Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box @bt_uk I’ve. It been able tousle my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either. #BTTV #IDontNeedThis

Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

@emilylinka @ziahlunar @bt_uk this is probably where BT should mention the distinction between them and BT openreach. if you just have a BT line you can still be served by an alternative retail csp. have heard good things about zen, but there's lots of smaller isps who treat their customers with respect

@bt_uk Yes I will take the complaint to the Ombudsman. If inflation is growing up to 10% and families need to reconsider expenses, not sure how BT can justify to lock in their customer base to a long contract. I am starting to be Resentful to your brand and can't wait to be out..
