Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

It’s annoying @btsport are still unable to broadcast in a way that if @MLB games overrun you can record without resorting to identifying the broadcast that follows and recording that too Game 2 cut out with the Marlins leading 3-2 in the 8th. Nearly missed #RaysWin 7.

@bt_uk Your speed is what I should get, by my contract. But that is still years out of date. To describe 76mbps as "super fast broadband" is laughable. That is incredibly slow...but the best you can do? When you going to offer 21st century speeds?
