@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

@BTCare your app is garbage! I've already tried once today to buy a monthly pass without success and it took me two hours on the phone to get a refund. My Mrs has just tried to buy it and the same thing has happened to her - doesn't recognise BT ID or Password. Why can't you make

@Wyefarm I changed from years of terrible @bt_uk broadband and even worse customer service. Paid £50/m for phone & bb. I joined @EE 4gee broadband. Haven’t looked back! 80Mbs down 15Mbs upload and unlimited data for £39.99 a month and their customer service was excellent in setting up.

@bt_uk is anybody else's broadband download speed fluctuating badly today? Mine is going from around 35mbs down to under 1mbs constantly? Super annoying to download something that would normally only take a few hours and so far its taken 6 and still going.
