  • jonh64 Jon H (@jonh64) reported from Garston, England

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

  • Gfunk_in3D Gfunk_in3D (@Gfunk_in3D) reported from Runcorn, England

@bt_uk plus, that you’ve chosen to ignore this complaint despite being open since 8am is really annoying!

  • Garycpos Gary CPOS (@Garycpos) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

  • AntSweeney Unbearable for the foreseeable 🏆 (@AntSweeney) reported from St Helens, England

@ArsenalStaffs22 @btsportfootball @btsport Yes I know that, doesn't change the fact Premier league sides are still spending big to the point where it doesn't matter if you're elite, you can still spend fortunes. As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them, sokw bad decisions at that club recently

  • Harkness7 Martin Harkness (@Harkness7) reported from Runcorn, England

@btbusinesscare any known issues in 01928 area?

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dave99147378 dave (@dave99147378) reported

@bt_uk is there a broadband outage in DN7 area?

  • Shergar75 Darren Sherlock (@Shergar75) reported

@RorySmith @OliverKay I find it all a bit strange from @btsport perspective. With the Champions League being their main offering would it not make sense for them to help rather than hinder the progress of English teams? I'm sure their viewing figures/advertising revenue is higher with English clubs

  • at67435 Iron Thompson (@at67435) reported

@bt_uk Why is my Broadband down again? I live in South Shields and have no landlines.

  • Claire1810 Claire M 💙 (@Claire1810) reported

@virginmedia I questioned both. Never mind she will be a new customer with @BTCare or @TalkTalk should imagibe they will welcome her custom.

  • keane016 Wes Poole (@keane016) reported

With out fail when transferring to new BT contract , @bt_uk overcharge you ever month. 2 months in and have been over charged over 100.00 already. Worst customer service ever

  • tweetymike Mike Stead (@tweetymike) reported

So turns out @bt_uk can take an extra £25 from you for a service they aren’t delivering for FOUR YEARS, and not have to pay it back. Having been a customer for 15yrs, circa £13k spent, this is now a moral call on CEO @MarcAllera - do we get a £1k refund to remain a BT customer?

  • Quidlist1 John Friend (@Quidlist1) reported

@bt_uk That’s correct it can’t be placed, now we have to call again to cancel on the 19th when by sport ends to cancel our broadband altogether, I’m just making sure it’s within our 14 day period as it seems bt are making excuses to get us past day 14

  • noomie82 noomie (@noomie82) reported

@bt_uk It’s saying no known issues but it’s not the first time this has happened. We’ve had engineers out 3/4 times in the past for the same thing but it never seems to be resolved.

  • tweetymike Mike Stead (@tweetymike) reported

@bt_uk It was escalated to CEO’s office. An Executive Complaints Team person was appointed. He challenged the lack of service and excess charges, and it went to the Ombudsman. The case manager agreed 100% that I’d been overcharged, but under the regulations he couldn’t order a refund.

  • WellyWilk ⚒ Helen Wilkins ⚒ 〓〓 (@WellyWilk) reported

@Janet9998 @btsport We had problems switching on too. Got a NOW tv stick and it just froze for several minutes. Almost like it was doing a software update. Very poor timing.
