Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

There is only my wife and I in the house but if one of us is on the internet the other can’t do anything! I upgraded to Halo and now pay more for a poor service!

Despite numerous calls to BT & Openreach who from my experience do appear able to communicate with another are incapable of providing an engineering fix. This not an isolated case.

This is getting worse by the minute and I didn’t think that was possible, 1st order opened May, 3 closed down and 1hr 52 on the last phone call !
