@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

@bt_uk Problem is that it's not the first time we're attempting redelivery. First hub ended up at the post office depot. Me not being around it, it can't be collected. This is the second hub order and delivery seem not to be able to act on simple instruction such as ring the neighbour.

@bt_uk trying to upgrade my mobile 20days earlier than my contract end date but I can only get the phone I want from EE and you want to charge me a cancellation fee but the bill I've just paid covers me to 24th feb so why the charge and annoyance of having to "cancel" my contract
