  • MikeNolan

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

  • ThomRawlinson
Thom Rawlinson (@ThomRawlinson) reported from Kirkby, England

Never quite understand commentators making excuses for players diving saying the team needs the point. It’s cheating 🙄 #SHUEVE #BTsport

  • andyleg66
Andy Leggott (@andyleg66) reported from Lymm, England

@btsport having that biased, hair lipped halfwit on does you no credit at all. Even Walton corrected himself ... yet plug can't help acting the fan #embarrassing #mcfc #mancity

  • tweetJumpy
W (@tweetJumpy) reported from Birkenhead, England

@Realaldo474 @Carra23 @btsport The reason that Liverpool’s away form doesn’t look as good is purely down to match fixing at Everton where a perfect goal was deliberately ruled off side and a penalty at Brighton which never was.

  • ChickiD
Dianne Coughlin (@ChickiD) reported from Birkenhead, England

Why are all the commentators on @btsport so boring? just chat crap #Toomuch #Jibbajabba #Boreoff 😴😴

  • amijesuspablo

@bt_uk This is poor customer service. I’ve provided the address etc. in a DM for fault and you’re just replying to the timeline. Or tell me if there is an issue in the area of L15 (Liverpool) if you can’t be bothered to read my DM.

  • BoundinForward
BoundinForward (@BoundinForward) reported from Liverpool, England

@btsport why don't you interview the referee and see what he has to say about the decision to give a penalty against Liverpool player Andy Robertson. Now that would be interesting, instead we get Jurgen ranting saying it was a terrible decision. Of course he will say that.

  • LeedsViking
Steve Mc (@LeedsViking) reported from Warrington, England

Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

  • matt_burrow
Matthew Burrow (@matt_burrow) reported from Frodsham, England

@BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

  • LeedsViking
Steve Mc (@LeedsViking) reported from Warrington, England

@bt_uk Having an issue with Access Controls on my hub... always worked great to limit the kids gaming time, but suddenly the ‘off’ time is cutting off every wi-fi device in the house, not just the specified devices. Please can you help 🤞🏻

  • Margymoo

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

In this day of tech and 24 hour businesses why do BT customer helplines not work weekends? Seems really out of date #BT #customerservice @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

  • kingaliababa
    AS (@kingaliababa) reported

@bt_uk No errors it’s just really glitchy picture, like a bad signal. And yes, just on sky sports.

  • SlinkyMofo
    Our Kid (@SlinkyMofo) reported

@bt_uk So you want us, the customer to pay EXTRA if YOUR systems fail ?. If your system fails YOU should be doing all you can to fix it and making sure you can keep up with your end of the contract AND paying us for the inconvenience. You make billions and you want more ?.

  • jamclarkey
    James (@jamclarkey) reported

@Chr1sF1 @bt_uk You can go broadband only (i.e no voice service) which will save a few ££ a month. Rental of the physical line that delivers the broadband to you is bundles in the cost.

  • drebee88
    Dre ® (@drebee88) reported

@bt_uk Would like you to reply to a dm that's been on going for the last 2months. Also Internet down in my area?

@bt_uk My 87 year old mum’s phone still isn’t working, which means her emergency alarm isn’t working, that’s 69 days without a phone!

  • andysc
    Andy Stanford-Clark (@andysc) reported

@jamclarkey @bt_uk It would be nice if the UPS supplied the DC the router needs, to save a round trip from the batteries up to 240v AC and back down again.

  • kingaliababa
    AS (@kingaliababa) reported

@bt_uk I’m having constant problems with Sky Sports channels only. Reset router, turn unplug box but no change. Happened for over a week now, unable to watch at all today. Picture scrambles, pixelates, audio crashes etc. can someone advise asap.

  • poteidia
    E ❄️🌱🌥🌲❄️ (@poteidia) reported

@bt_uk Why did you cut all your tv customers off from access to Alibi channel? Now only available to Sky & Virgin subscribers - one's useless for me (get a high wind & the signal goes!) & the other isn't even available here. So I'm stuck with you & your ever-decreasing lineup...😒

  • pete_v
    Pete Verdon (@pete_v) reported

@PeteLomasPi @andysc @bt_uk You don’t? Unless you live somewhere without mobile signal, why does any house need a landline telephone? I’m forty this year and have never owned one. BT line for ADSL sure, for some, but a voice telephone on the wall is a total anachronism. You phone people, not houses!
