    @BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @Realaldo474 @Carra23 @btsport The reason that Liverpool’s away form doesn’t look as good is purely down to match fixing at Everton where a perfect goal was deliberately ruled off side and a penalty at Brighton which never was.

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk Like always BT diagnosis returned nthng! BT says line from network to home is wrong, look inside house. Nonsensical! How do u think something suddenly changed inside house on a 3 yr old connection! nt changed the placement of hub or anything else?! BT BroadBand is really poor!!

    @bt_uk Our hybrid never works!!!The EE unit comes on for 5 minutes then goes off for an hour or so and then turns on again… never worked since it was installed about 6m ago… awful and then yesterday the main hub just turned Orange and it wouldn’t change at all!!! Might look at #sky…

    Moved from house last week to flat. Don’t need a phone at the apartment and already have FTTP from @hyperoptic. Tried to cancel @BTCare . Told £550 cancel fee as I’m in contract till Sept 2022.

    @bt_uk Yes! Nothing's changed! I will call BT later and see if I can go back to what I had before. As a pensioner I cannot keep paying for a service that's not being delivered. They upgraded my wife's mobile phone usage which turns out was not needed as well.
