@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@PigB0dine @bt_uk @Ofcom Fundamentally BT is no longer a communication provider. It’s a Communication Billing Company. The Service and actual service is provided by Openreach… who provide the same service for all so you just need to choose who you want to bill you.

@BTCare Had the new service installed today, Wi-Fi is fine and the phone makes outgoing calls but there is no incoming traffic on it! Tel no is 01367870594 - any ideas?
