As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

  • mb1984 matthew bradley (@mb1984) reported from Roby, England

@vwdaz @bt_uk Same here, they sent an engineer out yesterday who told me he couldn't enter the property. What a waste of time all round. I took a day off (NHS) for that aswell. Really poor service so far.

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

  • scousenatalie scousenatalie 😘 (@scousenatalie) reported from Liverpool, England

@n_ando122 @SkyUK @btsport There not if you ring up you can cancel free of charge I cancelled my sky sports today

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

  • shena_chilvers Shena Chilvers (@shena_chilvers) reported

@btbusinesscare A fault... how about connecting your new customers on time & not 5 times in a row fail to connect them!! Terrible service..

  • pidsta pidsta (@pidsta) reported

@bt_uk I'm moving house and trying to take my BT service with me. The service in my old house has been dc'd and I'm waiting for my new property to be ready. You advised, several times, that my service was on hold - but you've now sent me a final bill with an exit fee of over £100.

  • Yuri_2310 Yuri (@Yuri_2310) reported

@bt_uk we've had 20+ years of problems with BT exchanges or ISP routers, regardless of ISP - not even better with BT. had to move to Virgin Media last year - it's not all plain sailing but it's been a breath of fresh air and nowhere near as agonising.

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter ***** ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

  • DamoGrant Damian Grant (@DamoGrant) reported

@bt_uk I find it quite bad that your customer service employees don’t know of this mysterious change in your terms and condition.

  • lcdraper Laura Draper (@lcdraper) reported

@bt_uk very frustrating that we still have no internet! Been waiting for an engineer all day - now you can’t send one until Monday! #help

  • BenEdwa17958801 Ben Edwards (@BenEdwa17958801) reported

@bt_uk 2 hours and counting on the phone to your helpline after no one called me back at 1600hrs today as agreed. Call taker answered 1 hour in and I was “put on hold” while she tried to sort the problem with my broadband home move. That was an hour ago now.

  • AnneMarieMohan AnneMarie Mohan (@AnneMarieMohan) reported

@bt_uk No - after waiting the entire day, I had to call again myself at 6:30. Problem has now been escalated by a great tech support guy from Liverpool. All other aspects of BT CS including this twitter account have not been great so far.
