Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@AnnaGra65143872 @bt_uk Section 14, paragraph B in their terms of service outlines the compensation you are entitled to (£8.06 a day after the first 2 days). Check it out! You can also Google the CEO's email address to escalate things (I'm not posting it here on this forum, for obvious reasons!)

@bt_uk Appalling service from BT Faults. 6 days to fix a dead landline. Now out of mobile data due work Teams Meetings. No one at BT will answer (45 min wait then gave up) or online chat (another 45min wait then gave up). Who is going to pay for mobile data add ons??? AWFUL.
