Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

YOU are not going to believe this.... this morning we have as a new fancy fiber installed by @bt_uk #vodafone did no inform me they could not provide the line. I had to call BT support.. AND AMAZING within 2 clicks I SPOKE TO A HUMAN PERSON not a bot a real polite HUMAN!!!!!!

@bt_uk BT are in the denial of service business. My internet has not worked properly for over two weeks. Three times I have misused work to wait in for the engineer to visit three times they have failed to arrive as promised. They do not even bother to tell you that they are not coming

I DON'T recommend @bt_uk WiFi to anyone. BT didn't provide guaranteed WiFi speed.Their excuse was they meant LineSpeed 4 StayFastGuarantee, not WiFi speed.They say things look normal at that end. My complaint contained 2 contact numbers,they got only one! What a reliable system.
