@BT_UK Broadband down; poor lady on your technical help obviously following script and not trained in the basics;now waiting 6 days to get an engineer out. Can't offer a Sim card to hot spot. Photo business now out of action for a week;student cannot get coursework completed.😡🤬

How good of @bt_uk to write to me asking how I’m enjoying the new Halo benefits that I’m not actually getting, including the fancy-*** home hub that I definitely don’t own. Clearly they learned nothing the last time I pulled down their pants legally and gave them a spanking.
