    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @btbusinesscare I've talked to your complaints team and there is literally nothing that the entirety of BT can do about it. Its simply a process that cannot be broken. If one of my customers is impacted by a mistake I'd make - I'd be on a motorbike with a new simcard to get them up an running.

    @bt_uk Update. Claire was no help at all in our private message and has informed me that I’m stuck in my contract until 2023. They will not do anything to help me, however even though it’s impossible to downgrade me they can quite easily upgrade me. Disgusting BT. Avoid this company.
