@bt_uk constant issues with our internet. Constant troubleshooting never fixes issues. Paying for superfast and getting internet dropping out and slow speeds all the time. Been going on now for 6 months at least.🤷#Help

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

@bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

@vwdaz @bt_uk Same here, they sent an engineer out yesterday who told me he couldn't enter the property. What a waste of time all round. I took a day off (NHS) for that aswell. Really poor service so far.

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

The logic of @btsport is incredible. Can’t watch it on my phone or PC because “I’m not in the UK”. But it’ll work on the TV app which is about 4 foot from me and a foot above my PC. And they are all connected to the same network.

@bt_uk received a call the other day, your colleague advised for an extra 1.50pm my wifi will be super… yeah super awful. Been completely ripped off should have stuck with @TalkTalk. So many problems with both broadband and TV!

@bt_uk 2 it’s the firmware causing constant disconnects for many people My router seems to have settled down overnight after reconnecting constantly since the firmware update on 22/4 so l will cancel the engineer Seems the right hand has no idea what’s wrong with the left hand

@melon_h I had lots of conversations like that, managed to get BTSport for £5 a month from 1 of those guys who stops you walking past the shop - lots less than I was quoted. But my main problem was I couldn’t access the main account the whole time I was with them!

@bt_uk It is impossible to get through to your customer service. Multiple dropped calls, 30-minute wait for chat, 90 mins combined on hold... all unacceptable. Setup when we moved in 6 months ago was an absolute nightmare and it’s been nothing but poor service and mayhem ever since.
