-
Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.
-
Sarah taylor (@SarahTrafford77) reported from Salford, England@bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.
-
Michael Thomas (@miket_mt) reported from Salford, England@CamelPhat @btsport They mentioned in united game yesterday then Fred got a studs up. **** all said.
-
Wes (@bluwes) reported from Oldham, England@DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.
-
Grim Up North (@wheatabeat) reported from Rochdale, EnglandThat massive Urn graphic they have to interchange with replays is tragically bad. Like some horrid clip art thing. It’s irritating me miles more than England’s tribulations. #ashes #AusvsEng @btsport

-
Dunc (@derbydunk) reported@bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused 🙃
-
Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
-
DomusHolmesPropertyFinder (@DomusHolmes) reported@bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!
-
ABC (@charl32647) reportedThere is no doubt that @bt_uk are one of the worst customer service companies in the UK if not the world. A total joke of a business.

Zoe Roberts (@thesewingcroft) reported@bt_uk any chance someone can tell me how to remove mobile accounts from my plan? Absolute NIGHTMARE. Forcing me to pay for something I can’t even CANCEL!!! Reporting to authorities
-
Justine (@bean0509) reportedCustomer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
-
Elton Murphy (@eltonmurphy) reported@btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
-
This Brown Geek (@thisbrowngeek) reportedStaying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.
