My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

I just want the bracket supporting the cable screwed in to brick and cable down the side, not front as it will be on the wrong side for equipment.
