  Dear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles.   @bt_uk terrible service, internet down for 2 days, they said an engineer would come out, engineer rang me tells me he will be out Weds 9am never showed up. Awaiting a new router now. At least keep me updated BT. Thinks it's a new provider time.

  @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.
