    @bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

    @bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    @Jay_whitehead87 @bt_uk We had them at first at BD .. tons of problems until one engineer figured out that somebody else had literally piggybacked our line as such (their staff not some ***** or summat) .. maybe they've done the same again???

    Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

    @bt_uk James mate, i already know your checks are gonna tell me 8pm may 7th, i dont need you to waste my time anymore, the only fix is a new provider, 5 days of downtime in the last month when im paying around £50 a month is an absolute piss take

    @bt_uk FTTP connection installed next to my house by Openreach nearly 3 months ago, neighbours been connected by other providers for a while, but I keep getting told it's not available. Been a BT customer for 15 years, is my only option now to move to another service provider?

    @PaulCowland_ @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare I have similar issues with just my home system and the router is sat there flashing orange quite often! Also have a sound problem with my BT-TV where the sounds mutes about every 20 seconds.. a so called rep sent by BT experienced the fault then said he’s never had it before!

    @curlytopjim @virginmedia @bt_uk Bt is awful from the experience I've had. 5 engineers out within the past 2months and customer service accused me of lying. Had 2 new routers sent out which havent fixed the issue either. (im writing this on mobile data as the internet is down currently too)

    I just want to take the time to thank @bt_uk for making it impossible to do my job and in the process having zero communication with us on many things. Currently trying to do stuff and the internet has been down for nearing 2 hrs now. Yesterday was another story. I'm so fed up.
