@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

  • Stirling061 Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  • JamieJew590 Jamie Grace (@JamieJew590) reported from Lymm, England

@bt_uk a lorry has dragged phone line cables down off houses and poles in the village of lymm.

  • lizziejohnstone Lizzie Johnstone (@lizziejohnstone) reported

@bt_uk It wasn't from their twitter - it was from their website complaints system. @BTSopenreach have not yet responded on twitter. I do feel however, Garry, that I have waited 10 days already, and estimated to wait another 12 days is NOT "As soon as they can". Terrible service.

  • LizJ73 Elizabeth Daminger (@LizJ73) reported

@bt_uk What for you to insist that the problem is here despite 88% of your customers having problems?

  • geoff62132300 geoff (@geoff62132300) reported

@bt_uk just ordered a new broadband service but have been advised we need an engineer visit before ? We used to simply get the new hub plug it in set to go. I can’t wait until the 29th to get internet access. Please advise ASAP Called most of today but could not get through Geoff

  • co5design co5design (@co5design) reported

@YahooCare my IP address is dynamically assigned by @bt_uk (you might have heard of them). You're blocking emails sent out on said IP because it's on a PBL. I can't help it if a DYNAMICALLY assigned IP has previously been used irresponsibly - I need to send somebody an email!

  • crag71 Angry Crag (@crag71) reported

@BTCare And so what's the story in KY12!? You lot are the soddin pits! £50+ for this crap. Oh and that's not even for Full Fibre Optic. Over £50 a month for a service that's not even as reliable as dial-up! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • OneRobNorris Rob Norris (@OneRobNorris) reported
