    @BTCare Morning. I ran an internet speed test last night and had a download speed of 0.31 MBs per sec. The standard/usual being 31 MBs per sec. Assume this was the reason for such a poor signal...all last night. I ran the test again this morning and it’s back up to 31...very frustrating

    @BTCare I get the problems when i move my laptop from one room where it's located ( right next to the hub ) to a different room, the problem is particularly noticeable when watching BT Sport but can quite often happen when streaming other things such as YouTube etc.

    @BTCare I don’t want to try again. I want my call to be answered when I ring, because guess what, I’m busy too. However, the difference is i’m paying a service and expect to be treated accordingly. Simple really.

    @MotoGP It may be, but you allowed the cancellation instead of reschedule for the next day, very poor on you and the teams who blocked the reschedule to Monday it’s not even like you are racing next weekend!!!! I think @btsport should get a refund

    @marky_red @BTCare @TalkTalk Tell me about it - my broadband went off totally for about six weeks a couple of years back - BT Customer Service were half-arsed about everything until I went straight to the top and involved the CEO - then they were falling over themselves to fix it

    @BTCare my mum has been trying since yesterday to speak to someone regarding renewing her BT broadband. Eventually spoke to someone this morning to be told nothing can be done until after 15th July as computer system down!! This is not good enough so looking elsewhere for her

    @BTCare no one has been out, i haven't been asked to do much at really, been sent a WiFi location info sheet (but that isn't the problem really!), and im getting called back next Tuesday (could be Saturday, but i said in the week is easier, (Next time lady is working again). #NotFair

    @BTCare Well the 14th has come and gone and still no broadband. @BTCare @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp you’re all as bad as each other. It’s just a shame @virginmedia can’t install until 29th. @itvMLshow my suggestion would be don’t move at all!😡
