@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

@bt_uk I have been speaking to someone Nicola and had an engineer out but because I have more than the bt recommend 10 devices connected that's why it's slow a lot of the time now but a month ago and year before was fine

@bt_uk I had someone ringing my landline today saying money had gone out of an account, my mum answered and she did press number 2 unfortunately and only then put the phone down... How can I report this? Thankfully her bank account is fine.
