    @bt_uk Changed this month from classic and lost favourite channels but thought ok get hubby sky sports. Just received letter dated dec offering 6 months half price but told can’t get offer. Bit rubbish considering a loyal customer for years 🙁

    @bt_uk what an unacceptablely unnecessary process to make an order. Events: Last Friday: Ordered 900, no confirmation nothing. Called on Monday, they said it was stuck so had to cancel and reorder. Fine. Done. Tuesday: the confirmation I got was for the wrong installation date.

    @bt_uk Today our landline has been cancelled due to a new neighbour setting up her provider and a mix up with addresses. Leaving us without landline or broadband. My husband is 70 in bad health and we live rurally with extremely patchwork mobile service. What can you do to help?

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk Marc i wish you could get someone to help me with my wireless connection, spoken to 2 colleagues yesterday and passed to 3 depts today and still no better and working from home is a nightmare 😫. Kids have got GCSE's and A-Levels but having problems with wireless connections .

    BT have been doing work at the end of the road, all of a sudden we loose internet and phoneline, the engineers left and the next appointment is on the 29th! Cant contact any family members over christmas and my nan cant even phone in an emergency! Thanks! @BTCare

    @btbusinesscare thank you. I was on direct message to Kattaya who was phenomenally helpful but it cut off just as she was finalising everything so that we didn’t have the problem again. And I would very much like to dm you but it isn’t allowing me

    Upgraded my @bt_uk broadband in 2017, have never had good speed or stability. I learn today that I've been paying for 14mbps since then. #servicefail
