Wow. @bt_uk are ‘sorry I find my bill confusing’. It’s not confusing. I’ve never had a landline plugged in but being charged for random calls to the talking clock for two months. A burglar perhaps? 😡

Now had three calls this morning on our @bt_uk landline from scammers telling us that we have a problem with our internet service. Seems nothing can be done. Getting sick of this. Time to ditch the land line altogether

@bt_uk seen a few people say there connect isn't good so did the check thing, say there's no issues but my Internet keeps dropping out every 5 to 10 minutes at a time???

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

@bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

@bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

@bt_uk so we made the switch to voice digital and it’s faulty, have no landline now until you fix the issue, surely you should have checked this before switching us, I now have no landline and I need it as I have a very poorly husband.

@bt_uk Why was my engineer appointment cancelled without any form of communication. Why did i have to find out by calling BT about another matter. As a communications company you are extremely poor at communicating. You have all my details yet not one word. Plus I to take unpaid leave.

@bt_uk just been in the phone to cancel my BT Broadband no issues with the service just good sense to move around to get a good deal.... the lady on the phone basically hung up on me when I didn't fall for the hard sell to stay, bitter taste now
