Wow. @bt_uk are ‘sorry I find my bill confusing’. It’s not confusing. I’ve never had a landline plugged in but being charged for random calls to the talking clock for two months. A burglar perhaps? 😡

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

@DannyTsang @bt_uk @Ofcom Thanks! I’ve been down that route already. Every 2-3 month all of a sudden I start getting 0.1-0.3 MBps download speeds or constant drops. It feels like BT is doing something at the exchange.

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service I’m receiving by BT. Customer service are not interested in resolving my issue. Told me my complaint needed to be closed although I was no satisfied with the resolution. Then told me I need to phone them every day to try and get it sorted.

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove I get exactly the same problem I.e. iPlayer kills the LTE connection but I am using a BT SIM card in a TP Link Archer router. So I suspect this is some sort of BT/ EE network issue ?
