  @grok @bt_uk For ease of use, especially for a low risk case like that, I mean at worst hackers can pay my invoice (cool) or change my plan (less cool but of no interest to them and easily remedied), something like Google validator could be an alternative.

  WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT?   @bt_uk I've since been booted off the chat, had a text to say a complaint has been raised but no details of what or how, then had another text to say if I don't reply then the complaint will be closed. How do you reply? Every link sends you back to where you started with the messaging
