-

SaintM (@SaintMikeB) reported from Wickham, England@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.
-
Jamie (@jaystocky) reported from Southampton, England@bt_uk @ThemeParkFreak_ Your infrastructure is ****, get on the fibre trend or go away

Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?
