  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

  • goodall007 simufc7 (@goodall007) reported from Manchester, England

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk Thanks - I’ve been sent two though. I need a particular one to work as another is packed away. It’s just constantly showing a red no signal light.

Steve Mcmanaman is just cancer to my ears, how @btsport have not got rid of him yet I’ll never know!

  • Stirling061 Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  • MichelleBoudin_ Michelle Boudin (@MichelleBoudin_) reported from Bury, England

  • D_Elliott7 Dave. (@D_Elliott7) reported

@bt_uk I am paying a lot for it already but it says the mirroring is ending on the 17th April because of security issues or something

  • ramman00 ramman (@ramman00) reported

@bt_uk I appreciate you're finally acknowledging this, but you're still ignoring what I'm saying. We want to leave without penalty. This is given your website/app has lied to us about our minimum guaranteed speed for months, and the issue we raised on 23/01/2021 was never resolved.

  • maddy03 emma boyle (@maddy03) reported

@bt_uk nearly 2 weeks without no broadband this is getting to be a joke now only been with you for 3 weeks, for them to keep saying we are sending out an engineer who comes out but doesn’t solve the problem.

  • craigdaniels82 Craig Daniels (@craigdaniels82) reported

In November (!) I changed broadband from Sky to @BTCare so I could get FTTP. It still hasn’t been installed by @OpenreachHelp I signed up for the £40p/m package, which BT are now advertising for £30. I’m getting zero response on changing my contract. Awful company so far.

  • oftenmiserable Christopher Slater-Walker #FBPE (@oftenmiserable) reported

@bt_uk Reasons to go elsewhere:1. Static IPv4 address. 2. Static Ipv6 prefix. 3. Ipv6 reverse DNS delegation. 4. Tech support who actually have a clue.

  • morganjp_ Morgan (@morganjp_) reported
