@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk Someone in the technical team did all that on Monday evening... that's why they sent the engineer because the wifi speeds were extremely low. I shouldn't be getting faster upload speeds than download speeds. Anyway, I'll ring directly to cancel

Absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk who take your money for full fibre broadband! The wifi signal is terrible, 2 BT engineers have confirmed it should be miles better, yet #BT now say they're not responsible for wifi speed once fibre is in property! Waste of money!!!
