    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk called BT cust serv depart re: an incorrect final bill 4-5 times. Each time 2 hold for ages & to argue till I'm told I don't owe anything & it will be removed from my account. Today received the bill again!! been on chat 4 1hour with someone who now tells me they cant help

    Having cancelled #BTSport and being told I had a month left, they cut it off immediately! Having then said they’ll refund that month, they’ve now deducted £14 for an early cancellation charge!!! Unbelievably bad service on three calls. So fed up with them.

    @btsport I’ve just waited 45mins to get through to one of your customer service reps about cancelling my subscription and she couldn’t hear me! She was called Helen, my phone wasn’t on mute and I could hear her perfectly well. She hung up. What a rubbish service
