    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    @bt_uk in this day and age and the importance of having broadband because of working from home how can BT make the decision only to work weekdays and not Bank Holidays or Weekends. And waiting up to 4 days to fix my broadband (via EE) is an acceptable business decision?

    @bt_uk you are the worst company I have every dealt with, my mother is 82 year old a type 1 diabetic who is totally reliant on her phone. I booked the installation for the 8th February Bt staff have constantly lied not called me back and are totally incompetent. #poorservice

    @bt_uk /2 couldn't find my house or be bothered to try to call me seems cruel. If I'd wanted shonky customer service I'd've stayed with Virgin, you know? I expected better, and I can't even raise this as a complaint online because I'm tethering from a mobile and the page won't load.

    So there’s a fault on my digital voice line with @bt_uk and I phoned the helpline. An engineer should be out by Friday. So I ask can I have a call forwarding in place. Answer? My fault doesn’t allow a bt customer service operator to activate call forwarding I have to call 1/3
