@julesspaceman @bt_uk @Tesco Companies like bt etc, it literally makes the world of difference who you speak to... One person. Will be great, the next will not... Shows that their current training isn't working as it should as there is a massive difference between customer service from person to person

@davieslfc I noticed he was overly critical yesterday. He was criticising someone for taking a poor corner, like he never took a bad corner in his career. He was a pretty good player in his time but not without fault... #LIVVIL #btsport

@bt_uk wouldn't give me their special offer open to new broadband customers. Loyalty counts for nothing. So am off to @VodafoneUK to take them up on their discounted offer. When will these companies ever learn to treat all customers the same?

@SkySports Pub closed for 7 months and you haven't switched us back on in time for re-opening and tonight's football. Could have done what @btsport did and switch us on a few days early to prevent this. Really poor effort!

@bt_uk I have today complained to @ASA_UK that the word "unbreakable" is misleading for 2 reasons. 1. The addition of a 4G router makes no difference to the working of the Wi-Fi. 2. Unbreakable says it will never stop. You cannot guarantee that. Robust, resilient yes. Unbreakable no.

@Tonysmini @bt_uk Hi Tony. Thanks. The exchange area is the same. She was going to stay with Utility Warehouse (now Shell). They told me, even staying with them, a new number would be required. That it would create broadband, & even mobile, problems down the line...? PhoneCoOp says its possible.
