  @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

  If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.
