@bt_uk Hi Karen, thank you. I sent off for a new phone (free) from BT. I'm just annoyed that my old dial phone no longer works and if broadband goes down I'm stuck with no connection. Also very concerned that this is simply a way of forcing broadband on elderly who have no need for it
