@bt_uk I have called. An engineer is booked in, there was one in the street on Thursday but seemed to cause an issue as there was no problems beforehand. Then left! Very inconvenient during a pandemic...

@bt_uk hi we have just purchased access to one of your hotspots but it won’t let us use multiple devises? We need it to run two laptops and a tv but it logs us out whenever we try to sign in. Thanks.

@bt_uk Hi. I’ve not changed my password, and am able to log in via the website ni problem. I’ve read on the reviews on the app that there are other people having the same issue, which makes me think there’s a problem with the app? Possibly with the latest iOS update or something?
