Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@bt_uk Makes me cross when a simple order to flip BT Sport ON is complicated by people who are incentivised to sell. I repeated five times what I wanted, yet a recordable box and other accessories are being shipped because someone at BT was more interested in commission. I shall CANCEL!
