Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and Iโve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

Will be great, the next will not... Shows that their current training isn't working as it should as there is a massive difference between customer service from person to person

Iโm physically disabled and itโs incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโd never joined BT.
