@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

@bt_uk I called to cancel my recently passed dads mobile and instead you cancelled mums wifi and TV... 6 hours on the phone and we might get it back in 2 weeks... absolutely shocking and really upsetting!!!

@bt_uk Hi there Still having problems. Sent a DM earlier. Received an auto reply so not sure if that means anyone has seen my message? Basically yesterday afternoon the router started working but now it has stopped. Does this mean the problem is with the line?
