@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!

Current estimated clear time for fault BT50461 is 18/05/2022 23:45 (its a fault with a Wholesale Broadband Connect). There were 9 other issues in the Furness region supposedly cleared overnight
