@bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

  • LeedsViking Steve Mc (@LeedsViking) reported from Warrington, England

@bt_uk Having an issue with Access Controls on my hub... always worked great to limit the kids gaming time, but suddenly the ‘off’ time is cutting off every wi-fi device in the house, not just the specified devices. Please can you help 🤞🏻

  • Smithy523 Paul Smith 🦁 (@Smithy523) reported from Warrington, England

Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BrimmellDen Den Brimmell 🇺🇦💙 The NHS (@BrimmellDen) reported

@bt_uk As I’ve said previously: 1/mobile signal is terrible in my street. 2/not everyone has a mobile, some have a landline instead. 3/no company will give out “personal information” over the internet to 3rd parties,so that’s hopeless,as I’m finding out! Problem was reported 10 days ago.

  • daveazzopardi Dave (@daveazzopardi) reported

@bt_uk Phone line really poor and connection keeps dropping

@btsport real problems loading on Firestick - slow yesterday, took 28 minutes today. What’s going on #btsports and #amazonhelp?

  • naz18 Naz (@naz18) reported

Everyone beware @bt_uk does not care about its customers. My elderly parents have not had landline access for the last 14 days and not once have they provided a solution on how my parents can have their landline back. They provide the same old dribble saying it’s with a team.

  • plod1956 Keith Farrow (@plod1956) reported

@sacosw @paullewismoney @bt_uk One answer to lack of mobile coverage at your home is to use a network that has Wi-Fi calling. Not going to solve all problems, but will help a lot.

  • tafkawac Tafka Wac. (@tafkawac) reported

@bt_uk this is the kind of thing that doesn't inspire any customer loyalty. CPI + 3.9% You realise by doing CPI +3.9% you're driving up the rate of CPI. Why couldn't you just say 5.5% + 3.9% and be honest that you're putting the bill nearly 10%? #
