@bt_uk Thank you but I cannot use the hotspots for video calls and screen share so I’ll have to rent a shared workspace. You also have not alerted me of the problem and that’s after I’ve paid for £130 for an engineer to come on Tuesday. I will contact Citizens Advice about this matter.

@bt_uk Well not really! I just wanted the job done on the date I was told it would be. Anyway, happy to receive a call on the day after the work is now scheduled to be done however it does not ameliorate the service shortcomings and stress and time wasting I have suffered so far!
