@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@bt_uk honestly my fault hasnt been fixed again but youve switched off all my mini hub and data because according to you its fixed i cant connact bt because your having a day off for key workers ive never stopped working through this but i still have to work you need to call asap

@iamsmarta @bt_uk I had this problem when I moved into our current place. As it was a new-build, the address existed in some systems but not others apparently. Mine is a FTTP line and I had to wait for the Openreach engineers to register the modem & address before ordering.

@defiaye @bt_uk My mum had problems with her BT broadband. They fobbed her off for a week so I went to hers with my laptop to run tests and rule out her equipment, called them, explained I'd tested everything in the home and it was at their end. They fixed it within 24hrs.
