    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @bt_uk Trying to chase up a fault on my elderly parents line which was reported on Monday. Was on live chat (as on Mon) but told to phone. Nobody is answering - shocking service when I was with an agent.

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

    @bt_uk Bad picture, had the Ariel people out to sort signal problem, but after couple of days back to a bad picture, but saying strong signal strength. She rang you up and was put on hold then hung up, this happened a couple of times

    @bt_uk BT in their infinite wisdom have decided to delete my mobile number, instead of the requuested deletion of my late partners number. This was "fixed" by Donna Stanley is executive customer resolution team 3 weeks ago but it seems not as phone disconnected today. Help!!!

    @bt_uk I would like to lodge a complaint with regard to your internet service. My 77 year old mum is a phone and broadband customer. From November 17th she has had no internet access. She reported it and was assured it would be sorted and an engineer would call.
