She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

Never had a problem with @bt_uk mobile. I'm really sorry BT talked me into moving to @EE. All I wanted to do was add a family member to BT!

Adam (@AdzWhitcombe) reported@bt_uk saved quite a bit of money switching to BT TV. Got a deal that saved about £10 on the broadband itself but speed doubled. Now on 307Mbps from 35 a few weeks ago. 35-49-150-307. Not bad at all.
