@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk We have no issue with speed of BT (supposedly 50Mb/s) but service keeps dropping out. I can get 77Mb/s with Sky and 125+ with Virgin but we only really use it for TV streaming & social media etc

Still, I had to package loss icon flashing in game more than I’ve ever seen yesterday. So keep in mind, changing ISP will not fix everything unfortunately
