Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

@ufc on @btsport Box Office now. Bun this it's getting cancelled Monday. What a waste of money for 4 PL games and no good UFC every month. Never been Box Office before.
