Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

FijustFi (@bitchystichy) reported@hatetorycuts @bt_uk BT have always provided the emergency operator service, they handle the call before it goes to fire, police or ambulance. When you first call and are asked what service, thats the BT role.
