2 times been out to broadband.. this time can’t even be arsed turn up after another afternoon waiting in absolutely pathetic can’t even get through on the phone after 38 minutes .. direct message no reply.. absolutely shocking customer service @BTCare 🤬🤬🤬🤬

So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

@btsport what a discraceful service you provide ,I'd been qouted 10 pound per month and being charged 29 ,promised a call back still nothing but happy to keep taking my money. 😡

Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

After 'literally' spending hours with my ex-BT mate checking my wiring it turns out there was a line fault. I am now inordinately pleased to confirm the landline I never use, but is required for my Internet @bt_uk is working perfectly 🙄
