  As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

  Hello @bt_uk. I cancelled my broadband service BEFORE activation and within the cooling-off period. However, I’ve been incorrectly charged £33.99. This is unacceptable. If this isn't refunded immediately, I will escalate this to the Communications Ombudsman. Account number is
