Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

    If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

    @bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Can you let me know how to speak to a human on online chat please regarding our broadband service? One of the security questions is asking for a landline number but we do not have one. Not having any luck over the phone either. Very frustrating.

    Hi @bt_uk! Long-standing customer here. I'm already very annoyed at the ridiculous price increases you've imposed. How much oil do you burn supplying exactly the same, low-cost service? Then there's a punitive charge, bc I won't tie-in to another contract! So I'm looking... /1

    @HilzHilary @bt_uk Just been on down detector and loads of people are reporting this issue. Have been panicking all day thinking I'd been hacked
