    @bt_uk Having an issue with Access Controls on my hub... always worked great to limit the kids gaming time, but suddenly the ‘off’ time is cutting off every wi-fi device in the house, not just the specified devices. Please can you help 🤞🏻

    @kestermann @bt_uk @MarcAllera They may answer the calls but are they putting things right!? Two weeks since we moved into our house and still no broadband despite endless calls and hours on the line! both key workers working from home! Terrible customer service #sos #customerexperience

    @bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

    Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

    Now had three calls this morning on our @bt_uk landline from scammers telling us that we have a problem with our internet service. Seems nothing can be done. Getting sick of this. Time to ditch the land line altogether

    @bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

    @BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

    @DfRugbygirl @markey1960 @philseyers The PRTV deal is they don't show games that are on BTsport otherwise no premiership fan would subscribe to the TV channel. BT would cancel their coverage and no other TV firm would pick it up. And then rugby wouldn't be seen by fans of other sports

    @bt_uk Funny how it’s happened the last two renewals and it’s happening again now… my service that normally gives 50+mb now is giving 2mb ‘but there’s nothing wrong’. It was working fine before my contract was up for renewal

    @bt_uk Just spent 90 minutes on hold, no answer to BT, trying to cancel my BT Sports. From everything I’ve read you lot make it impossible to cancel. Please avoid Bt like the plague. So many stories like mine…The worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced

    @bt_uk You keep sending me text messages to return BT kit to avoid a charge, 1) the kit has been returned many weeks ago 2) BT sent it to be in error on the basis of an order for new services that I did not place, nor has never shown up in my on line account. #enough #halo #btfullfibre

    @bt_uk Well I put in a complaint about your terrible service on the 2 December and haven’t had any form of an attempt at a resolution - but “boxes make us whacky” tweets you can do
