@bt_uk Yeah, the guarantee isn’t my problem. It’s the mis selling of a product. I would never have paid for 900 when the absolute max I get wirelessly is 500, which is the next tier down

@bt_uk @beardyhiker Thats not true, I am a BT broadband customer, when I cancelled BT Sports on my TV they cancelled it on my BT sports app as well.

I know we sound like a broken record but hockey needs more media presence in the UK. Today is the #HWC2022 final and the only way to watch it is on @btsport. A quick glance at their website shows no advertising at all. 1/n

@bt_uk I checked and it is scheduled to record, why didn't it record yesterday though? Also, trying to find out what happened has led to the result of the main event being spoiled so, you know, that sucks.

@JimSpenceDundee @bt_uk @btsport BT are without doubt the worst, most inept, second rate, amateur outfit ive ever dealt with. Just useless. Cut my father in laws phone off entirely - he has dementia so big issue - we only asked to cancel the Sport. Thats the latest in many, many examples. Im with vodaphone now

Find it a complete scam that I’ve been paying @bt_uk for full fibre 900 and they provide a router that can’t physically support that speed wirelessly. Try to talk to tech support and they don’t even understand why I’m trying to say
