    @BTCare I get the problems when i move my laptop from one room where it's located ( right next to the hub ) to a different room, the problem is particularly noticeable when watching BT Sport but can quite often happen when streaming other things such as YouTube etc.

    .@btcare phoned me again. Nice enough people but have no information for me. 30 minute conversation can be distilled to "When will I get a phone line?" "We don't know." No compensation or alternative options. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. @bt_uk

    @BTCare once again reorganised the installation, this time for 6th November and once again it was cancelled. So he called them again yesterday evening. They said the issue was that @Openreach didn’t know what kind of line they were putting in, and that 6/12

    Installation had been cancelled. We rang to complain and reschedule. @BTCare said it was a problem with @OpenreachHelp and said they would ring to give us a new installation date. We gave them until Monday this week. They never rang. 3/12
