Having waited for 2 months for @bt_uk to fix our broadband, they update their website a minute after the fix time to say they can't provide a fix time. @BTSopenreach have finally dug a couple of holes. No customer service, no respect for their customers.

@bt_uk So why has someone asked a trainee to call me? I was on the phone for 24 minutes to her with no resolution (after last week’s 1 hour and 20 minutes), just wasting my time and she’s now just hung up on me, whilst trying to contact @WeAreOpenreach! Your company is shambolic!!

@BCanaries @bt_uk We are having the same issues, but we haven’t had WIFI for almost 4 days our hub is on blue colours then changes. Was suppose to have a engineer out today but hasn’t showed up yet. No wifi or internet in the whole house.

@bt_uk DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Day 3 of my very vulnerable 98yr grands father being left with no landline which affects his careline!! Day 3 of them saying they will be out and no show!!! How can you leave someone without their only form of help!!! DISGUSTING DO NOT USE
