    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk And further to that. I was going to upgrade to 900mb full fibre. But you only offered it on my bt with halo 3. Which I don't want and now the offer has disappeared from my deals entirely. After a decade of being ur customer I think it may be time to go to virgin

    @bt_uk are you having problems with your broadband dns? our router is set to 81.139.56.100 (which we cannot change) but it is not resolving any more. When i switch to nslookup on 8.8.8.8 (google DNS) it is resolving ok.
