If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. Plus they would take your commission off you for anything.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Ramnish Kalsi (@ramnishkalsi) reported@bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
