@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

Bit the bullet and switched from sky broadband and TV to @bt_uk for better service arranged weeks ago no switch on yesterday called today and told have to cancel and re-order will take at least a week now left with 3 kids in half term no WiFi and no TV - help!

@btsport Please fix your media player. You can't watch full screen without great big play and 10s icons in the middle of the screen. It just never goes away even if you don't move the mouse.

@bt_uk Had engineers out. Issue at the signal box. It’s fixed. My internet lags on LAN even when iPhone decides to do the WhatsApp backup on wifi. You haven’t laid fibre 2 yet. I’m stuck with a mid par service that your making more expensive. Joke.
