    @BTCare Sat 20 feet from a he hub and no signal... a regular occurance... trying to watch f1 in the garden.. just renewed my contract by the service still at the same absolute rubbish...!! What a waste of money when could have gone else where..!!

    @bt_uk @BTCare sort out 'customer services' please! I do not appreciate surly remarks when I politely ask for literature rather than a call. Yes you are my provider but no I do not want to be harassed into upgrading - whatever that means..

    @BTCare I am with BT & have been for nearly 12 years. I haven’t asked to change as want BT Sports - also have BTTV. Strange as I have had similar with British Gas. Also as I am part deaf I am unable to call the number in the message. Can you help at all? Thank you

    @BTCare Unbelievable. You send out price change notifications during summer holidays and expect us to sort out broadband/phones at time of year children change schools. For the sake of 10-days your customer 'care' team cannot show flexibility on my current contract.
