@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

@bt_uk The stress caused by this is completely unnecessary. We have had not had any written communication to apologise for what's happened except on here where I've had to chase you. My husband has called several times. Due to poor signal in our village our calls have been cut off.

@StuRowls @bt_uk Hello, have you got local Wi-Fi available in order to check if you’re on iOS 16.1.2? This might give you the options you’re looking for or even better, fix the issue and you’re having when it tries to connect and then goes back to no service.
