@simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@bt_uk Your service is completely useless. I have been passed from pillar to post constantly. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone to you in the last 2 weeks trying to get our phone line sorted and I'm still being told that it is with Virgin when Virgin say it's now with you.
