    @BTCare Hi Lisa. The problem randomly resolved itself. It's working fine now. I had an engineer booked for tomorrow but dont need them now. Do i have to call to cancel the appt?

    @BTCare Sat 20 feet from a he hub and no signal... a regular occurance... trying to watch f1 in the garden.. just renewed my contract by the service still at the same absolute rubbish...!! What a waste of money when could have gone else where..!!

    @bt_uk @BTCare sort out 'customer services' please! I do not appreciate surly remarks when I politely ask for literature rather than a call. Yes you are my provider but no I do not want to be harassed into upgrading - whatever that means..

    @BTCare @BT I have on several occasions and it’s part of a wider open complaint. There are issues on my account which is hindering the option to look at the line; however it’s taking so long to even get the simplest of tasks completed I can’t see an end in sight. A complete mess.

    @BTCare new BB supposed to be live today. Been down for hours now, read up and I see normal is just a few minutes between old and new provider so my confidence I’ll be up & running by midnight as you promise is low.

    @BTCare Engineer came to my house. The internet is slower and does not load. !! I am watching a programme on ITV online that reloads every 2 minutes. 60 minutes programme will take 3 hours. This is just awful.

    @BTCare Not quite what happened .... left hand not knowing what right hand is doing describes it best! Apparently the issue is to do with the new fibre ..... Open Reach are being very helpful.

    @btinfinity @BTCare @limehouse55 BT Infinity super slow not working again. Absolutely shocking service and equally shocking customer care as they don’t care ! Won’t admit problem in EH55 we’ve never had the promised download speed.

    We asked. We also asked what compensation we could get. They ignored us. They also removed our access to FON, presumably so we couldn’t go online and bother them/tell everyone how monumentally awful @BTCare are. 11/12

    @BTCare once again reorganised the installation, this time for 6th November and once again it was cancelled. So he called them again yesterday evening. They said the issue was that @Openreach didn’t know what kind of line they were putting in, and that 6/12

    Installation had been cancelled. We rang to complain and reschedule. @BTCare said it was a problem with @OpenreachHelp and said they would ring to give us a new installation date. We gave them until Monday this week. They never rang. 3/12
