  • bdpscouse Name Cannot Be Blank (@bdpscouse) reported from Liverpool, England

@Luke__W__ @btsport BT is a shocking company lad. Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. Plus they would take your commission off you for anything.

  • Manchester_Man Matthew (@Manchester_Man) reported from Urmston, England

  • Marc_505 Marc (@Marc_505) reported from Bolton, England

@HillyTheFish @btsport Finished reading The Card for a second time a few weeks ago, even better than the first time. Is the Driver trawling around Ligue 2 now? What a life. Anyway, you've inspired me to complete my own card. The Papa Johns is ****, ta.

  • Gary_Kilroy Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reported from Liverpool, England

Having the choice of the awful customer service of @virginmedia or the @bt_uk network which in my area might as well be two tin cans tied together with string is great!

@davieslfc I noticed he was overly critical yesterday. He was criticising someone for taking a poor corner, like he never took a bad corner in his career. He was a pretty good player in his time but not without fault... #LIVVIL #btsport

  • Crosby71 Lee 🖤💛 (@Crosby71) reported from Liverpool, England

I know Delph was given MOTM by @btsport but I can't get away from the fact Iwobi was immense out there today, ran everywhere and never stopped from minute one

  • RichCmiHarris Rich Harris (@RichCmiHarris) reported

@btbusinesscare how do I process a complaint please.

  • adhdiwill ADHD Will 🇺🇦 #FBPE #BLM 🇺🇦 (@adhdiwill) reported

@btbusinesscare I think the problem is you say you want us to lock in a better deal, by renewing our contract, but you’re accidentally showing us the deals only available to new customers. Who am I supposed to complain to about this? Is it ofcom? Trading standards?

  • Delna1234 Delna (@Delna1234) reported

@jonesrachelann @btbusinesscare @Keir_Starmer Just occurred to me that I’ve heard of a number of people having problems with O2 and Virgin. All having difficulty with problems re getting through to call centres . O2 keep saying caller failed the security test until they threatened complaint

  • jim_morrison123 Jim Morrison (@jim_morrison123) reported

@jonesrachelann @btbusinesscare Hi Rachel Did you get it sorted? We are in the same boat. The sales are great but then the technical support in India is useless. We are on the 7th week and its still not working. I think I have made 40-50 calls in total and its still not working.

  • Dave_Goodhand Dave Goodhand (@Dave_Goodhand) reported

@btbusinesscare Hi I work for a local council, I'm trying to help a customer with an address for some stables, BT say they need an address for a connection, but stables aren't something which Royal Mail would issue an address to, How does BT deal with these situations? Thanks

  • Alex250175 Alex Usher (@Alex250175) reported

Good Morning @btbusinesscare, Have sent a DM but had no response, would like to close out this fairly simple issue quickly please.

  • SteveGrange77 OriginalCrackfox (@SteveGrange77) reported

Our Internet went off on 21st June, service finally restored on 10th July. 09:27 this morning - major service outage in the area.... Oh dear @bt_uk / @BTCare, not a great experience at all....

  • SadrniaK Keya Sadrnia (@SadrniaK) reported

@EE/@bt_uk/@BTCare-We moved my elderly parents to Digital Voice. Now we cannot switch the voicemail feature off. Why can you not add the ability to switch this feature off, especially for the elderly? They cannot work Voicemail in the upper 80’s. Help create the ability to action

  • dr_phil_ok Phil (@dr_phil_ok) reported

@btbusinesscare Tried this. No further forward. @WeAreOpenreach are apparently swtiching off our 300mbps service and have rolled out fibre to all but ten house in my area so the only option is a 75% downgrade. They have no idea when our sevice will be dropped, no idea when we will get fibre....

  • jane_stevens7 Jane Stevens (@jane_stevens7) reported

@bt_uk @BTCare raised complaint with @bt_uk yesterday return call due today before 1.30pm for update…..Guess what ….. failed again to call ! Poorly run service time to cancel #nowtv #Bt #EE
