    @BTCare Morning. I ran an internet speed test last night and had a download speed of 0.31 MBs per sec. The standard/usual being 31 MBs per sec. Assume this was the reason for such a poor signal...all last night. I ran the test again this morning and it’s back up to 31...very frustrating

    @BTCare never known customer service so bad. I’m losing track of how many engineers have failed to show up to fix my broadband. It’s completely off now. 3 weeks of calls and waiting. BT just aren’t interested.

    @BTCare I get the problems when i move my laptop from one room where it's located ( right next to the hub ) to a different room, the problem is particularly noticeable when watching BT Sport but can quite often happen when streaming other things such as YouTube etc.

    @BTCare The other problem which complicates matters is that apparently my broadband is on an 18m contract when TV was only 12m. The only reason I can come up with as to why I would have signed up to that was if I was missold a combined package last time
