@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

@bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

Day 42 of new full fibre broadband/phone not working. Neighbour’s was fitted today and his was same. His engineer called some magical DCOS (?) place and got them to rebuild his ONT and his now works. Can you please order this for me @bt_uk ? 🙏🏻

Happy one week anniversary to us with zero internet, TV, landline. I develop and implement health services for a living that support a lot of people in difficult circumstances. I can’t do that at the moment. Thanks @bt_uk for ongoing rubbish customer service. 🤬
