Now had three calls this morning on our @bt_uk landline from scammers telling us that we have a problem with our internet service. Seems nothing can be done. Getting sick of this. Time to ditch the land line altogether

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@bt_uk 23.62% increase in the bill this month. Looks like the ‘regular’ price will be a 14.36% increase. That’s pretty disgusting. Well done for extending my contract with a TV offer 6 months ago. But when that’s up, you’ve lost a customer for life 👏🏻

@atrueindyscot @Holdfast214 @bt_uk I'd recommend any ISP if you are confident your existing telephone line or fibre is OK, but if you have any kind of trouble then go to an ISP that cares like ZEN or Andrews and Arnold, but they are more expensive.

@bt_uk been waiting 8 weeks now for Openreach to do some simple work for SKY fibre on the Isle of Wight. SKY have been excellent and raised complaint. Still no date in sight. VERY BAD service, get a move on! 😡😡
