    Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box @bt_uk I’ve. It been able tousle my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either. #BTTV #IDontNeedThis

    @btsport @jonnos32 so only people on the "Flexible" contract can pause it .. so thats actually doing nothing cos that can do that anyway !! cancelling my contract in July when its up !! Very bad customer service from @btsport #btsport

Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

    @bt_uk I would be very surprised if it is something offered in our area, we have severe problems that have been ongoing for years and you know about them. We don't have the infrastructure in the village it seems. We can't even get good basic WiFi let alone a package!

    @bt_uk Hi, thanks for checking in - the connection seems to be working now, whereas before it was on/off all the time. But the speed seems really really slow this last 5 days, e.g. takes 20 mins to upload small files to Google drive (and bigger files of like 4000kb won't upload at all)

    @bt_uk I have no service. I am trying to work. This is absolutely unacceptable and your engineer last week said there’s nothing you can do. I need a solution as I cant work right now. I have NO service, it works for 5 seconds then disconnects I’ve not been able to do anything today yet

    @bt_uk why do I keep getting weekly calls from BT telling me my WiFi connection is slow. I tell them to speak to the engineers if a problem.

    @caldyr99 @bt_uk Yes! I’ve had a reply though from BT so I hope they can help. The scammers are so clever now. Different number every time! I could spend all day individually reporting them. We already have the telephone preference service!
