Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

@bt_uk Our internet has been down for 4 days tomorrow. I booked half a day holiday for the engineer not to arrive. You tell us that this will be resolved and then extend it day by day. Our neighbours have the same problem but the website says no issues in your area!

@bt_uk No its not a business account. I just run a part time casual business via eBay. It’s not my main job. Plus transferring me would just be passing the issue on to someone else. However please feel free to ask colleagues for suggestions on how to fix this situation.

@bt_uk DM sent, but for the record what you have just said conflicts with what I was told in online chat earlier where I was assured 31 Jan was latest possible fix and I would receive updates as progress was made. 5 days to fix is unacceptable, it's 2023.

@bt_uk So you migrated me to digital voice without forewarning me.. So you sent me an emergency battery for power outages.. BUT you never considered the lack of phone service when the broadband goes down leaving me with no way to get help in emergency!!

I am disappointed that @BT_UK have refused to rectify damage on a vandalised telephone box in Longsight at the corner of Slade Lane and Stockport Road, because it is 'too expensive'. Why should my constituents have to put up with BT's failure to maintain telephone boxes?

@bt_uk No your missing the point, I couldn’t access my account by any form of method including pre saved account details, biometrics or facial recognition on 3 seperate devices, not a device issue !
