I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

Hi @bt_uk my internet isn't working. My smart hub has had a fixed orange light for the past hour. There doesn't appear to be an issue in my area. I don't have a landline number to text FIX to 61998. I've tried restarting it and all the usual fixes, any other suggestions please?

@OpenreachHelp Hi, we have no provider or orders as they are immediately cancelled by you.@SkyUK said they can’t help us, @bt_uk failed to tell us there was a problem at all until we called. I am not opening any more orders as they will just be cancelled by Openreach.

@bt_uk this happens when we come upstairs the broadband cuts out. You claim to be best broadband providers and fastest! I’m bamboozled as to how you can claim this. We have fibre coming into the property yet nobody seems to get a signal upstairs! Omg it is so frustrating!!!!

@bt_uk Wow, that's very dismissive and not very helpful. So there is someone likely in the process of trying to set up services with fraudulently and that's your response? Equifax always tell you to contact thr provider first and the police won't be interested. How can I log a complaint
