  @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

  I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router

  @bt_uk Im hard if hearing so cannot phone as have difficulty in understanding. Have you got an email address so I can put in an official complaint. You insist I return equipment i didn't need or want. You promised a returns bag would be put in with the new hub and it wasnt.

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
