    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    @DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.

    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

As I'm currently trying to explain to someone on your Business chat, this is such a mess and so complicated that an accounts person is going to have to do some digging and then come back to me. Phone call this morning just went round in circles and couldn't fix it

    @bt_uk Hi, again. I took out fibre 2 which started on Monday but i only get the fibre 1 speeds of 50 down, 9 up. We've had sky and vodafone before who could give us 18 up.

    @bt_uk yo why am i getting a text everyday saying there's a problem with my connection in this area - it's been one a day for more than a week. glad you put the price up and then text me everyday with problems. good.
