    @bt_uk why am I getting 40.0 mbps when we pay for the fastest speed yet again terrible service but I'm sure you'll blame the customers, you're more than happy to hike prices up but don't fix anything, definitely won't be renewing

    @bt_uk price increase, service decrease. Well Done BT! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. Nearly 2 years with this service and can't wait to leave and go to #Sky Lost all the freeview channels today! What a joke!

    A FINE - £300 fine!! It’s not my choice to not be moving into my own home straight away and I asked if I could just have a 6 month break until I have a new home but @bt_uk computer said No! Loyalty means nothing these days it seems! Not good customer service really #bt
