@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

@bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

When we joined @bt_uk they were the first company to offer Fibre in my area, got 50 down, 15 up, never dropped and I could stream to twitch. These days it's 14 Down, 4 up, never stable always lags, people complain and I can't multitask on it at all. Might switch tbh

@michael91510009 @bt_uk Yeah they were throttling my speeds for 14 months. An engineer confirmed this from this first appointment. Started dec 2019. Engineer jan 2020. They ignored what I said about the throttling for nearly 9 month then turned around and there was a congestion issue within my cabinet.
