  @bt_uk Day 6 today and it's not fixed. It's with the bridging team and could take between 1 and 7 days more. The second time in a year I haven't had email in total 30 days. Honestly this is awful service with no compensation offered. Thank you asking

  @bt_uk No install. Engineer is taking on the job personally in a few days. BT finally realizes how terrible it’s been (2 months of waiting, no return callbacks, etc). Spoke to a very patient and kind BT advisor named Jess that deserves a pay rise. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

  @bt_uk Good morning, we had massive problems signing up. Was told incorrect information. Anyway when we got to the bottom of this , we joined and was told we could have HD at only £5.00 as a sorry for all the trouble. However this is only on BT sports what a waste of time that was

  Thanks 2 combined poor service from @bt_uk & DPL still without broadband over a week after Storm A. BT failed 2 send mini-hub as they promised. When they did eventually send it DPL lost it! Now not due for another 4 days - not good enough. Could b worse - at least we have power💡
