@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

@bt_uk Appalling treatment from BT. Moved apartment end of October. BT promised wifi for 16/11. No joy. Then promised 03/12. No joy. Now got an email saying they will contact me on 20/12. No way of replying to email and in the meantime my online business is going down the drain. Awful!

@bt_uk Yes, was reported yesterday after broadband went down, hybrid system was working but that failed this afternoon. They are left relying on mobiles which, for a couple in their 70s is ridiculous. My father in law is on oxygen 24/7 so they need a reliable phone line 24/7 as well

@bt_uk Hi, when I go on this link, the chat button does not appear for the online service? I will call today but I can see lots of tweets from other customers with the same issue - is there a problem with the 4g hub at the moment? It connects for 3 minutes then stops working
