    @bt_uk Yes, they just say not available I've filled in forms, drummed up business from desperate neighbours, contacted my mp twice, the lot, we are being overcharged for a primitive service I'm afraid.

    @btsportfootball @btsport please change the commentary, he’s poor. The VIR penalty against PSG and he’s saying did hakimi get a bit of the ball before fouling the Rennes player !!! Hakimi clearly hits the ball.

    @bt_uk My Sunday is going horrible thanks to you! Another day with no broadband in my home! And I don’t live in some remote mountainous village or remote island but in central London!! It’s been nearly two weeks now and You’re not able to send engineer to fix your own fault?!?

    @bt_uk had a very good experience with AIDEEN.m who was very friendly and efficient in explaining what is going on. While disappointed that it may take until Thursday to resolve - at least I feel the cust. service was good.
