@bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service, paying £40 to watch BT sport, for it to not work, then get told it’s nothing to do with you because they’ve not changed any settings.

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

@bt_uk You cannot even tell us what work still needs to be done to accomplish this!! It’s awful and you have no idea if the impact this has along with extra costs we incur because we don’t have a decent Wi-Fi network. I’m so bloody angry…

Been a @bt_uk customer for over 20 years. Finally switching provider as can get x10 the speed for less £4 a month. Now find out I need to pay £7.50 a month to keep the email service I’ve had from them for 20 years. This is absolute robbery @bt_uk . Talk about anti competition !

Ross
(@Rossva1189) reported
@bt_uk I have read all this. The point is you are making me pay 7.50 a month for IMAP enabled email, whereas a) I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and b) many providers offer this for free. It’s daylight robbery and you do it to try persuade people not to leave you

If anyone’s having issues with #BTmail on Apple or other email clients, check if you’ve set up 2FA in BT. I think it’s stopping 3P clients from working correctly. The guy I spoke to from @bt_uk yesterday told me it wouldn’t but, the proof of the pudding… Views?

@bt_uk Openreach are telling me that they cannot update me - I am your customer, you pay them to do this work. The fact you cannot get updates from them until October is an absolute disgrace. We are so angry with this whole process - both companies have awful customer service.

@bt_uk We already did the tests the other day and seemly there is an error and a engineer is coming out tomorrow morning but I've had half a dozen engineers out throughout the year, it's always a temp fix.
