    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @bt_uk so not only is my internet down and no engineer available for a week, I also find out I’ve not been getting the speed I’ve been paying for. Thanks, not sure how I’m going to work from home with no internet for the rest of the week!

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk eventually get through and you guys tell me I'm wrong about my Internet intermittent issues your agents are rude and then hung up on me. 50 mins on the phone to be hung up on.

    @bt_uk Ok thanks well I don't usually play my tennis game at that time of night last night I did just for for a few minutes so I was shocked when I suddenly had no Wi-Fi signal it hasn't happened before then I'm not playing a game of that time of night ..usually 📺

    @bt_uk almost every evening for the past week, my Smart Hub-X has rebooted. Is there an intermittent problem with the Internet service in the High Wycombe area at the moment, or perhaps does my smart hub need replacing?

    @bt_uk Compensation as well as the unnecessary charges for service that you can’t provide? You took the order, can’t provide it, charged anyway. That doesn’t require compensation. It requires a refund. Compensation is for the inconvenience.
