  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

  Moved into a new flat. I’d had trouble with my @bt_uk Wi-Fi in the old place, so this time I thought: let’s pop do it properly. I upgraded to a more expensive Full Fibre package. Foolproof.

  @bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating 😕
