    @BTCare Morning. No fault on the line after being tested three times. Was looking at changing to fibre but the call I was promised never happened and trying to find time to be on hold is difficult. I thought that if I upgraded to fibre it might solve the problem if the router is prob.

    @BTCare Thanks Karl! The last issue we had with BT - when BT Sport wouldn’t play - was met with ‘if it’s your fault, we’ll charge you for the engineers coming out’. Needless to say it was BT, but still made us pay for it. Just really don’t seem to care, once you’re a customer...

    @BTCare The box when it’s on standby doesn’t record. It never used to do this. It also picks and chooses what series links to record. I think it’s faulty

    @BTCare not a customer as work for sky but had phone call saying my BT Broadband will cut off today press one to confirm and two to cancel. Please look into this scam for your customers as I know most of your customer base is the elderly who will be taken advantage off :)

    @BTCare @Ofcom Yes, the same people who’ve failed to resolve it over 3 months. This is a farce & my rights as a citizen are being denied. I have a heart complaint & am under care of Wirral Heart Centre, but apparently I’m not a priority when it comes to engineering resources. Digital apartheid

    @Ofcom I’ve been told by @bt_uk @BTCare that if I make a complaint to OfCom they will cut off all contact and refuse to supply phone & broadband. Is this true? If so, what’s the point of Ofcom? I am now without phone & broadband for 3 months, but can do nothing to resolve this

    @BTCare An engineer came, installed a Huawei Terminal, that was supposed to be stable after 48 hours. It’s not. The light is still flashing after 3 days. There is no phone number or CS service in place. The number I called was not answered. The company needs to be put out of business

There’s also an assumption in the categorisation of complaints that I’m an active subscriber who’s experiencing poor service. But I’m not even a customer...they’ve in effect refused to supply

    @BTCare Royal Mail yes. No way of knowing with OR. An engineer did come round to install box. But it’s faulty. Amazingly, there is no CS service having as the wiring installed. Basic Customer services not in place
