    @mary_suffolk @bt_uk Sorry to hear that. I asked for your help when my disabled child was out of education and EHCP support for nine months - 4 years later he's lost his whole sec education. You presided over one of the most dysfunctional organisations imaginable so wait for your kit and be thankful.

    @bt_uk when bt say they are providing a service. I get 0.14 mbps download and 0.00 mbps upload. I’m too far from the cabinet 2.5mls away. New cabinet 25mtrs. Complete incompetence

    @bt_uk OK, will do. I probably assumed from the information I gathered that the problem was bigger and affecting more people than it probably was.

    @bt_uk honestly disgusted right now at the fact despite numerous calls my parents are still being charged for BT sport they never actually asked for!

    @bt_uk Broadband is crap - pass it on. This is my 12th day without broadband in the last 14. Customer service don't even answer now. And they want to charge me £200 for ending my "contract" early. Good luck with that one

    AAAAAAAAARGHHHHHHH for the love of my sanity can @bt_uk and #openreach stop messing with my head and sort out my landline and broadband!! How many engineers does it take ?!! Yet another engineer booked for Friday - same Bull crap just another day of excuses and incompetence

    @bt_uk hi, your contractor replaced a telegraph pole next to my gate yesterday and lifted the gate post. I now can't get my car off the drive. Filling in a claim form doesn't cut it. Please advise before I chop the pole down.

    @bt_uk Can you please advise how I lodge a formal compliant that will be actioned promptly? Moved house and agreed contractually to installation date for full fibre in new house only to now have seen two installations cancelled without any reason. I cannot believe this service!
