Hey @bt_uk When my Internet goes down and the router's troubleshooting tells me to call a number to try and sort the fault out, it's really not useful if the lines are freaking closed!!! And before any one comments, yes I have tried turning it off and on again ಠ_ಠ

Hey @bt_uk, I moved house Tuesday and you cut off my broadband first thing. Your staff couldn’t understand that this was a problem for me. Following procedures! Would be better to switch off the broadband at the end of the day as standard or at least agree a time with customers.

BT are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s taken THREE attempts this week to simply activate my broadband and they have got it wrong every single time. Woeful. 😤 @bt_uk

Woken up and our internet is down @bt_uk really pushing my patience now, and nobody can come round until Saturday 😖 Oh and @LindtUK don’t bother ordering from them because your Easter gifts will turn up AFTER Easter.

@bt_uk Hi, he came yesterday to complete the internal install but found an external fault with the fibre that needed someone else to come out. He left our existing copper in place but it looks like that went down just after midnight 😔
