Michael Powell (@MPowell_1991) reported from Fareham, EnglandAll this "apologising for bad language" is unnecessary from the commentators. There's no fans in the stands. It's nothing that kids haven't heard in the school playground before. Honestly, why is society full of so many snowflakes? #ARSBUR #btsport @btsport #PremierLeague

Rahim™ 🇲🇦🇬🇧 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, EnglandIf there's one thing I like about #WWE being on @btsport, it's that when they show it on repeat, they cut out some of the adverts 😁
-
SaintM (@SaintMikeB) reported from Wickham, England@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.
-
Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦🇺🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, EnglandIf @btsport can get their act together, that would be great. All morning there has been sound issues. Its been coming and going like £15 worth of petrol #AFL #AFLSwansCats

-
Andrew J Powell (@AndrewJPowell) reported from Medstead, EnglandDear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over £330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?
-
Robbieblake (@Blake1976Rob) reported from Portsmouth, EnglandPete Walton said it was a pen. Never ever kicked a ball in his life. Absolutely clueless and he’s working for @btsport sums it up.
-

-
Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
-
Scott Game (@scottie_game) reported@bt_uk is there currently an issue with broadband in MK7 8HF?
-
Christopher Rowe (@KernowChris) reported@bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.
-
TINA MOORE (@Sassytrip88) reported@bt_uk you are an absolute joke All services down while you make improvements No reply on various contact inf Terrible internet signal and no email If I could get out of contract I would but your shafting us there too

-
@sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reported@martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
-
Richard Pont (@richard_pont) reportedHugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution
-
EdEFC74 (@EdEFC74) reported@bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.
