If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@bt_uk just upgraded to FFTP and when I speed check I am supposed to get 121MB download speeds but Netflix is buffering. What is going on as I never had this problem with previous supplier with lower speeds.

@bt_uk NO INTERNET FOR 9 hours so far. No one can help took out new contract with fibre as you promised great connection usless not fit for purpose so will be terminating this contract as you can’t provide me with internet at all !!!!!
