    @BTCare Can't cope with package changes I wanted to reduce cost by deleting service no longer required. You should introduce a ring back service or automatic info on place in queue and expected wait time. Not new customer service technology and used by many companies.

    @BTCare Tried 3 times to enter broadband/tv contract and three times I had to cancel due to technical difficulties at BT’s end. Been sent numerous invoices and each time I’ve had to spend hours trying to resolve the issue. Last week I was assured the problem was sorted and received

    @BTCare @Bert0364 The line won't get shut down as it doesn't actually exist. It shows as a Quarantined number on the Ofcom data. It has been spoofed by criminals using VoIP systems. All the scams are done that way these days.
