Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

@bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.

@bt_uk Nice, after doing this they text me saying it wasn’t their fault, and then the internet miraculously worked for about 5 minutes before ceasing to function again. I had to open Twitter using 4G because the WiFi simply couldn’t load the tweet. I am BEGGING for help. Texting again.

don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.
