As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

    Hey @bt_uk - my 66 yr old vulnerable mum Moved just before Christmas - you promissed her internet/tv/phone etc would be sorted last week, but sheโ€™s still not connected! Which has left unconnected all over Christmas - which is pretty bad form! #BadCustomerService

    @bt_uk I have been messaging in th chat. All my devices were on 5ghz and you told me in. Chat that 5ghz was the issue and so I've split the band now and it's no better just as bad. Paying a fortune a month and everything constant dropping off network

    @Luke__W__ @btsport BT is a shocking company lad. Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. Plus they would take your commission off you for anything.

    @vwdaz @bt_uk Same here, they sent an engineer out yesterday who told me he couldn't enter the property. What a waste of time all round. I took a day off (NHS) for that aswell. Really poor service so far.

    @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an ยฃ5 a month. Then increased to ยฃ10 then ยฃ30. Been streaming it since

    @bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. Iโ€™ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.

    @bt_uk What a joke of a reply. As I said, my boss was on the phone to you for hours on end; 4.5hours being passed from pillar to post and you want him to do that again? Why does the customer have to do all the chasing for your mistake?

    @bt_uk since my full fibre was installed my connection has been rubbish,you checker on the website found an issue your end but then I just get trapped in a ongoing loop of uselessness from your 'help bot'(which I can't actually type a reply to)how do I actually resort this issue?
