Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

@bt_uk Yes, it has. I was supposed to be switching from FTTC to FTTP, but I currently have sweet FA! A change in provider (to BT) 6 months ago also left me without a service for almost 2 weeks because of a "communication breakdown"

@MrsAgbag @bt_uk Thanks! Problem with changing provider is that BT are the only ones who seem to be able to service my flat for some wildly anti-competitive reason. So I’m stuck waiting and waiting. Otherwise I’d be with literally any other provider on earth by now
