@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk im so annoyed with you service just send me a code for the ps5 voucher thing you have sent it to people who aernt even customers but not us thank !!!!! ughhh

  • YourTown_Oldham Oldham Town (@YourTown_Oldham) reported

@bt_uk I know all too well what's (not) available. You simply refuse to install decent phone lines along the road meaning that the distance to the nearest cabinet is miles away, and therefore the signal too low.

  • emma_crowe8 Emma Crowe (@emma_crowe8) reported

@bt_uk Utterly appalling service. We switched our internet provider recently and despite being assured we’d have a broadband connection on Friday 27th November, we STILL have no internet. We've wasted hours on the phone trying to speak to someone about this. Not a good start.

  • askeydesign askey illustration (@askeydesign) reported

@bt_uk What exactly are you wanting to check for me? The fact that you want to charge me £344 to cancel because I don’t need two BT accounts in one property? You’ve already told me this. My issue is that it’s EXCESSIVE to say the least. It’s hardly an admin fee.

@bt_uk are you kidding me? 45 minutes on phone with you for the handler to put the phone down after leaving me on hold?! This is the fifth ******* call on this same matter! What is your problem!

  • ThomasPenny16 Thomas Penny (@ThomasPenny16) reported

@bt_uk @btshopuk more annoyed that I am through to site but still not code yet people still receiving codes and placing orders. My contract with you is up anyways, so I am off to @virginmedia this is straw that broke the camels back. Your service to your loyal customers is bad.

  • CaseyCo13527451 Casey Cooper (@CaseyCo13527451) reported

@ThomasPenny16 @bt_uk Are you sure? Doesn't matter either way. Despite being a customer and registering interest I'm clearly not getting a code am I @bt_uk?!

  • Phlz Phil (@Phlz) reported

@bt_uk I need help with BT TV package selection, your phone lines are too busy and there is no online chat for sales teams

  • arkestra1976 Matt Keighley (@arkestra1976) reported

@btsport I cancelled my subscription two months ago and you offered a refund due to appalling customer services. Two months on and I'm on the phone again to your customer services as you still haven't managed to get it back to me. Why are you so utterly useless as a company?
