@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

Hi @bt_uk I’ve spent an hour trying to get through to customer service (still no luck) Why are applications still being submitted if engineers cannot come until March? Waiting 4 months to be connected after original application is absolutely shocking.

@bt_uk moved into my first flat, went with bt bc I’d only heard good things. My service is not on after being told it’d be on the 16th and I can’t even get through to them to sort it out. Any one know of a good broadband company??
