    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk I’m on the phone to you now. You’ve cocked up the dates despite having a system that clearly states dates in January for our move. First customer service person offered no apology, tried to blame Openreach then tried to blame us. Awful!

    @bt_uk a guy called Sam in your customer service centre I think based in Liverpool (he was Scouse) gone above & beyond today for an account for an elderly person. He was absolutely amazing & a credit to your company 👍🏻

    @bt_uk Aboslutely appalled by the disgraceful levels of service we’ve received from yourself. Broadband should have been activated on 8th Dec, after several mistakes with orders and being promised activation yesterday were now being told it will be 29th Dec. Unacceptable

    @bt_uk A reply from a Local openreach engineer. Looks like a dslam card has gone down and will affect most people on fttc broadband from all providers. I'll get on the case at 0800 and see whats going on

    @bt_uk Disgusting service from BT. My Grandad passed away Fri so my Dad contacted BT to cancel his landline. BT cancelled my parents landline,mobiles & internet instead. 3 days later,lots of calls to BT, being cut off & explaining the whole thing each time & still NOT resolved!
