    @RobbieSavage8 VAR does not work perfectly well when there are only fractions involved as the frame speeds being used are to slow. So let’s stop the nonsense it’s always correct, it just isn’t @btsport #Ajaxchelsea

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @keesie_kee @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp We’ve spent a week of promised phone calls and not once has it happened. Everyday we’ve had to chase them. We’ve just been told they aren’t sending anyone out to “look” at it until at least the 29th (it stopped on 4th) they won’t cancel & won’t pause our bill in the mean time.

    @bt_uk been waiting in all morning but no show from engineer, internet speeds below 8mbps and constant dropping out for months, really poor show and no way to speak to anyone to chase up the fault, definitely want a refund for the service I'm not getting!
