    @bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

    @bt_uk I've only been a customer for 3 months and you're now putting my prices up CPI + 3.9%. My neighbour is only getting an increase of 0.6%...? Whats going on??

    @bt_uk (1/2) absolute discrase! My elderly grandparents have been left without a phone since last Friday due to a fault outside on the line. Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....(2/2)

    @bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

    @bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

    @bt_uk Not happy😩 Our line has been problematic since February with issues resolved in July but recently risen again. Didn’t appreciate this mornings engineer saying he couldn’t do anything & not returning or your customer services team hanging up this afternoon! #disappointed

    @bt_uk How does it work out when we had no service over weekend. This only mentions weekdays. I'm not having you wriggle out of this being reported on Friday and fixed by Tuesday, meaning we'll get nothing for this.

    2 times been out to broadband.. this time can’t even be arsed turn up after another afternoon waiting in absolutely pathetic can’t even get through on the phone after 38 minutes .. direct message no reply.. absolutely shocking customer service @BTCare 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    @bt_uk hi BT our WiFi is so slow we have to use our 4G on our phones. Tried multiple times to get a resolution from your phone lines. Was promised a new router months ago by an engineer, not received. Can you fix this?

    @BTCare Not a good start to being a customer - the switch over happened before the equipment came - the BT TV Pro box doesn’t support my 4K TV (colours washed out, but fine on Virgin and Sky) - lots of pop ups saying there’s a problem with my broadband connection too

    @bt_uk Would be the 2nd engineer of this month and 3rd router. Don’t bother, we have a new provider coming to my area within the next few months called @gigaclear who will be installing fibre, at which point I’ll be rejoicing because I can finally leave your awful service.
