    @BTCare I get the problems when i move my laptop from one room where it's located ( right next to the hub ) to a different room, the problem is particularly noticeable when watching BT Sport but can quite often happen when streaming other things such as YouTube etc.

    @BTCare I don’t want to try again. I want my call to be answered when I ring, because guess what, I’m busy too. However, the difference is i’m paying a service and expect to be treated accordingly. Simple really.

    @bt_uk @btcare @moneytelegraph a new landline order over two months ago, complaint to CEOs office, still no sign of service, cut off from old connection on 12 July and still BT cannot resolve issues with Openreach for them to even start the process - utter joke of an organisation

    @marky_red @BTCare @TalkTalk Tell me about it - my broadband went off totally for about six weeks a couple of years back - BT Customer Service were half-arsed about everything until I went straight to the top and involved the CEO - then they were falling over themselves to fix it

    @BTCare They said open reach had a problem that needs manual fixing. Open reach was supposed to do work oct 8 so why was I not informed there was a problem until after I called on oct 15. Now I am without internet and tv! They said they will update me oct 22 then book an engineer to come

    @BTCare it was clear from the first tweet that explanation wasnt required and that a disgusted customer getting unjustifyable price hikes at the start of a contract was hoping for more than you read from the big book of vague excuses. You clearly have no desire to help at all

    @BTCare Hi Rita. We have been having problems with connection since we got BT broadband. We have made numerous calls over the years and we’re told to turn it off / on again, etc. We received a new Hub a couple of weeks ago and our bandwidth was increased last week...still not working!

    Hi @BTCare @bt_uk my broadband connection has gone down for the millionth time...that’s just this week...we have spent so much time on the phone to India we now have pen pals and have arranged house swaps...btw I pay a lot of money for this so I expect it to work...all the time!
