@geordiegixxer @bt_uk I was the same. Mine was always dropping out. Speed only ever seemed to get better when I complained and then it was back to the minimum. I lost broadband and phone for weeks at a time. Now with Virgin, fantastic speed of 500 MB, no issues so far.

@bt_uk I'm sure it works well when you finally get it installed. Two cancellations since November 23rd to put your fibre cable into garden.. Still nothing. A pozy mini hub router thats no good to man or beast. Woukd never recommend you lot to anyone.

@bt_uk I left bt because of their appauling speeds, not the wifi connectivity. 28 MB download and 11 upload, when it worked. Also I had the indignity of spending £59 a month for that. I now get 500+mb download and 50 upload, better customer service and better wifi..
