  @Realaldo474 @Carra23 @btsport The reason that Liverpool’s away form doesn’t look as good is purely down to match fixing at Everton where a perfect goal was deliberately ruled off side and a penalty at Brighton which never was.

  @BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

  @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

  @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

  @bt_uk - at what point did your customers become hostages to your miscommunicatimg Bot? For 1 week now we’ve had no internet service & no clarity on the problem or when it will be fixed. Updates are meaningless, often inaccurate and unhelpful!As a regulated service it’s shocking

  Okay @bt_uk had an engineer out on Monday about trickling internet. He escalated it to Open Reach. Had a text, same day, saying another engineer was to arrive today before 1pm. They didn’t show. Kind of at a loss at what to do next. Help!

  Helping Mum deal with Dad dying means dealing with a lot of different companies. @tescomobile took a six minute phone call (including wait time). @bt_uk has taken six hours so far - still not resolved and still sending Mum erroneous bills. What about bereaved who don't have help?
