Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
