whenever last Feb. Come July, told I can't and have to either pay hundreds to cancel. Make them listen to the original phone call in Jan and *surprise* I was right.

    So you’ll respond to me cancelling my direct debit more quickly than to my complaint?!?! @bt_uk that tells me everything!! Absolutely vile company!!

    @btbusinesscare I have never met a company who make things so complicated! We have dealt with banks,pension companies etc and they have been much easier to deal with than BT!!! You make everything so difficult!

    @bt_uk My BT broadband was supposed to be activated today. I have already called BT twice and they promised me it would work, even though I knew there was a problem. I do not have any data left and I need wifi to be able to work from home. This is appalling

    @bt_uk my elderly disabled & self-isolating aunt has no internet & phone for 3 wks.Has a payg mob & yesterday was on hold for an hour b4 being cut off. She can’t top up W/o internet.Workmen have said the problem is outside but dug up the road in wrong place. She is desperate!!!
