    @bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?

    @bt_uk We are not wasting 25 -30 minutes on the phone to speak to an advisor, you have our number on the complaint, but you dont bother calling us, we are talking to a new supplier if you dont want our business after 40 years with you then fine !!

    @bt_uk At the third stroke I will have been sitting listening to your terrible music on hold for more time than is bearable. In the meantime my 85 year old mother is still without a useable landline, is 4 weeks acceptable to you?

    @DeborahBlythe @bt_uk BT are useless!! Had an engineer booked in today to sort out our tv and WiFi , he turned up at the front door said I haven’t got a tool for that as mines broken and walked off .. 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk Since updating their operating system, I have on recent months 1st had problems logging into my BT a/c now for the 2nd time in Europe end up using all my free mobile data as I cannot connect here in France.

    @bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far

    @bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!

    @bt_uk absolutely disgraceful customer service yet again from your company-not the agents fault just a dreadful system designed not to engage with paying customers leaving a 93 year old with Alzheimer’s with no means of communication.
