    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

    Really worried, my mother moved more than two weeks ago, was told there’s no priority or way to escalate her need to have a phone line. Was told today her number would be transferred, it hasn’t happened! What do I do?! @tallktalk phone acc / @bt_uk engineer HELP

    @bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

    @bt_uk Sorry I've done this before and ordered through my account. And BT said when i cancelled the service it'll be out in a week. That was 6 weeks ago now. Yet BT will want to block services. Can easily find the details using my name Jessica Pearce.

    @81damd @bt_uk They won’t let you complain- it’s how they can say they have “excellent service”. We’ve had similar problems trying to complain. Surely illegal?
