@BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

Help @VodafoneUK - I moved BB&LL to VF on Fri. Openreach fitted FTTP equip, @bt_uk disconnected on time, still not working. I spoke with your colleagues - Fri PM/Sat AM & PM/Sun AM & was expecting a call back this AM - no call! Poor service. Correct ONT lights on - please help!

@bt_uk Hi I tried WiFi and Ethernet and neither work. I have just plugged the old router back and it is connecting fine to me previous provider. I don't think BT/OpenReach have activated my service. This is all very confusing BTW with messages saying to set the router up right away.

@OpenreachHelp I know it was Openreach engineers who installed the fibre on our road (I chatted to them at the time) & there’s no other network providers infrastructure. @bt_uk have confirmed they are paying Money Expert to knock on doors, so sounds like they are making false claims at the door
