    @Realaldo474 @Carra23 @btsport The reason that Liverpool’s away form doesn’t look as good is purely down to match fixing at Everton where a perfect goal was deliberately ruled off side and a penalty at Brighton which never was.

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

    @bt_uk Yes I could do with some help. I want the best WiFi possible and my download speeds are usually ~ 42Mbps but it’s my so who complains about his game freezing in his bedroom

    Hey @bt_uk - my 66 yr old vulnerable mum Moved just before Christmas - you promissed her internet/tv/phone etc would be sorted last week, but she’s still not connected! Which has left unconnected all over Christmas - which is pretty bad form! #BadCustomerService

    @bt_uk Having an issue with Access Controls on my hub... always worked great to limit the kids gaming time, but suddenly the ‘off’ time is cutting off every wi-fi device in the house, not just the specified devices. Please can you help 🤞🏻

    @BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

    Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk The issue has returned, however only terrestrial channels. Our signal strength shows as weak, but it has never done so before. We only had the aerial installed a few months ago as our property is a new build.

    @bt_uk I'm not doing this rigmarole again. The mast on b480 at the postcode above is not providing any signal to BT phones regardless of who pays handsomely for the contract. BT and EE do not care enough to fix it. BTs process won't let me inform BT. You could report it but won't.

    DO NOT BUY BROADBAND FROM SKY. I have an issue with mine, I ended up on a call to their technical dept in India and they didn't have a clue what to. So I went to Openreach and they told me SKY should sort the problem out. Wish I stayed with BT. @bt_uk @SkyUK

    @bt_uk the irony of after days of crappy unstable internet you try on your pc to use the form and it won’t stay connected long enough to complete it. Open reach vans all over our estate but no indication from their site there is an issue

    @bt_uk I’m surprised that I’ve been given an estimated fix date of 10Nov without any alternatives.Basically I’ll have no internet,no hotspot,but I should be grateful that they can do it “hopefully” by the 10th.

    @bt_uk You have cancelled my phone contract with no warning at all. There was meant to be a transition period which we negotiated. I am now left stranded with a phone that only works on wifi. I need this fixing within an hour before I leave. Please help!!
