    BTsport ultimate is unwatchable lately, the stuttering and juddering is really poor, never used to do it @btsport

    @bt_uk fake platitudes on the customer service with aoutomated voice saying 'we are very busy...we apologise for the delay/wait times often in excess of 30 mins. How about less apologising and more employing more customer service reps!!!!!
