@bt_uk Jenny it doesn’t tell me when , others in the village can get it, my neighbours and I can’t . In this lock down working from home and kids now off school, BT should be doing more , it’s not acceptable that it’s a postcode lottery in 2021. Been waiting years!!

@virginmedia So I take it by your total silence and disregard for customer service that you no longer wish to support a paying customer? When it comes time for my DD to leave I’m thinking I might just cancel it and ignore you! Wonder if @SkyUK or @bt_uk fancy a new customer?

@bt_uk Look into it u are looking into it, it’s had a open complaint for 9 months you send me a letter 3 months ago saying your still looking into it. I give up with u guys iv got 3 months left on my contract and then am gone.
