    @bt_uk hi we have just purchased access to one of your hotspots but it won’t let us use multiple devises? We need it to run two laptops and a tv but it logs us out whenever we try to sign in. Thanks.

    @bt_uk Customer service is truly horrific! Got rid after my speed kept dropping below 8Mbps, I was paying for 70 odd! Wouldn't go back with BT even if they promised me I'd grow a 10inch ****, and gave Jessica Rabbit to stick it in.

    @bt_uk Ethernet cable! I am playing online multiplayer and I haven’t lost connection once! Even playing on my #Ipad the signal is sound I haven’t had any lagging or anything so what else could cause it do ya know?

    @bt_uk @rob_sims1982 BT - you are shocking! Moved away from you nearby 3 years ago and it was the best decision. Now got high speed broadband and no issues. Which is good as I am home working. Gone are the days of BTs connection regularly dropping and the company doing NOTHING!!

    @bt_uk absolute terrible customer service, you keep promising to switch my broadband on, 4 times now and still nothing. I have no called 18 times to the full fibre team, and still no broadband despite being told 4 times wait 48 hours

    @bt_uk Hi. I’ve not changed my password, and am able to log in via the website ni problem. I’ve read on the reviews on the app that there are other people having the same issue, which makes me think there’s a problem with the app? Possibly with the latest iOS update or something?

    @bt_uk We currently do not have access to a phone line, is there any other way we can seek help? The hotspot has now stopped working and will not even load pages, it was quite expensive so this is disappointing
