@bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

Waited at home yesterday between 1-6pm for @bt_uk to fit fibre ordered on 8th Feb. Despite the confirmed emails/texts - no show. The appt cancelled for the 3rd time...and no update sent! Customer service is appalling. Can someone own this and resolve please? #bt #openreach 😡

@bt_uk my broadband has gone up £10 to £64 a month. Just for broadband!! I’ve rang your office and they said they can’t offer me any better deals. Is there anything anyone else can offer because £64 a month is extortionate 😭. I’ve been a BT customer for 20 years.
