    @bt_uk Hi Paula the aerial lead was not attached to anything left hanging down the back of mums TV unit. This was a new connection which my mum will now be cancelling due to extremely poor service. The power wires were still wrapped with cable ties creating a huge fire hazard.

    @bt_uk Any chance of a Bluetooth feature in any forthcoming BT TV boxes? I’m unable to connect a wireless headset to listen to my BT TV service.

    My mum’s Bat mobile will not accept or make phone calls ? Says no sim and not registered on the network?! She’s 77 and knows how to use her mobile so what’s the problem @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Not bloody likely they use COVID as an excuse to not fix there faults we’re paying loads of money for service that keeps breaking down and is not fit for purpose so take advice stay away from this inept crowd

    @bt_uk I know. There never are. The enginneer established this week there is no problem from the exchange to the house. It is the connection in the house. We thought he’d fixed it yesterday when we got our dial tone back.

    @bt_uk Hi Alannah - you’re ok, my issue isn’t with yourselves at BT! I’m a Sky Broadband customer who is having the same speed issues as your client @danielgodding
