    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    Thank you @bt_uk for sending @WeAreOpenreach to a major health and safety issue. Unfortunately it was @virginmedia cable and although a dangerous issue they do not appear to be interested which is absolutely shocking when someone could be injured
