I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

Anybody else in my area, Newport,S E Wales having trouble with their @bt_uk broadband? Have had it crash 5 times I think on us since Wed. Definitely a recurring fault on the line, junction box, etc., not in the house tho I've been told. Bugger! C'mon BT, sort it out properly pls.
