@BTCare My internet is dropping multiple times daily. Solid purple light followed by flashing orange, then orange and finally back to blue. No stability at all and an engineer was only here 2-3 weeks ago!

@bt_uk how do you expect a pensioner to have to change 1. their homehub plus 2 connect old landline phones to the new “digital voice” service, with very little warning.. This hasn’t been thought through at all and potentially will leave my mum without a phone. Really poor guys.
