@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

@mikeberriman87 @prodnose @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL @btsport @TheAthleticUK Same here - after hanging on the phone for 45 mins was told the cancellation charge is over £200 for me @btsport ... they have given me 1 month free though - whoohoo! Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

@Alien_cupcake67 You are not alone. It has been broken since about 11:40am. If you search BT Internet and look at recent tweets you'll see people unable to connect to quickbooks and zoom too, yet for some reason @bt_uk won't acknowledge that the problem is in their network.

@bt_uk My contract ends mid January. I've called your hot line to get a 12 months renewal but you can only offer 24 months. you obviously dont want to retain customer so I'm going to go to @SkyUK!
