  @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

  @bt_uk Im hard if hearing so cannot phone as have difficulty in understanding. Have you got an email address so I can put in an official complaint. You insist I return equipment i didn't need or want. You promised a returns bag would be put in with the new hub and it wasnt.
