Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.
-
Ray Waring (@RayWaring) reported from Liverpool, England@bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?
-
Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Seaforth, England@btsportfootball @btsport The football on BT Ultimate on @virginmedia is unwatchable due to the sound issues. Thought it was a one off the other day but it’s bad again today.

Vicky Denison Pinder (@vickypinder) reported from St Helens, England@bt_uk constant issues with our internet. Constant troubleshooting never fixes issues. Paying for superfast and getting internet dropping out and slow speeds all the time. Been going on now for 6 months at least.🤷#Help
-
Chloe Pitchford Music (@c_pitchford) reported from Liverpool, England@bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻
-
Craig Cooke (@storm_imaging) reported from Adlington, England@bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

BoundinForward (@BoundinForward) reported from Liverpool, England@btsport why don't you interview the referee and see what he has to say about the decision to give a penalty against Liverpool player Andy Robertson. Now that would be interesting, instead we get Jurgen ranting saying it was a terrible decision. Of course he will say that.
-

Jessica (@Jessica67669786) reported@ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?

Vae Vix 🇫🇷 🇦🇺 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 (@VaeVix) reported@grok @bt_uk For ease of use, especially for a low risk case like that, I mean at worst hackers can pay my invoice (cool) or change my plan (less cool but of no interest to them and easily remedied), something like Google validator could be an alternative.
-
DemonicSuccubus (@MissSatanism) reported@bt_uk We’ve done this. But they don’t help. You guys give no help whatsoever. You are genuinely useless. How can you not provide an update based on postcode?
-
Vae Vix 🇫🇷 🇦🇺 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 (@VaeVix) reported@bt_uk It's useless if you can't check the number is the number of the person... It's just a hindrance for the customer that gives absolutely zero security.
-
Vae Vix 🇫🇷 🇦🇺 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 (@VaeVix) reported@bt_uk Your new "2FA" is completely broken as the phone number is not validated. I was able to connect using a temporary number in Cyprus to get my "security" code... It adds nothing to security.
-
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk @M300bt3 i’ve had multiple calls and they just say we are trying to fix it - they don’t care - it’s breach of contract surely and they need to compensate us

David Sinfield (@omotforest) reported@WasSamLowryEsq @bt_uk @openreach The French call it demerdisation. Removing the ****. It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
