So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

@bt_uk it’s unacceptable to increase broadband prices by over 14%. Your broadband service is a lot more expensive than others anyway, and customers should be allowed to switch their broadband service without paying cancellation fees.

Why is @btsport picture quality absolutely dog ****?? Sky sports superb, Amazon superb, bbc really good but BT Sport is shockingly bad. If there doing it so you pay an extra few quid for HD they’re a disgrace, they already charge too much as it is! Time to **** em off & get a FS!

One of the good part of Premier League on Amazon @PrimeVideo amongst many is the camera man walk down the tunnel with the players and let the viewers see what goes on beyond the football being played on the pitch whereas it is not shown on @SkySports and @btsport.
