    Might have to look at switching internet provider, currently with @bt_uk but had nothing but problems the last 4-5 weeks and they come up with terrible excuses and don't seem in any rush ever to get things sorted.

    @bt_uk Absolutely no point, you rarely respond, when we do get through you do nothing. You still owe us money, you still aren't delivering us a service, you are a disgrace and in the real world you be bankrupt running a business like you do #Banditsnormallywearmasks

    @bt_uk The process above has been followed, you just don't deal with it or ever fix it. You hide behind messaging and anonymous call centres, you have cost us considerably due to your complete inefficiency and 'couldn't care less' attitude, you should not have a licence from @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Generally OK, the odd blip here and there but the kids stream a lot and not a huge amount of problems. The TV box itself does seem to be awfully slow, whether that's a contributory factor?

    @BTCare the wifi is down AGAIN, and apparently you’re not going to bother fixing it until the 4th of January. Our tv is down, because it’s all connected. Just not good enough.
