@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@bt_uk That's a shame, I do hope that in the future that changes as with the Netgear router I get twice (from 65-70 down to 130-140 down) the speed I get from the actual hub, so I really hope either the Hubs get better or compatibility with other routers are implemented

So @OpenreachHelp we finally found out your field engineers put my parent's port to the wrong house number in the system. @BT_UK can't activate. They are elderley in a new build, in rural area with zero means of contacting anyone (mobile poor). What if something happens?!
