After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

Without internet and phones again! Been without since 14th aug and cant get an engineer until 5th September!

The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help
