    @bt_uk I have an issue with my tv service. Are we not allowed to watch anything out of hours as you can't be contacted for help? Utter crap service. Bet I'll still be charged though! Hopeless this. Couple nights off work and can't sodding watch anything 🤬🤬

    @bt_uk advert states, get full FTTP , you will get BT hybrid incase anything goes wrong, you will be connected, LIES!!!, internet went out yesterday and the bt hybrid doesnt connect to the router, done everything it says to make it work and still craps out, poor service

    @TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Truly the engineer should have checked everything first before leaving you. That is the standard service by all ISP sub-con engineers. Why this was not done, is the biggest question.
