@bt_uk No install. Engineer is taking on the job personally in a few days. BT finally realizes how terrible it’s been (2 months of waiting, no return callbacks, etc). Spoke to a very patient and kind BT advisor named Jess that deserves a pay rise. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

@bt_uk Day 6 today and it's not fixed. It's with the bridging team and could take between 1 and 7 days more. The second time in a year I haven't had email in total 30 days. Honestly this is awful service with no compensation offered. Thank you asking

@skytv package is a mess! Contracts all ending at different times! Price increased £88 to £111 and can only get £11 off! Can get the whole package as a new customer with @BT inc BB and BTsport which I don’t have with Sky for £88! What do I do?
