@bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

  • c_pitchford Chloe Pitchford Music (@c_pitchford) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

  • andijarvis Andi Jarvis (@andijarvis) reported from Liverpool, England

Do you think anyone @bt_uk has ever used their TV box? Have just switched from Sky. The BT TV remote and responsiveness of the interface is so, so bad.

  • femaledec Cheyvonne Bower (@femaledec) reported from Croft, England

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

  • storm_imaging Craig Cooke (@storm_imaging) reported from Adlington, England

@bt_uk Well, it looks like I’m getting a new account set up. No idea why as I have correspondence to the new address about my move. As long as I don’t lose service.

  • eljs_x Eljsx (@eljs_x) reported

@bt_uk worst customer service misuse of data protection! The list could go on! None of the staff seem to want to help! Worst internet provider I’ve ever had

  • Twurchsteward Twurchsteward (@Twurchsteward) reported

So @bt_uk here’s a short thread about why nobody should ever use your services. In reverse order; starting with today’s candidate for worst customer service in history you’ve just accused my husband of making up a story about my mother dying so as not to pay a late bill 1/n

  • sean_ballais Sean Francis N. Ballais (@sean_ballais) reported

@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk Ah, yes. ISPs with poor customer service, something many countries share.

  • therevsteve Stephen M Day (@therevsteve) reported

My timeline currently has people experiencing appalling 'customer service' from @bt_uk and @SP_EnergyPeople. I expect many other corporates are equally bad. There's a reason for this: corporations are not rewarded for being nice people to deal with.

  • x2ProMasterx x 2Pro Master x (@x2ProMasterx) reported

@bt_uk It's funny seeing that you paid to get this promoted on twitter yet is full of people saying how bad it is what were you expecting

  • petrifiedslime petrified slime (aka rob) (@petrifiedslime) reported

@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk We had similar issues with BT. If you're changing I reaaaaaally recommend Plusnet. Every time I've call them up for an issue they literally answer the phone within 2 minutes. It's amazing.
