@bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

Perhaps @BT_UK's new slogan should contain the words "always tomorrow, never today". A @BTBusiness fibre-circuit order placed with them in 09/20 and scheduled for 12/20 has now been given a delivery date of 07/21. We're making a documentary about this process—stay tuned!

@bt_uk there's no point, I've already spoken to a mate who's a BT engineer, who said it's within your ACCEPTABLE range, which is down by 11mbps when I was with Sky. Shouldn't have swapped!!!
