    @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

    @simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

    @bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

    6 days and still no internet. Bill paid on Sunday. Got covid so Me & mrs are WFH and the 3 kids can’t even get Netflix on. Rang numerous times and just fobbed off. @bt_uk are the worst internet providers in the UK. Get Virgin. It’s cheaper, faster and they have customer service🖕🏼

    @moominbuhay @bt_uk Sky are responsible for raising your fault with Openreach, you won’t get any information contacting them yourself as they don’t hold any customer account details.

    @btbusinesscare I don’t know why we pay the money we do for our business line when we have so much problem with our internet and phone lines! Without internet and phones again! Been without since 14th aug and cant get an engineer until 5th September!
