If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
