Having the choice of the awful customer service of @virginmedia or the @bt_uk network which in my area might as well be two tin cans tied together with string is great!
-
Helen Grieve 🇬🇧 (@grieve51166) reported from Southport, England
@bt_uk Likely. Until a few weeks ago, you were charging us double the rate we'd agreed, just for having a landline we never used.
-
Roy Bayfield (@mister__roy) reported from Ormskirk, England
@bt_uk They're still coming thick and fast. Is there a possibility of a human intervention to stop them? I will happily cancel the upgrade if that what it takes to end the pestering.
-
Michael Dodd (@MJADodd) reported from Seaforth, England
@julesspaceman @bt_uk @Tesco Companies like bt etc, it literally makes the world of difference who you speak to... One person. Will be great, the next will not... Shows that their current training isn't working as it should as there is a massive difference between customer service from person to person

-
Thomas Booth (@tboothy) reported from Liverpool, England
@davieslfc I noticed he was overly critical yesterday. He was criticising someone for taking a poor corner, like he never took a bad corner in his career. He was a pretty good player in his time but not without fault... #LIVVIL #btsport

K e r r i (@KerryM811) reported from Horwich, England
@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

Bob Foy (@RobFoy9) reported from Liverpool, England

@AdrianTempany @btsport BT Sport isn’t much better going on about the ‘brilliant Pep’; that’s the same ‘brilliant Pep’ who has never won the Champions League without the involvement of Lionel Messi…

John Vanderwerff+ (@jvblueboy) reported from Birkenhead, England
@bt_uk wouldn't give me their special offer open to new broadband customers. Loyalty counts for nothing. So am off to @VodafoneUK to take them up on their discounted offer. When will these companies ever learn to treat all customers the same?

@bt_uk The sub contracted BT engineer who came to my house to fix our broadband, showed me that you could give me 'Virgin' speeds without fibre optic, right now but, you hold it back so that you can ensure a steady price increase. Impressive stuff BT🤬

@RobPalmer80 @bt_uk I had exactly that problem but we have the BT mesh dish extender things. I plugged the Q and mini Q box into a dish each with Ethernet cable and it’s stopped happening. Without it it had started to happen once a week at least.

Julian Arthurs (@JulianArthurs) reported
Weird emergency broadcast alert today, have never seen one before, even though I've known of their availability in GSM phones since 2G days. Was it genuine @bt_uk or some phising scam? Only it said "test message #2 from BT UK, please ignore"
