@jonsmile @bt_uk I also fly through here every other week. It works fine outside but the building acts like a kind of huge faraday cafe and really hinders the connection inside. The WiFi is bad too

@bt_uk my parents are in their 80’s and have been without their phone and broadband for a week. Each time they contact you, an automated message says an engineer will be with them tomorrow morning. Tomorrow never comes. Shameful service. Who can they complain to ASAP? Ofcom?

@bt_uk Hi again. On your status checker it says the problem has been fixed. The broadband came back on for one hour but now again is not working. Also my neighbours broadband (who is with you too) is not working.

And @bt_uk didn't call me back that is 4 times this week. 35 days without internet, no solution in sight. From what I can work out the original fibre order which failed was never cancelled. Every subsequent order was a regrade on a line that didn't exist. THEY DID THIS 5 TIMES!

Bear in mind with the delay on eviction they might be in the property until July - so how can @bt_uk cancel their contract? Are they meant to live for 5 months without phone or internet whilst #workingfromhome? @allerdale can you do something to help?
