  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@BTCare @Ofcom No, we’re going to keep this very very public I’m afraid. Your people refused to deal with my case. This will become clear as my complaint is now with the board. Too late.

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@BTCare @Ofcom Yes, the same people who’ve failed to resolve it over 3 months. This is a farce & my rights as a citizen are being denied. I have a heart complaint & am under care of Wirral Heart Centre, but apparently I’m not a priority when it comes to engineering resources. Digital apartheid

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@Ofcom I’ve been told by @bt_uk @BTCare that if I make a complaint to OfCom they will cut off all contact and refuse to supply phone & broadband. Is this true? If so, what’s the point of Ofcom? I am now without phone & broadband for 3 months, but can do nothing to resolve this

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@BTCare An engineer came, installed a Huawei Terminal, that was supposed to be stable after 48 hours. It’s not. The light is still flashing after 3 days. There is no phone number or CS service in place. The number I called was not answered. The company needs to be put out of business

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@xanderashwell @Sarah_W_Morris @PowysCC @powyshighways @BTCare @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog Just checked with @Ofcom & its as I thought, they don’t deal with individual complaints. There’s also an assumption in the categorisation of complaints that I’m an active subscriber who’s experiencing poor service. But I’m not even a customer...they’ve in effect refused to supply

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@BTCare Nope, not even that. I have literally nothing. Other than a white box with flickering light, I have no way of referencing my case with anyone. I have a Huawei leaflet on the router box. But nothing more. And no one answer the phone. It’s the perfect closed idiot loop

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@Sarah_W_Morris @xanderashwell @PowysCC @powyshighways @BTCare Thank you, no. I think I’ve fallen into a black hole. It’s actually connected with an engineering problem which is with Open Reach. They say they’re dealing with it, though there’s no follow up or accountability.

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@BTCare Royal Mail yes. No way of knowing with OR. An engineer did come round to install box. But it’s faulty. Amazingly, there is no CS service having as the wiring installed. Basic Customer services not in place

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@BTCare They have. They are also totally exasperated by Open Reach. Develop team did all they could. But there’s a technical fault only OR can fix but there’s no way to even let them know. OR tried to blame the developer for weeks. Dishonest rogue company that needs breaking up frankly

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@BTCare No. I’ve been told nothing. Mainly because no one answers the phone at Open Reach. Without internet I cannot get an ISP. There isn’t even a service option for my case.

  • AndrewAtter
Andrew Atter (@AndrewAtter) reported from Birkenhead, England

@YasmineDarwazeh @BTCare I’m at 4 months waiting for internet & phone. Yasmine, Is there a customer activist group for BT / Open Reach? @BTCare A class action suit might be needed...

  • heypresto
    Andrew Taylor (@heypresto) reported

@BTCare Ok I get that. Paying £50 a month for a service that's unusable at times. Back to original question, why can't I submit a Not Fixed through the fault tracker?

  • samsmithjnr81
    GG (@samsmithjnr81) reported

@Jimfields79 @BronzeBomber @frankwarren_tv All the publicity that @EddieHearn and Sky give him and its @btsport thats going to benefit from it. He wont admit it but it will be killing Eddie deep down

  • heypresto
Andrew Taylor (@heypresto) reported from Crawley, England

@BTCare Residential. Broadband dropping due to noisy line, worse in wet weather. Had same issue numerous times in the past, each time supposedly resolved.
