@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk @mariejane2020 Yeah that’s a bit of a life saver but it’s more than that, my sons mobile phone had to be moved as you did nothing on the price for a loyal customer, you broke my hub before Xmas, we couldn’t work, now we can’t let the kids play on their new consoles due to you, it’s not enough
