    @bt_uk That doesnโ€™t work @bt_uk 0330 1234 150 just directs to a txt service. What buttons do I press to speak with someone? I mean to apeak with a real live human being? Is there any way at all to get through to something called a person?

    @bt_uk I've called that number over 20 times, no chance I'm going to be put on hold listening to mindless muzak again. I need my service fixed so as I can move to another ISP. If it is not resolved within another 4 days, I will be going to a solicitor. I've had enough of your lies.

    @bt_uk I've never set foot in Cyprus, I just used a free service on the internet that gives you free access to texts for random numbers all over the world. And it worked.

    @bt_uk Your new "2FA" is completely broken as the phone number is not validated. I was able to connect using a temporary number in Cyprus to get my "security" code... It adds nothing to security.

    BT / Open Reach Worst service ever! Internet service 3rd world Service appalling!! Make appointments to upgrade to full fibre & cancel without any reason or notification! No service at all!! Is there an alternative?? @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach
