    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    This is in London, in tower hamlets. This is how terribly they treat their customers. @bt_uk can you atleast stop lying about sending the Halo device and actually send it? And for the fault, they say they don’t know anything? @OpenreachHelp does? Well 20+ days to fix an issue?

    @bt_uk my elderly parents moved to Bt 8 months ago and their answering service STILL isn’t connected, they’ve rang multiple times, are on hold for ages then ALWAYS told it will be connected within 48 hours.

    Thanks @bt_uk for shutting down the internet without any warning and saying it's not going to be fixed for 6 hours, that's just fine 🤪
