    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    @btsport I keep getting error code LP103 saying I have too many live streams running at the same time when I try to cast from my app to the TV. This is the only stream I have open. Any idea what the problem is here?

    @bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

    @bt_uk I’ve been given a 100 dates @OpenreachHelp are totally inept . Engineer 4 broke my decking , like Rumpelstiltskin! . Number 9 said it couldn’t be installed , at all ever , 7,8, 10, 13 never turned up… then cancelled my order! Still no broadband …
