@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk internet been down for 11 days. Engineer has been to fix the problem at least twice. So frustrating with BT contracting work out to Openreach. We now have to wait from Friday afternoon round to next Tuesday for the engineer to make a 3rd visit. Ridiculous service.

@bt_uk Thanks. There is no problem watching it through the app on the iPad or iPhone. I have seen posts on your forums with people stating exactly the same problem on their XBox Series X. It is as if it is not forcing the XBox to play the stream in 50hz.
