    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    @bt_uk as an employee of Openreach who took out a staff offer of broadband, end of January and had to cancel in May as it still wasn’t connected and now being chased for the return of equipment that I couldn’t use and did return some weeks ago! Someone needs to review this

    @bt_uk renewed BT contract for halo mid march. 11th June and still chasing fulfillment of order. Rang today & team still unable to resolve apparently as the order is still open. Unacceptable delays ré openreach. Complaint reopened - await update?
