@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

@bt_uk I have a problem. Renewed early Jan a month before contract expired. You then announce massive price rises a week or so later but only this week did I get email details so now stuck. 😡😡
