@BTCare please sort the new email out. It’s unusable and so busy it’s knackered. It’s the email equivalent of when your child becomes a teenager and forgets all manners and niceties. HELP. Your help pages don’t

Great customer service @bt_uk from Haydn in Warrington. Made dealing with my parents internet problem a breeze
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England
Didn't turn up. The worse experience of my life. Wasted 40 hours holiday, that's time I would have spend with my children. @OpenreachHelp won't prioritise another appointment. Between @bt_uk and then the system, the process and the service is a disgrace. Never been this angry.
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from Strines, England
@bt_uk That's the 3rd missed appointment. @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp are the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The system is shocking and it's a complete joke that there is nothing I can do as they are the only company who can do it. Shouldn't be allowed.
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from Strines, England
@Ofcom Hi @Ofcom, how many times can I complaint. They have missed a 3rd appointment. They just re book them and not turn up. There is nothing I can do as its only @OpenreachHelp who can do it. @bt_uk are useless and the £25 compo doesn't come near the expense of using 35 hours holiday
-
A&T (@AshTom03396918) reported from Macclesfield, England
@bt_uk Please can somebody call me from the Case Management Team. I have just called to chase Automated Compensation; I was told by the Inbound Adviser that no further credits are due, however credits received so far are to correct your billing errors. See inbox. @MoneyTelegraph

Usman (@uah9) reported from Manchester, England
@btsport #MUNBUR Rio is talking about some of those failed signings, none of those players are there now. What's going wrong now, why are ex United players (pundits) afraid to dig the current squad out now. Pogba hasn't played all year, don't blame him for the shit on the pitch

Steve Roscoe (@stechak1) reported from Manchester, England
Oh here we go... BT Real are poor they are finished etc nothing to so with how good City were, you sound gutted. If this was Liverpool you’ll be going mental.#btsport #RMMCI
-
Dave Ashurst (@DWA2005) reported from Knutsford, England
@btsport bored with this now Dortmund v Schalke, only started watching 10 mins in as well. Maybe time to cancel all subscriptions for 3-6 months until fans are back. #footballwithoutfansisnothing
-
Friends of the Carrs (@FotCarrs) reported from Wilmslow, England
@mikeberriman87 @prodnose @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL @btsport @TheAthleticUK Same here - after hanging on the phone for 45 mins was told the cancellation charge is over £200 for me @btsport ... they have given me 1 month free though - whoohoo! Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

Paul Holmes (@DidymusBrush) reported from Manchester, England
@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It would be nice to get 100mb once. Never even had half of what we pay for. Wonder what Ofcom would make of that...
-
Catherine Smith (@SmithCat73) reported from Alsager, England
@btbusinesscare You don’t take any notice when people do report a fault. St Anthony’s church in Wythenshawe has been trying for 17 days to get you to fix the fault you caused.
-
Amos Murphy (@AmosMurphyMedia) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England
@halbvierUK @btsport As if a 2 month football absence was bad enough, it returns without fans and the only noise we're greeted to is that of McManaman as the co-com! 🤮
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England
@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp So final update. @OpenreachHelp came and I have broadband. But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. And my @bt_uk doesn't work as the hub is in the kitchen
-
Ciaron Doherty (@ciarond27) reported from Manchester, England
Will you send me out some WiFi boosters, been awful connection for the last year in my house @bt_uk
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England
Havinv the worse experience with @bt_uk. Waiting on open reach to attend. They didn't attend last Friday. I am 99% sure they are not going to attend before 6pm and no one will help over the phone or call openreach for me. 4 days holiday used sat in waiting for nothing. Shocking

@bt_uk By mini connectors. They don't work. The WiFi in the house isn't too bad, I could watch ufc on my phone but through the bt box it doesn't work.
-
Richard Bond (@Ric_Bond) reported from Manchester, England
Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England
@bt_uk I've already booked off 3 days work for this. 4 including issues before the 25th. And it will be a 5th day on 10th. I work from home so it's causing me so many issues. Data on my phone almost up, both draughts data already gone. No TV, no ufc, having parents do school runs.

@bt_uk out of contract soon, explained that I wanted to a new contract - told by agent that they can bring my package down by £3 - I pointed out that it will increase in April by 13.9% so I end up with a £3 discount for 1 month and paying an extra £5.50 after - so goodbye BT.

@bt_uk My father took out a new contract with you in Dec. He asked for & was promised, as part of his new contract, he would receive a new router. This hasn't arrived. He rang to find out where it was only to be told he wasn't entitled to one. How can we raise a complaint?

@bt_uk Since installing fibre broadband on 6th October my landline phone service has been dead. Numerous complaints raised and fixes tried. I need someone senior to take ownership of the problem, how do we fix this? My business partner had the same issue, took six weeks to fix.
