    So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

    If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

    2 times been out to broadband.. this time can’t even be arsed turn up after another afternoon waiting in absolutely pathetic can’t even get through on the phone after 38 minutes .. direct message no reply.. absolutely shocking customer service @BTCare 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

    @TeamKnowhowUK @vicki2012x Girlfriend trying to buy a computer off them for, believe it or not 5 weeks now. They always tweet about some complaints processes but do **** all at the end. Worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than @bt_uk and that is one achievement 🖕🖕🖕

    @mikeberriman87 @prodnose @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL @btsport @TheAthleticUK Same here - after hanging on the phone for 45 mins was told the cancellation charge is over £200 for me @btsport ... they have given me 1 month free though - whoohoo! Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

    @btbusinesscare Alan, we are now being told by that team an engineer will visit us tomorrow. Not acceptable as this is an error by BT, not a fault. Please help ASAP.

    @bt_uk I’m an outraged. My small events business has had to move out of our office as we don’t have revenue coming in to pay the rent and rate. I call BT to cancel the broadband and they have slapped the business with a £7,631 early termination charge. This is unacceptable 😡

    @bt_uk After complaining about our poor Internet connection we were told an engineer would visit to assess the issue last Wednesday. Engineer didn't show up or reach out to us. Now we've tried calling customer support only to wait 40 minutes and have the line dropped...twice...

    Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

    @bt_uk Whilst I really appreciate the response (and will do this) the issue that is always reported is the length from BT box, meanwhile we are 200 yards away from new and unused fibre that was installed as part of T in the Park!

    @bt_uk You were good for years without issues, I could watch a stream and game at the same time with no ping, lag or stutter, since last January, even with 65/15, I get frequent issues. Your customer service was lovely to upgrade my router but that hasn't solved the ping issues.

    @bt_uk Will give them a try thank you, but after the call yesterday I started shopping around and has been a real eye opener. In terms of what others are offering. I’m a loyal customer and not worried about a few pounds here or there. But when things are cheaper for new customers 😳

    @bt_uk Hi. I am a Broadband customer, when I try to connect to a hotspot using my laptop your login page says email or password incorrect. Despite me twice changing my password? Am able to login on my mobile.
