For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

@bt_uk Openreach have installed my fibre but I still don’t have a hub or an active order. I’ve spoken to 7 different BT call centre staff over the last 2 weeks and spent over 4 hours on the phone. No-one can help. I just want to be connected!

@bt_uk waited in for a BT engineer 8-1, no show, BT took 2 1/2 hours to answer the phone, still no result. Shocking service. Ordered fibre on 9.2.21, they can’t fit before MAY, really??? Very cross
