@TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

Day 42 of new full fibre broadband/phone not working. Neighbour’s was fitted today and his was same. His engineer called some magical DCOS (?) place and got them to rebuild his ONT and his now works. Can you please order this for me @bt_uk ? 🙏🏻
