    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

    @bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

    Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

    Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

    @bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

    @bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

    @btsport I keep getting error code LP103 saying I have too many live streams running at the same time when I try to cast from my app to the TV. This is the only stream I have open. Any idea what the problem is here?

    @bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

    @bt_uk StephB all I want is broadband that I signed up for in early April. I want to plug in my tv and laptop, study my degree, have online therapy, attend online support groups, do my shopping and banking. April I sign up for broadband, bt vision and bt sport cost £81.88 amonth

    Anyone know the best way to get in touch with @bt_uk regarding a fallen line?My Granny, who’s 94 & solely relies on her phone, has been left without it now for a few days with no sign of any engineers coming to fix it. She’s becoming quite distressed over the whole thing. #bthelp

    @bt_uk why is it every time I contact BT with a small issue I end up with a bigger issue? Thanks BT for leaving me without a mobile phone signal. Due to RM strike it could be next week before it’s resolved It has been investigated but it should never have happened.

    @bt_uk Been without wifi since the 25th. Had an engineer out today to tell us the transmitters have gone and because we're switching away on the 5th December there is nothing you can do. a refund for 10 days without the proper service would be appropriate
