  @bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

  Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

  @bt_uk can you help? We switched to BT broadband from Sky and was promised it would be easy to recover sky termination charges. I’ve had no replies from my emails to the BT switch team and no help over the phone. Still waiting ……
