    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk 2 engineer visits in month and a half - from openreach, up down up down, paying a lot of money for this (way more than competition) because I thought you were reliable - and still not working. Halo 3+ and living off EE connection. But a lot of cash for 17mbits/s.

    @bt_uk had no wifi all day today, now my Ethernet internet has gone as well. Not great when you work from home. On 3rd smart hub as well due to them failing. Engineer booked for Monday, but not happy paying for a service that I’m not getting

    @bt_uk So I contact BT because my landline is down as are all my neighbours . Most are elderly & rely on their phone. We get told it'll be at least 67hrs before it's fixed.. I express my extreme displeasure & concerns for my neighbours welfare &...... nada from this **** company

    @bt_uk After waiting 5 hours today for an engineer who didn't turn up and then a further hour or so trying to get the problem sorted this is what one of your managers replied to me when I was still trying to speak to him (he ended the conversation before I could respond..........
