@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

@bt_uk Thanks for your reply. I was unaware I was a customer of openreach. Correct me if I’m wrong but my contract is with BT and therefore I would have assumed that it’s BT’s obligation to let their customers know when the service is going down.

@bt_uk done that, made a report on Friday and yesterday, still nothing is getting done fast enough. its not only me thats been affected, lots of my neighbours are elderly and have no phone line or Internet. this should be am emergency and be fixed now!
