    @i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

    @RobbieSavage8 VAR does not work perfectly well when there are only fractions involved as the frame speeds being used are to slow. So let’s stop the nonsense it’s always correct, it just isn’t @btsport #Ajaxchelsea

    @BTGroup @bt_uk I have an ongoing complaint since 8th May. Today it was closed with no phone call, no explanation, no contact. The issue is still ongoing and you owe me money. I have reopened complaint but this needs escalating.

    @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?

    @TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.

    Dear @bt_uk we moved to an address you don't supply to in Jan. You said cancellation would be automatic but are still chasing me for payment. Your CS team are simply unable to comprehend and my complaint was closed without investigation. Come on eh?
