    @bt_uk It finally resolved itself at around 4am. This meant i had to cancel stream plans. Seriously not happy with it. Full fibre needs to rolled out quicker. Speed it up, for the love of god!

    @bt_uk I can't seem to login to my account to report a Broadband fault. I've reset my password and think it's something your side. I send HELP to 61998 which also didn't work!
