So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

Wow. @bt_uk are ‘sorry I find my bill confusing’. It’s not confusing. I’ve never had a landline plugged in but being charged for random calls to the talking clock for two months. A burglar perhaps? 😡

@bt_uk I applied for Fibre Broadband. Was told the application was pending and someone would be in touch.I’ve tried several times to call customer service.The £29.99 fee has been refunded. I assume it was unsuccessful and will not be connected by date supplied upon application?
