@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

BT Broadband @bt_uk down since yesterday. 25 hours later still down to great inconvenience. Expected to fund the data cost as BT says it does not compensate costs within 48 hours but charge for no service. Time to look for better service.

@bt_uk Yay! I’ve got one for you! Why do you think it’s acceptable to force a customer to get Full Fibre broadband and then not connect them for 74 days (and counting)? Then whenever that customer rings for an update they get fobbed off for another 10 days and nothing ever happens?
