  • leehow2 Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Urmston, England

@BTCare your app is garbage! I've already tried once today to buy a monthly pass without success and it took me two hours on the phone to get a refund. My Mrs has just tried to buy it and the same thing has happened to her - doesn't recognise BT ID or Password. Why can't you make

  • louise_rogerson Louise Rogerson (@louise_rogerson) reported from Manchester, England

Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

  • ChallisDave Dave Challis (@ChallisDave) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@btsport trying to log on to my account to buy monthly pass, but get error message telling me the account is not active, which I knew already as trying to pay! Can’t even log in with new password please help as you have no one on chat

  • KirstyTonge Kirsty (@KirstyTonge) reported from Manchester, England

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

  • andyleg66 Andy Leggott (@andyleg66) reported from Lymm, England

@btsport having that biased, hair lipped halfwit on does you no credit at all. Even Walton corrected himself ... yet plug can't help acting the fan #embarrassing #mcfc #mancity

  • leehow2 Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Urmston, England

@btsport @BTSportBoxing your service has been absolutely awful this morning. I've been passed round to 6 different departments. I bought a monthly pass my account won't work and no one can help me get it activated. I'm now ringing another number to speak to person 7 to get my

We're getting there in the CL .... dullest game in living memory sees us make the last 16 .... probably missing the pre & post game Athens piss up tbf. @btsport coverage is awful ... please get me back soon #mcfc #mancity #OLYMCI

  • F1Hughsey87 Iain Hughes (@F1Hughsey87) reported from Macclesfield, England

@bt_uk awful service so far on the fibre broadband. Tried to call twice and your agents lines are awful and ask me to call back. Yeh I have another 30min to waste in a queue. Message me please as need my fibre connecting that’s already a week late. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

  • leehow2 Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Urmston, England

Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

  • dazchad Daz Chadders (@dazchad) reported from Urmston, England

Pretty sure @bt_uk used to give you sports access via the app as a broadband customer? Mine just says no active subscription??

  • gaz_lister Gary Lister (@gaz_lister) reported from Moulton, England

@bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk Thanks - I’ve been sent two though. I need a particular one to work as another is packed away. It’s just constantly showing a red no signal light.

  • TherapyUpNorth Jay_Therapy Up North (@TherapyUpNorth) reported from Manchester, England

@btsport atrocious customer service today when i phoned to speak about an unacceptable 20% price hike mid contract.

  • Stirling061 Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  • goodall007 simufc7 (@goodall007) reported from Manchester, England

There is no way in hell i will be paying an extra £15 to watch one game. @SkySports and @btsport can get to **** along with the @premierleague

  • gaz_lister Gary Lister (@gaz_lister) reported from Moulton, England

@bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

  • tasted_flight James Goggin (@tasted_flight) reported from Northwich, England

@bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

  • AskTheShire The Shire (@AskTheShire) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk Everyone is complaining how rubbish the service is, agreed its terrible.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Beckssim Becky Simpson (@Beckssim) reported

@bt_uk Why is it that when having delays you are not allowed to look into getting an alternative service without cancelling your original order as the system won't allow it? Could end up cancelling on going order to find the alternative is just as bad and you are back to square one

  • SeanCro32891966 Sean Cronin (@SeanCro32891966) reported

@bt_uk No, just ranting on twitter as I have no confidence that giving you any information will rectify the appalling service you are providing

  • blahblahbahl Emma Bahl (@blahblahbahl) reported

@bt_uk @BTCare If we have a power outage. I need to be able to make calls. If our heating goes off I need to make alternative arrangements for my mother in law accommodation or call engineers. My mobile signal is not reliable. Yes. It works some times. But I need a land line for peace of mind

  • StephenJBuckle Stephen Buckle (@StephenJBuckle) reported

@bt_uk are there any issues in Suffolk? IP8 area? Seems very slow today!

  • themistral Sandra Trott (@themistral) reported

@bt_uk Sandra Trott, 11 Tanners Way CM3 5PU, GB26123765 - i've had a number of cancelled orders it would seem - none of which I am aware have been down to me. It seems the activation date may have held this time, but please could you check? Thanks so much!

  • littlemissj74 JW 🇬🇧 (@littlemissj74) reported

@bt_uk My main phone has got to be plugged into my smart hub - which is in the cupboard cos some idiot put all my internet access in a cupboard. Great. So my home phone is in a cupboard.

  • FirstTheLvst dylan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@FirstTheLvst) reported

@NatTheNocturnal @bt_uk Now Cinema is basically Sky Cinema, you could likely get fibre and full range of Sky + cinema for £20 less. If it's broadband only. Both Virgin and Sky should be nearly half your current price for the same speed. Rn you're paying the equivalent of a 1gig down price from Virgin

  • LauraM082 Laura (@LauraM082) reported

@bt_uk hi, our broadband has been down since the 30th Jan - we have the mini hub which has been very patchy with its working. Now that’s not working & our broadband still isn’t fixed. Not really the best customer service at the mo!

  • kb_molly Molly (@kb_molly) reported
