@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

@bt_uk I understand that but I’m not the bill payer either. Our sky bill comes out of a joint account so I have been charged incorrectly. I was on the phone to another advisor who was happy to help then the line went dead. I need the money back that was charged for no reason

@bt_uk we were told they wouldn't provide any better, so we stayed, but this also was a lie as SKY hooked us up to the fibre....sometimes the broadband was so bad I couldn't even run a speed test...I made complaints and when we finally had enough we are STILL being penalised

@bt_uk Hi Clare, yes I rang BT 5 months ago explaining I wanted to leave and to remove a cease order from the line that was preventing me from leaving. they did not help unfortunately and I have been charged since then despite not using the line.

@bt_uk I had an email yesterday saying my broadband service was to be ceased not initiated by me, I was told on a call yesterday it could only be resolved by a team today who would call me at 8. Also digital voice not worked for a month now!
