@bt_uk Why? Because you don't guarantee a good connection. One of your engineers told me this week the 5 drop outs per day is acceptable. That's right people, BT consider it acceptable that your broadband can fail 5x per day

@bt_uk I got a call from this number 01382200824 claiming to be BT tech support saying they are seeing connection issues with my router to your services. As soon as I said I have no notification of this they hung up instantly.

@bt_uk none of the apps will@open on tv, apart from Netflix, I don’t have any more time to spare to traipse through forums and your faqs can you advise a fix please (I’ve tried reboots, unplugging etc etc) Thanks in advance!
