@danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)

@alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Most broadband is through Openreach/BT Wholesale, I ended up leaving them after a 3 month outage but ended up returning. If you can get real cable then that is an alternative, but effectively it is a duopoly.

@bt_uk Done that, but once again I pay for a NEW service every year. Yet I have to use old equipment? If I was to leave and then come back I would get the new equipment. I’ve been a loyal customer to bt but it seems existing customers are not cared about. Only new.
