    @BTCare live chat refuses to work and your engineer did not resolve my lack of broadband which has now been ongoing for a week, plus 2 to sort the home move. Absolute joke. Cancel the service, I don't want something that doesn't work and you don't care enough to fix.

    @BTCare Yes. You’ve cocked up the transfer of my phone and broadband. Without service for 4 days so far and told won’t be resolved for up to another 7. All BTs fault but no one is willing to try to go above and beyond to sort it out…

    @BTCare i was chatting to an advisor for 40 minutes last night, then my internet dropped out, meaning the chat was ended. May i suggest that a manager calls me to rectify this, i am going to cancel my contract and expect not to have any arguments as im getting a crap service.

    @BTCare no, still waiting for my internet to come back on, im standing right next to it as i need to use the wifi (which cant be guaranteed anywhere other than 2 feet away) and i refuse to waste anymore money on phoning BT just to be fobbed off with the same crap.

    @bt_uk @BTCare @MoneyTelegraph my elderly disabled parents have been BT customers for 40 years. They have had no broadband now for 28 days. The fix date just keeps getting changed. Not being told anything. Please help !!!

    Ridiculous service from @BTCare and @OpenreachHelp - moving house on Friday and expecting engineer to come round and connect us so called to check when we are being cut off and told nothing happening for 2-3 weeks!!!

    @BTCare absolutely disgusted with your customer service. We called to renew, which was fine, but were forced to take a BT Home Hub 6 and pay for its delivery. We have out own equipment which is more reliable. Absolute disgrace.
