@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

  • TangerineJedi Jase 🧡🖤💜 (@TangerineJedi) reported

Second time with @bt_uk and I see their Customer Service has not improved any! How can such a big company be so bad? They gave me a £60 reward card instead of the promoted £80, so BT said they would credit my account £20. Just been charged full amount for my bill this month.

  • tetzlaff_mike Michael Tetzlaff (@tetzlaff_mike) reported

@pete_savin @bt_uk Slow speeds & intermittent faults can be caused by damaged wires. Years ago our internet got slower and slower. My eagle eyed wife spotted a tiny nick in the phone line where it entered the house. I sprayed it with WD40 and taped it up. Speed was restored!
